Horrible Do Not Go There !!!! I went there 4/12/2018. First I called ask the owner how much was a full set acrylic. $28 she tells me. A little pricey but ok I go anyways thinking must be a very nice shop, I’m try them out . Not knowing until I get in the chair with a old dude who doesn’t know how to do nails. He apply acrylic over top my whole tips with out cutting them..so I ask him thinking he must be new at this.. where did you learn to do nails. He tells me he’s been doing nails since 1985. Really Dude???? Then he tells me how long I want them. I said not long. Medium length. Then the price goes from $28 to $33. The service was excellent. I went in for a basic Mani/pedi and I didn't feel rushed. They polished my nails nicely and messaged my hand and feet really good, they also offered me a beverage and made me feel relaxed. They did not try to up sell me on gel nails or any other services. Read Less

First off let me say, this nail salon was ran by a lady named Miss. Kim and her husband Bryan who was the BEST!!! Do not let the older reviews fool you, because at the time, the shop was owned by totally different people. Now this review is for the new owners. if I could give this place no stars i would. This woman did a very sloppy job on my nails. My nails are all shapes and sizes, lengths and widths. I got gel polish. She PILED polish up on my nails and when i told her i was very unsatisfied with the finished look, she started to get physical, pulling on my fingers and making excuses on why my nails looked the way they did. Dried up acrylic and gel all around my cuticles. The only suggestion she had to fix my nails was to add MORE polish. She did such a nasty job on my nails. I am so disgusted. She took TWO dollars off of the price. I was so angry and pissed off i just had pay and leave out. It took her 2 hours to do a full set and the finish look was just horrible!!! Read Less

I had a gel manicure here and was extremely happy.  The owner did my gel manicure and it lasted 3 weeks without chipping.  I had to remove it because my nails had grown out.  She also listened to me about the shape I wanted. Read Less

Just received a gel manicure here as it was recommended to me by my roommate. If you are in the Towson area, don't waste your time going anywhere else.1st off; this spa is extremely hygienic. All of their supplies are sterilized after each use in a black light machine and placed in a sterilization bag. They use plastic covers in their pedicure tubs, and their workspaces are very tidy. 2nd; the customer service is amazing! The employees are incredibly sweet. They will offer you beverages, make sure you are comfortable, etc.3d; they do an incredible job with their services. My technician took her time to make my nails look awesome. Very disappointed. My sister actually recommended this place to me, so I'm sure there must be some good technicians there but I'm afraid I did not get one of them. The nail polish smell inside is probably toxic to your lungs. I had a male technician who took about an hour and twenty minutes to give me a regular pedicure, it took forever and it wasn't because he was giving me a nice foot rub. His "massage" felt like he was trying to break my foot, and it clearly took him so long because he didn't know what he was doing. I got my pedicure on a Saturday, and by the following Wednesday... 4 days later...It had already chipped on my big toe and completely come off my middle toe!!! I will not return here. Read Less

These talentless disgusting scum bags should be shut down. The fake cosmetology license on the wall should have had me running away but by the time I noticed it the woman doing my nails had already gone too far. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails and I got a lumpy ratchet mess. The angles weren't even straight and half the nails were crooked. The nails were all lumpy and not smooth. I asked for her to fix it and she made me wait for another customer to get a full set and then she filed them into all different shapes and lengths. At this point I've been in the salon for 4.5 hours. I just told her please take them off and refund my money. She took them off which took another hour and she left acrylic and gel shit all over my hands which I've been picking off for hours. I asked for my money back and she said no. I asked politely again and she said "call the cops!" I wasn't getting violent and I never raised my voice I simply requested my money back and she quickly got aggressive with me. I left the salon and called to speak to a manager and I've been hung up on and denied speaking to a manager. I am beyond unhappy with this service and I would never come here again. Because the nail shop I wanted to visit was packed, I went here for a pedicure instead. That decision turned out well. They offer soda or water while you get your pedicure. The employees were extremely nice. The chairs were comfortable. They have a nice selection of colors. My pedicure came out cute.It was pretty weird having to put my feet in the basin with something akin to like a disposable plastic shower cap, but I completely understand why they have chosen that option. Nonetheless, it still took some getting used to. It's sort of in an odd spot (by a Tire Shop and Crossfit Towson), but you can easily spot it. They appear to offer a variety of services. I saw one lady getting a full set of nails, others getting pedicures, and even one woman getting eyelashes put on.The prices were pretty standard for area nail shops, and the inside is clean and spacious. I have been here a total of two times and this past time will be the reason why I never come here again. The guy who did my nails was fine. he did a good job. but his co worker killed it. she kept trying to get me to purchase other things evens after I told her no at least three times. she asked if to buy this cuticle oil so many times to the point that it got annoying. then she said I should pay in cash because it's better that way. when I go into a business I do not like to feel pressured in any type of way.
