It’s literally impossible to even try this place. Went on friday morning just to get a plain manicure and they told me they were completely booked the entire day and that i couldn’t even wait, ok. Decided to make an appointment for sunday and they tell me AGAIN that they’re fully booked for that day too?? The first time I visited, I thought they were good, but my nails chipped quickly. I thought it was me! The second time, my husband pointed out they weren’t super friendly (he went with me). I went in a third time this past weekend and my nails chipped again. I had my nails done at a different salon in the area a few weeks ago and they lasted for weeks. I went to get my nails done here while i was in town and it was great.  The people at the front desk were very rude, but my nails turned out so nice I won't even go there.  I had regular gel done and it last 3 weeks!  The salon is cute and most importantly, clean. I will definitely return next time i'm in town. I can't remember my technicians name but she was great.  It's by appointment only for sure, on a Wednesday morning while i was there i heard them turn away 10 walk in customers. Call before you go. Originally called to make an appointment with Hailey after all the glowing reviews about her expertise but sadly she is on vacation so I had the wonderful experience of having Nina do my pedicure and dip manicure and I must say everything happens for a reason and this was the right reason. Nina was amazing and I am so very happy with my immaculate pedicure and manicure. She paid the perfect amount of attention to make sure my nails were all even and beautiful. I cannot wait to go back! What makes this (their products) organic? The USDA regulates organics.  What exactly are they claiming is organic? ..Curious, before I visit.  How do they take overlays, gels, etc. off the  nail? Great Decor and environment....super clean, ORGANIC (which is why I chose this place to begin with!), organized, serene, QUIET, and just what you would want in a spa type nail salon.  I am more than willing to drive further and pay more to be in a place like this for my 'me' time!!!   I have tried the DIP nails here for fist time, and I am just amazed! I had NO nails to begin with, they chipped and cracked no matter how hard I tried to grow them...now, I have nails thanks to the DIP overlay.....from what i understand, it's much less toxic than other ways to get your nails done and mine last anywhere from 2-3 or more weeks...polish is still shiny, no chips at all or scratches...I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!  It's worth the drive and $$s!The Citron Pedicure is AMAZING too!!!!!! This salon is truly unlike any other. You never have to worry about anything unsanitary, rude employees, or not enough color choices. I've gotten manicures and pedicures by a couple different women and each time it was amazing! I've gone to other salons since I've gone there and every single time, I'm disappointed. Clean, relaxing and excellent service. I've gotten pedicures and a manicure by Hayle each time, and she was wonderful! Appointments are recommended. They have a wide selection of colors, and you don't leave with a headache from fumes. This place uses toxic-free products only. Prices are reasonable, in my opinion. I love this salon! I only get my nails done occasionally because of the damage to the natural nail. However, if you need a durable, shiny, gorgeous manicure, get the dip powder! I've been coming here for 6 months now and have always had a pleasant experience until now. I will say that if you must go to this place- go see Hayle or Mai. Stay away from the young tall man that the owner just hired (2 weeks ago). He is beyond nasty. What prompted me to write this review is that the owner actually condoned his behavior. To start when I walked in to my appointment for a manicure and pedicure I asked do the manicure first. The man grunted and rolled his eyes. During the manicure he made every single finger bleed and was the opposite of gentle. During the manicure another employee was talking and he held his figure up to his mouth and said Shhhhhh to her. Then he began laughing at her. He continued to give her dirty looks. Between the less then pleasing manicure and his nasty tone I asked for someone else to my pedicure ( I wanted to enjoy it!) My pedicure was great (Hayle did it) and when I was leaving the owner came up to me and said that he is going to review the video footage and speak to the guy if he saw him not doing a good job. He proceeded to tell me that the guy is the best employee he has. I said "I find it hard to believe he is your best employee here when he's been with you for two weeks." I feel bad for the hard working ladies there that have been doing a great job from day one. Moral of the story- don't go here if you value customer service. A customer should feel comfortable sharing a dissatisfaction with an owner without being made to feel unheard. The owner sure puts on a good show up front, but dare not slightly complain or you will leave with a sour citrus taste like me. Read Less

This new nail salon is located in a strip mall of sorts. The exterior does nothing for what I saw when I entered. I found the atmosphere to be quite relaxing; the salon is decorated in a serene fashion and everything seemed quite new and clean. I didn't have to wait at all so I did not get a chance to sit in the fancy seats in the waiting room. Apparently, appointments are recommended, but I arrived early enough in the morning to be taken right away. I felt like I was having a true spa experience during my $17 manicure. Of course, the regular polish hasn't lasted a day with my active day of dishes, laundry and dinner. Therefore, you might want to opt for the powder polish which I have heard lasts for weeks. Yet, the experience was quite worth the price and more. There was soft music playing in the background and also a television tuned into HGTV. Finally! An organic nail spa that does a great job and is super cute. Right when you walk in the door, the ambience is fabulous. They have their Christmas decorations up and they're very cute and not tacky at all, which is rare! Haylie did my gel powder manicure today and she was fantastic. I had never done the gel powder before and I will definitely do it again. It was so cool to watch and it looks so beautiful! I can't wait to come back for a pedicure. I am so impressed with this salon. Im one to travel if I find a salon or a technician who has impressed me. What caught my attention about this salon is that they offer Dipping powder ( similar to SNS just a different brand) which I love because it doesn't damage my nails as much as acrylic or the UV gel. Also, THEY HAVE CHROME POWDER! My technician was Haley. She took her time making sure my nails were all shaped evenly and were the same length, which I really appreciated. She also didn't get irritated or frustrated with any of my request. Also the prices were no bad at all. I got nail extensions, coffin nail shape, dipping powder, and chrome nails and paid $60. I use to pay that much for a fill in with gel. I will definitely be back to the salon and to see Haley. Read Less

This was my first visit to an organic nail salon.  As soon as I walked in I could tell this was going to be an enjoyable experience.  The decor is bright and as you would expect with any new business, everything felt "new". There are no chemicals used so the techs do not have to wear mask to protect their lungs from inhaling harmful toxins.  My nails experienced some damage from routinely wearing an acrylic overlay. Therefore,I opted for dip powder. It's a safer alternative to acrylic with more protection than just wearing polish.  There are quite a few signs around the salon that explain why they choose to offer organic polishes/services and the benefits of each. I didn't have time to read everything because I was seen within minutes of arrival. Note:There's no OPI here, only organic brands. I was pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back. Dip powder costs more than what I used to pay for acrylic, but I am willing to pay more for a healthier alternative. A week after getting my nails done, they are still shining and without chips. The tech told me dip powder can last anywhere between 2-3 weeks. Read Less

Love it! The atmosphere is calming and wonderful! Professional, kind and well done. I wanted to get rid of my acrylic nails to help my nail becomes strong. They use a dip that isn't harsh and they don't file down the nail. You can even have colored powder instead of gel. I highly recommend this place! Read Less
