I have had my nails done there twice. The second time I spent $175, for my daughter and I.. a couple days later I went beck because I had broke a nail. The lady that fixed it was pissed because I didn’t want to come back at a later time. She kept saying that she had an appointment (no one showed for this appointment) and I told her that if you all didn’t open 15 minutes late you would be fine. She did fix my nail but rushed it and did such a crappy job that I will NEVER go back there again! I have a picture of the finger she fixed versus the original and it’s just horrendous! Don’t waste your time nor money at this place! They just want you to upgrade your service and don’t care what you your opinion is! DON’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED!!!! (Picture is posted in comments)

I went to this salon today and left angry. When I arrived I was asked if I had an appointment, which I did not. She told me to hold on, looked at the schedule book then told me to pick a color. When the pedicure started I asked her if I could get a design and she told me she could do a flower. After a very rushed pedicure she told me that I couldn’t get a design because she didn’t have time. I replied with, does it take that long? She again said she didn’t have time. I am a typically easy going person but that was the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a nail salon. There was a technician with NO customer at the time and NO ONE waiting to be seen. She should have told me she couldn’t see me without an appointment rather then telling me at the end I couldn’t get what I asked for and was promised because she didn’t have time. I will NEVER go back there.

I love Nails by Sean. Definitely my favorite place in the area. This time I decided to go for the SNS dip manicure. It was pretty pricey at $45 ($10 more than gel), but I really wanted to try it. Rose did an immaculate job! I am super picky about manicures and almost always find something wrong with it, but I have to say it was absolutely PERFECT. She was meticulous every step of the way. Sanded away any glue residue around the edges and got the shape exactly how I asked for it. No missing color spots and great shine. So far it is holding up really well. If it lasts a full 2 to 2.5 weeks I will definitely be getting again!
Update: Day 17 and still going strong with absolutely NO chips, cracks or peeling! And I am not easy on manicures. I have scrubbed dishes, done to the beach and gotten sand on them, etc. I am so amazed.

I work in customer service and I know how important that is for any business. I had asked Ann to put another coat since the color was a bit sheer, she no.... ??? I mean.. I honestly wanted to walked out of there. Horrible experience!!!!!

Always felt rushed and pressured to upgrade to some other kind of service. When politely declining, they would be kind of rude the rest of the appt. Everytime i got my nails done, i returned a few days later with broken nails or polish that chipped away. When coming back to get it fixed, they often insisted that it was my fault and once again, rushed me out. This place definitely lacks in the customer service dept.

The best nail salon in the area. The salon smells wonderful, the prices are fair and the staff is the BEST (especially Sue, Ada, Jay and Jamie). Make an appointment and never wait.

I couldn't be more disappointed with a service. They told me they could only provide a pedi or a mani which was fine so I opted for a pedi. Then said they could do both. My nail tech was rushing the pedicure and the gel manicure. I saw the types of hand/foot massages others were getting and she massaged my feet for about 2-3 mins and my hands/arms for about a minute total. I let her know this whole experience felt rushed and she told me I was wrong. Spent close to $100 and feel I was really ripped off. Never again. So many other nail salons to go to that take care of you in a more relaxing manner.

They only do nails for white women.So I can't even review their services, because I'm black. Our money was no good thereWe walked in and asked for pedicures. The older lady approached us cautiously like we were a threat. Everyone else looked down like we walked in on a party too. This was the middle of the day on Sunday. So when we asked when a chair would be available, the older woman pretended to check an appointment book, but she didn't really look at it. She was obviously lying when she said she would never have another appointment available for us the rest of the day. For some pedicures. We happily went elsewhere because I'm not going to keep throwing money at people who clearly have a problem with blackness. Guess what? Asians are people of color too. You aren't better than us!!!

Lovely job on my pedicure, and cheap, too compared to where I've been before. $40 for both, where I usually pay around $70, including paraffin wax during the pedicure. My manicure was so-so, and I should have said no to the offer of a single layer of top coat, as it chipped within hours. I normally just get a buff manicure since I'm really hard on my hands. He did an okay job. I'll definitely be back for another pedicure.

I have a standing biweekly appointment to get gel nails done and a periodic pedicure. Currently I use Sue who is fantastic. She is so precise, my nails always look great when I leave. When Sue is off I have also used Sean and Ada both very very good. The shop is modern and pretty looking thanks to a recent renovation by owner Sean. Even though there are several salons much closer to my home I keep returning to Sue. Recently a new lady did my nails while Sue was on vacation (Don't remember her name). She was NOT good and actually cut me to the point of bleeding. I told Sean on my way out with my bandaged finger but I noticed she is still there...

It has now been a few weeks since the experience, but i remain extremely irritated (PISSED OFF), and appalled by the quality of service i received. To begin with, the nail polish started to chip away only TWO days later. On a much more serious note, thanks to her method of cutting/cleaning the cuticles, my fingers burned and there was bleeding by the area where she had cut the cuticles...i do not understand how someone could mess up a manicure so VERY VERY WRONG.Extremely disappointed.

I started going to this salon when I first moved to the area. At first I thought they were overpriced by figures it had to match with its location and clientele... however every time I go, I receive nothing but exceptional work. Kelly is AWESOME when it comes to manicure and pedicure unfortunately she does not do acrylic nails... and for that I go to Ada. Although they take walking clients, making an appointment is strongly recommended, they are always busy and I can tell why. I only gave 4 stars because there's always room for improvements.

Tried them twice. Definitely can get better work done else where at the same cost or less. Bad and lazy work both times. Got a mani pedi together in about one hour, felt rushed. Also, not a very relaxing place. I will not be going again. And bty to this business I went to a different place for my recent manicure, they didn't pressure gel upgrade or designs AND I was given a very good shoulder massage, after my hand massage. No extra! It all only Cost $15!!! And my nails looked AMAZING! I'll be going back there!

Sean's is a very casual salon with a very friendly atmosphere. Although the manicurists speak to each other in Vietnamese occasionally, I never feel they are talking about the customers. The manicurists have a good relationship which adds to the pleasant experience. One perk is that Sean and staff love smoothies and offer to pick one up for you when they make a smoothie run. Genuinely relaxing and fun.

I have had my nails done there twice. The second time I spent $175, for my daughter and I.. a couple days later I went beck because I had broke a nail. The lady that fixed it was pissed because I didn’t want to come back at a later time. I love Nails by Sean. Definitely my favorite place in the area. This time I decided to go for the SNS dip manicure. It was pretty pricey at $45 ($10 more than gel), but I really wanted to try it. My nail tech was rushing the pedicure and the gel manicure. I saw the types of hand/foot massages others were getting and she massaged my feet for about 2-3 mins and my hands/arms for about a minute total. I let her know this whole experience felt rushed and she told me I was wrong. Spent close to $100 and feel I was really ripped off. Never again. Lovely job on my pedicure, and cheap, too compared to where I've been before. $40 for both, where I usually pay around $70, including paraffin wax during the pedicure. My manicure was so-so, and I should have said no to the offer of a single layer of top coat, as it chipped within hours. I normally just get a buff manicure since I'm really hard on my hands. At first I thought they were overpriced by figures it had to match with its location and clientele... however every time I go, I receive nothing but exceptional work. Kelly is AWESOME when it comes to manicure and pedicure unfortunately she does not do acrylic nails... and for that I go to Ada. Also, not a very relaxing place. I will not be going again. Sean's is a very casual salon with a very friendly atmosphere. Although the manicurists speak to each other in Vietnamese occasionally, I never feel they are talking about the customers.
