The staff was very nice and were able to accommodate us within an hour of calling. I just feel as though the pedicure could be been a little more involved. I received a mani/pedi. I have no problems with the pedicure however the nails were awful. The tech didn't know what she was doing. All the nails thick at the bed and thin towards the tips of the nails. I also had one nail to break. I will never go here. Read Less

I was very pleased with my manicure here at The Nail Bar! I came here on a whim during a Sunday while at the mall waiting on a repair at another store & got the deluxe manicure with the paraffin wrap. I was seated right away with the male technician. All of other clients who were there looked pleased & seemed comfortable like they were regular customers, so that was telling. His service was great; didn't rush through it and took his time with the paraffin wax after I noted that it was too hot at first. I noticed that they also use clean utensils right out of the package, which is always a plus to me! My nails came out looking great & have not chipped or rubbed off since, almost looking like a gel manicure type service. I will definitely be back again for another service when in the mall! Despite the outward appearance do not go to this place they can't do nails, can't paint, and my tech was shady. Slid my car in her pocket and then was acting busy like she forgot to check me out. Don't go to Lisa! She's so rude. She burnt me with scalding hot water when I asked her for warmer water for my pedicure. She was very rough and aggressive with my pedicure and dug her nails into my skin. She also kept talking to other employees and made me wait about 10 minutes for my pedicure. Lily gave me a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. She was polite and professional and the process was fairly quick. I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen by someone and every staff member was nice to me. I needed my nails done ASAP and couldn't get to my usual salon. This place  was quick, clean, professional, and no-frills. I only took off a star because they don't have some of the extras that other salons have. If you dont get LILY, dont go!!!She is the only technician there who actually seems to care about the job at hand or be even semi skilled. I have acrylic nails and when Lily does my fill, they are amazing. instagram worthy with perfect cuticles and shaped perfectly. She takes her time to insure the paint job looks perfect. She is truely a hidden gem. Ive gone with my sister multiple times and I make sure to only use Lily. My sister does gel manicures and every time she regrets it. Messy polish, very lumpy, not even average, way below. My last fill, Lily was booked and I was in a rush. I extremelyyyy regret it. The man not only hurt me so bad, my paint job looks like my 6 year old niece could have done it. He also added that paint thinner they use on old polishes. I did my manicure and pedicure with Cherry, she is nice, smile, heaven face, and good job. Price was so surprised me $32 with callus remove last long polish, sea salt scrub, mask and hot towel wrap. So the reason why I'm giving nail bar a 2 star rating is because I went to get a pedicure & I brought my friend along so she can get acrylics, first off I paid like 4 extra dollars for this "long lasting" nail polish for me & my friend which was a dumb mistake, my toes looked great & it felt great, only thing was when I got home my pedicure was all ruined, after I paid her it was like she didn't know I was even there. all they care about is the money! also, when she was clipping the skin on the edges of my nail she took off the wrong piece and my toe was hurting for a whole week! it felt like a cut on my toe. I noticed that after I got up and had my toes by the fan, all the lady did was rinse the thing where I had my feet in, I feel as if that is a big hygienic problem. For my friends acrylics it was complete terrible! her nails were all clumpy & messy, I had only noticed after I gave them a tip which they didn't deserve. I was excited about going into this shop but my experience this time was not great. The nail tech started to talk about my weigh which was a no-no then asked me to move from a seat I was sitting in and drying my nails. The way she asked was very disrespectful and I let her know that I'm a customer and not just sitting around. You should be careful how you speak to your customers. The ladies are so nice and welcoming and are always so friendly, timely and everything is perfectly sanitized. This is my second time trying the place out. While technicians are neither friendly or unfriendly I totally loved the job the first time. Very pricey I must say 50$ but my no-chip lasted for over 3 weeks. Unfortunately my manicure lasted less then 24 hours and I paid 40$ for it the second time around. Unfortunately I was on a plane to Italy on vacation therefore unable to complain about the poor job. If you want to pay a lot for only a no-chip then be my guest. Avoid this place!!! I should have read more reviews prior to getting my nails done here... all I wanted was a gel fill with French tips painted. It took this guy for EVER to get the French tip looking somewhat curved. I get french done ALL the time so I know it's not a hard thing to do?! I told him at least 4 times I didn't like it, pulled up pictures & asked if somebody else could do it for me. He refused and just kept trying to do it... I said screw it, I'm not gonna walk out at this point but I know I just threw 35 bucks down the drain. He didn't even clean up the edges of my nail bed, leaving excess acrylic. I'm not happy. The girl next to me walked out because her tech couldn't file her nail correctly into a stiletto shape. This should be basic stuff right? I'm pretty blown. Read Less

I love this place. They have a wide variety of colors from OPI, Essie, some from Deborah Lippman and YSL. The service is always great, very accommodating of customers. Jade is my favorite technician. They are all great though. Highly recommend Nail Palette. Read Less
