I've been going here for some time and I have been settling for a mediocre job each and every time. I finally realized, location and convenience just isn't enough. I am not the type to write reviews, but here goes. First, they rush all manicures/pedicures. Polish is on the skin - I find myself always doing a clean up at home with my pedicure. Why! Second, if you have a favorite tech - they hate that and make you wait without notifying the tech. Dare ask how long until that person is available and you're told - you should go and ask. Really, now I'm a part -time employee confirming appointment availability! Third, they charged me $15 for an acrylic fill, $5 to cut (really shape), $15 for a coffin shape (what's that? - don't know - didn't ask for it.) I just wanted a little round on the side with a square edge, and $15 for gel polish. The last time, I got my nails done, the shapes were all different. Forget the coffin shape, they were more like round balloons, with little daggers for my index finger. When I finally speak up - I was told I had to wait another 45 minutes until someone was available again to fix. Unbelievable. Take my advice, try another place, you deserve to receive a great service; especially when you're paying and tipping well, which I always do. People have to live off a decent wage - firm believer in that, but I'll be darn if you are not going to give me what I want and pay for. No more. On to finding a new shop.

Way less hectic than their Langley Park location. All the techs are fast and friendly. Good centrally located spot. I'll be back.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This was the absolute WORST experience I have had at a mani-pedi salon. I called in the afternoon and asked about the price and was told it was $25 for mani and pedi together. When it came time to pay (after the pedi and mani were almost done), they charged $30, and when I asked to speak with the manager, she was incredibly rude and implied that I was a liar. Instead of listening, or honoring what one of her employees said, she continually said she is the only one who answers the phone and again, implying that I was making things up.
I sat under the lights to let the polish harden up. Now, when I look at it, there are small bubbles all in the polish on almost all my nails. I have not had this happen at other salons. This was for a special event, and now I have to redo it tonight in time I don't have.
Recommendation: Save yourself the owner's attitude, aggravation, and low quality and go somewhere where they charge what they say they will and the polish comes out looking good.

Fantasy Nails is always clean and bright--they are always cleaning and investing in new pedicure chairs, etc. It depends on your specific nail tech, but manicure quality is generally very good. They offer a really nice and relaxing spa pedicure service. Highly recommend for friendly, reliable service.

I came in today to get my per usual gel manicure and pedicure. Since this place has ripped me off before, I made it a habit to ask the technician how much she would charge me ahead of time. The three times I’ve come here I’ve been charged $55.00 for gel manicure and pedicure. And today, I ask my usual question and the technician starts yelling at me and accusing me of wanting to rip her off. Then 2 other technicians jump in and start yelling at me in the same manner. I was so embarrassed. The clients were embarrassed. I was so enraged that I’ve been coming to this place faithfully, and I’m treated like this after being such a loyal customer. I will never ever come here again or recommend this place to anyone.

After rushing my fill in and shellac on my toes i truly will not be returning for the simple fact that it was unnecessary for the rushing of service with an attitude which also was not needed as well as now having 2 different nail shapes due to rushing in the first place. Not to mention they are over priced period

Kelly did a great job squeezing me in for two services before I had to leave for work. My nails are sporting the cutest OPI colors for the holiday weekend with names like "You Are So Out of Lime" and "Exotic Birds Do Not Tweet". Thanks for a great gel manicure and quick pedicure. Usually I'm so ticklish but today it was a breeze. The shoulder massage with my manicure was icing on top of the cake. I will be back!

I've been going here for some time and I have been settling for a mediocre job each and every time. I finally realized, location and convenience just isn't enough. I am not the type to write reviews, but here goes. First, they rush all manicures/pedicures. Polish is on the skin - I find myself always doing a clean up at home with my pedicure. Why! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This was the absolute WORST experience I have had at a mani-pedi salon. I called in the afternoon and asked about the price and was told it was $25 for mani and pedi together. When it came time to pay (after the pedi and mani were almost done), they charged $30, and when I asked to speak with the manager, she was incredibly rude and implied that I was a liar. Instead of listening, or honoring what one of her employees said, she continually said she is the only one who answers the phone and again, implying that I was making things up.

They offer a really nice and relaxing spa pedicure service. Highly recommend for friendly, reliable service.

I came in today to get my per usual gel manicure and pedicure. Since this place has ripped me off before, I made it a habit to ask the technician how much she would charge me ahead of time. The three times I’ve come here I’ve been charged $55.00 for gel manicure and pedicure. And today, I ask my usual question and the technician starts yelling at me and accusing me of wanting to rip her off. Then 2 other technicians jump in and start yelling at me in the same manner. I was so embarrassed. The clients were embarrassed. I was so enraged that I’ve been coming to this place faithfully, and I’m treated like this after being such a loyal customer. After rushing my fill in and shellac on my toes i truly will not be returning for the simple fact that it was unnecessary for the rushing of service with an attitude which also was not needed as well as now having 2 different nail shapes due to rushing in the first place. Not to mention they are over priced period

Kelly did a great job squeezing me in for two services before I had to leave for work. My nails are sporting the cutest OPI colors for the holiday weekend with names like "You Are So Out of Lime" and "Exotic Birds Do Not Tweet". Thanks for a great gel manicure and quick pedicure.
