I love the layout and the ambiance. The workers are very friendly and attentive, however I got my a full set done on Thursday and 4 days later 2 of my nails fell off as if I went to a store and brought $5 press on nails. Not happy! Read Less

Worst Gel refresh ever. If I had time I’d go back to let them know but unfortunately I had to leave asap so it wasn’t until about 10 min after i left when I realized what a terrible job the woman did. I went there for the first time two weeks ago for a pedicure and gel manicure, and henna. The service was awesome. The nail tech Sheila gave me a wonderful pedicure. The foot massage felt so good and relaxing. The manicure hasn't even chipped at all and today makes it a little over two weeks ago that I got my nails done! The owner gave me a great henna design; also, the henna they use smells wonderful! I love the fact the place was clean. I'm very scared to go to many places bc I've seen some unhealthy practices. I was optimistic when entering this salon only to be highly disappointed. The salon was sketchy to begin with because it was under construction. Aside from the fact that there was equipment randomly spread through out the salon,  in-scent dust was EVERYWHERE. I had acrylic nails that I wanted removed and asked for a manicure done afterwards. The technician ripped off my fake nails so hard I almost had to pull my hand away. She ripped a good portion of my nails off and broke more than half of them. I could have removed them using her technique which would have saved me money and the pain. After this painful process, she convinced me to get a gel manicure instead of a normal manicure and she would give me a discount. I eventually agreed which was my second mistake. I picked out a dark red which turned out a pinkish red looking nothing like the color I chose. The nail polish looked blotchy and there was a lump where she had missed part of the acrylic and painted over.  I had my nails done for less than 4 days and the nail polish has already chipped away. My nails have broken more under the nail polish :( I had acrylics on my nails for only 3 weeks so they should not be in this condition. I was charged $35 dollars for this service plus I tipped 6 dollars so overall I paid $41. I don't understand where the discount came to play. The sign outside the building said that a gel manicure was $23 so I am not sure how I ended up at $35.  I am assuming I paid 12 dollars for the technician to rip my nail beds off. Overall, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! They did not have their license properly shown in the salon so I am not even sure I had a license technician. Enter if you dare. Read Less

Came here for $25 Mani & Pedi special. It was OK at best. Woman that took care of me did not speak english and other employees had to interpret for us. I also left with 1 nail longer then the rest. Here is the big kicker.. I figured I'd try them for a massage - $65 Hot Stone 1 hour and booked next day at 1pm. They called me at 11am to ask if I could show up at 1130am. Luckily, I was down the road.. so i accomodated. I was taken in at 1140 (10 min late) and a young girl showed up to tell me she will perform my massage but only did 1 other massage before and she is "in training". It was bad and she had NO idea what she was doing. She just rub oil all over me. No hot stones were used. She stop the massage at 1230 so I only receive 50 minute massage. I tell the front desk that it was only 50 minutes, she has never massaged before and she did not use hot stones. They seem confused but asked I call the owner to tell him. I did and his response was "Well maybe others like her. She is not for everyone. Maybe next time you come you can have someone else". If shes only done massage 1x in her life, how others like her?? He demanded I pay $50 for the massage even though I did not receive the service they offered. They did not care to make things right. Stay away!!! Read Less

I have been coming to Nail Spa and Salon for 4 months now.  This truly is a slow-growing establishment.  Their pricing is competitive.  The customer service is impeccable.  Their is nothing negative I can say about this business.  I do hope this business establishes themselves amongst the Towson community. Not worth the trip. The staff was friendly, but a few days after my gel Mani and Pedi, the polish has chipped and my nails look terrible. They didn't do a good job with my cuticles, either. They cut my cuticles a few times and there is a big gap between the nail bed and the polish.I had a 5:30 pm appointment and wasn't finished until 8 pm... entirely too long for a standard mani pedi.
