I got my nails done by using gel nail polish on May 19, 2018. Then, by May 21,2018 they were cracked. So, I went back to the nail salon on May 22nd to speak to the manager. The manager accused me of banging my nails and cracking them all. She argued with me and kept on accusing me of destroying my nails. This is not a good place to go to. Their customer service is terrible, their professionalism is atrocious and they have no idea what customer service is all about. I would never, ever recommend anyone to this salon!!!!!!!!!!

This will be my last visit. This place would get 2 stars for their services however this is the second time I have made an appointment and had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen. This time I specifically told them I wanted an appointment time that wouldn’t have a wait and I still had to wait. My past visits have been average and I only came again because I can walk here. I’ll drive somewhere else next time ... they have terrible time management, average service and the prices aren’t worth the aggravation. Not worth it - go somewhere else!

I have been a regular client at Mirage Nails (Shady Grove) for the past 2 years but today they may have lost my business. I was appalled when I walked in for a pedicure and was asked if I can come back another day. It was very unwelcoming and not client friendly. I would have waited until I could be seen by the next available technician; but I was not given a choice in the matter. Before today's incident, I had not had many issues with service. The staff seems to practice good sanitary procedures, and their work is professional. Basic pedicure starts at $28.00 and a helpful note is they only accept "cash" tip. But they do need to improve their client interactions/communication for sure.

Helen waxed off 1/4 of my left eyebrow and blamed it on me by saying that I always had eyebrows like that.
The damage was done, nothing could be done to fix it and I totally understand that human err...

The damage was done, nothing could be done to fix it and I totally understand that human errors occur, but at least have the decency to accept it. Rather than owning her mistake, she blamed it on me by saying this is how my eyebrows were when I came in...REALLY? You wanna say that I had one full and other 3/4 eyebrow since ever?? Wow!!
She literally shouted at me by saying that she has 26 years of experience so there is no way she could make a mistake...Does 26 years of experience make you GOD?!!
I wish I had checked their reviews for eyebrows (especially the ones mentioned about her) before trying them.
She says she is the manager - then I must say that this place has a very rude and not at all customers friendly manager.
I am extremely disappointed by her attitude and certainly will never go there again.

My husband and I were walk ins, and they got us in right away with no waiting. Kelly and Lisa did a great job and our time there was so relaxing. We enjoyed the whole experience.

Avoid if you want to keep to your schedule. Called at noon and made an appointment for 3pm. Walked in at 3pm and we were told wait another 30 minutes. Others walked in who also had appointments and were told to wait behind the people who just came for a walk in. Unacceptable.

I got my nails done by using gel nail polish on May 19, 2018. Then, by May 21,2018 they were cracked. So, I went back to the nail salon on May 22nd to speak to the manager. The manager accused me of banging my nails and cracking them all. She argued with me and kept on accusing me of destroying my nails. This is not a good place to go to. Their customer service is terrible, their professionalism is atrocious and they have no idea what customer service is all about. I would never, ever recommend anyone to this salon!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a regular client at Mirage Nails (Shady Grove) for the past 2 years but today they may have lost my business. I was appalled when I walked in for a pedicure and was asked if I can come back another day. It was very unwelcoming and not client friendly. I would have waited until I could be seen by the next available technician; but I was not given a choice in the matter. Before today's incident, I had not had many issues with service. i love it here because it was my first time coming into this new mirage nail salon it was so beautiful and clean they had the best service ever i would love to come here all the time
