The vibe is nice, I always compliment them on the music playlist:), refreshments are provided, and its a one stop shop: mani, pedi, massages, eyebrows. I purposely elected to visit this salon due to the rating a positive reviews I read, however I was disappointed with my visit. Now, I hate giving nothing but positive reviews, but this isn't an exception. The facility wasn't as great as I thought it would be, it was small (not a big deal), dirty looking, and didn't seem like they had A.C. I got a pedicure for $28 and it was nothing but mediocre. Julia, was very nice, however she didn't really take her time and rushed the whole thing. The paint job was terrible, the pedicure left the soles of my feet very tough and scratchy. I had a great pedicure and fill with gel polish. The salon is very clean and all the techs friendly. I arrived on Saturday morning when they opened and was seated in the pedicure chair right away. I had the $35 pedicure which included a full 5-minute foot and leg massage as well as a clay leg mask. It was so relaxing. Vicky did my fill and was very conscientious about it. She took her time and made me very comfortable. I'm one who likes to read during my treatments so both techs were quiet throughout. There are very few nail salons that's truly give you a 5 start experience, Nail Club is definitely one of them! I went in on a Saturday for a Spa Mani & Spa Pedi. I didn't have an appoint and had NO WAIT TIME! They're adequately staffed and very friendly. Julia was my nail technician, she did a fabulous job. My pedicure was comfortable and relaxing. Julia wasn't rushed and took her time to make the experience one of a kind. I do admittedly have short nails and she did a gel French that still looked great! It takes a lot of skill to perfect a French on nearly no nails. Along with my Yelp check in discount my whole package was $70.  I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Julia! Read Less

The gel mani is a little higher than most places but $26 for a pedi cure is great! The salon has 6 pedicure chairs and a large amount of OPI colors to choose from and a smaller selection of other brands. I would recommend this place for a pedicure!  Staff is nice, there is a little music playing and they offered us water & tea when we sat down.  I believe they only take Master Card / Visa / Cash (as a friend tried to pay with AMEX and they asked for visa). I just came from nail club. I walked in and was told to pick a color, it would be a short wait. After starting my pedicure, they stopped my service to take another customer who apparently came in earlier and was told to return. Completely inappropriate... you need to be honest about other appts/wait times. Had I known, I wouldn't have stayed. I will never come back here!Read Less

I came asking for a SNS manicure and was seated with Mandy. They had very few color selections and I should have taken that as a warning sign. I've done SNS many times over the past year and once she started dipping my fingers in the powder, I knew she was not well experienced with the technique. I'm positive they did not use the right products that are necessary for SNS because after working on my nails for 2 hours (it should never take this long), my nails wouldn't dry (SNS is supposed to dry instantly). She didn't know what to do so she put a top coat that is used for regular gel manicures on and stuck my hands under the UV lamp (no UV light is supposed to be used). I was clearly upset but she genuinely apologized.I don't like giving bad reviews especially when I could tell the workers are very meticulous but the SNS manicure was horrible! They should have told me off the bat that they are not well experienced so I did not have to waste my time. I just moved to Rockville with 4week overdo gel nails. I walked into a salon that I will not name in Germantown, and should have walked out but I really needed them done. They did a HORRIBLE job and my nails were in such pain. On my way home I drove past NAIL CLUB. I checked them out on line, I waited a week till my nails were not sore and I made an appointment with Kim, the owner. The whole family, Kim, Kay and Mom took great care of me and Kim worked her magic and my nails are BEAUTIFUL again. I will be going back!!!! The Nail Club does the best gel nails of anywhere I have ever been. Kim, the owner, does an outstanding job herself on gel nails – with a great attention to detail. The other members of this family-operated business also give the best manicures and best pedicures, with personal attention and a clean cozy atmosphere. Plus – the fantastic new gel polish application – that lasts for two weeks without chipping or wearing off! Amazing! – and with no drilling and sanding!
