Very disappointed with my pedicure. It was my first time here and had a regular pedicure. They had me wait at the massage chair for 30mins. The lady who did my nails clearly doesn't know what she's doing too. She had a hard time cutting my nails, even struggling to hold the nail cutter. The whole time I was looking at what she's doing coz I was afraid she'd injure my toes. The cutting was uneven and the nail polish was uneven as well. Poor sanitary practices and overall just really disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Read Less

This place used to be really good. I went there Friday with a friend. I asked them if they had time and space to do pedicures for both of us - I meant at the same time. They had us both soaking but they did my friend's first while I soaked. By the time they got to me, my friend was already at the drying station. So a 45 minute visit took an hour and a half. The older lady rushed through my friend's pedicure and even pricked her a couple of times. They young lady I had was good but that was only her third day. At least she was kind enough to mention that the polish I selected was kind of thin (OPI - so you know that they must have thinned it to make it last longer) so I had to select another color. I didn't recognize anyone from previous visits and they said they were under new management.  The floor was dirty and the bathroom was kind of rough too. I won't be going back. Read Less

Super cheap, but you get what you pay for.. super unimpressive cheap gel manicure. No expensive/branded products used, no lotions/scrubs for your hands when you finish and overall not a very clean salon. I chose a color, very picky to make sure it was OPI polish at least but it turned out not at all of what was shown on their color palette. It was probably because they are super cheap with using one coat one base & top.. and 2 thins coats of color. My nails are painted very bumpy, translucent and rigid with an air bubble even on one nail. Super disappointed as I head to Target to buy some gel polish to paint over and re-coat every thing myself.The employees were nice, the guy who did my nails was nice but another woman was quick to make rude remarks in Vietnamese. This has to be the most horrible nail shop in this area. I wanted a gel manicure in a gray color. I selected the color and it begins. I've been getting manicures for a long time so I know how it goes. I was cut and bled on 3 nails, was never told to go wash my hands after cutting cuticles, and the color I selected was not the color that she attempted to paint my nails. I expressed to her it was different and please stop and take it off. While all this is going on, I watched one lady finish her pedicure and another lady sat in the same chair without the bowl being cleaned. Save yourself and drive by. Read Less

I've come to Pam's a few other times sporadically, and gotten various services from facial and leg wax to mani/pedi. Today they closed early at six thirty. I found this out midway through the very rushed mani/pedi my sister and I received. I think it would have been more professional to simply have been told upfront they were closing early, rather than go through an unwelcoming situation with sh***y service. I could tell my pedicurist was trying her best but gave up halfway thru manicure and didn't clean up the edges like she should have. Shoddy service overall. My sister had to ask for her toe nails to be trimmed properly and for her cuticles to be properly pushed back.I think when the older owner woman is there it's run more efficiently. But the younger woman there today was rushing off to some event (I overheard her on the phone) and so she closed early. Rude! 70 dollars later for two people, none too pleased. Read Less
