I went here the day before my prom to get just a basic manicure. At first everything seemed fine even though it smelled VERY strongly of cigarettes in there. We had an appointment at ten, however even though they weren’t even that busy they didn’t even touch our nails til 10:30. The first lady that touched my nails did well and she was nice. However when the man came over to do part of my nails, he was very rough and also I noticed his hands looked a little dirty as well as his finger nails...gross. Also he was rude. I stuck through it and didn’t say anything, but the lady came back and finished my nails which I was grateful for. The polish looked fine when she was finished but around the cuticle it looked pretty messy. As we were leaving, we went to the register to pay, and over in the corner was a bunch of food on the floor next to the couch...there was a full chicken and it’s head! And also a ton of bulbs of garlic and some gross looking soup lol. Not to mention a bunch of cigarettes right next to that, no wonder it smelled so strongly of cigars. I have been there twice now, as soon as you walk in you are warmly greeted and placed with an individual. I feel like everyone is very nice and the atmosphere is just right. I would recommend them. My sister raved about this place and said they were so nice to her so I decided to go and get my nails done here for prom. Worst experience ever!I walked in and waited to be greeted for 15 minutes. Then they asked what I wanted and I told them a full set, she rolled her eyes and walked away. So I picked out a color and sat back down for another 10 minutes. The older women shouted at me to come to her chair so I went over there. She was so rough with my nails, she even left me bleeding in multiple spots. I love this place. They do the best job on my nails. The color is beautiful! They are very professional and polite. We go there every year for Mothers Day to have pedicures and I also get my nails done at the same time. The polish last twice as long than if you would have done it yourself. First of all I find Danielle Taylor's comment a little hard to believe - if she waited an hour that was her fault. More than likely they didn't see her as they alway take care of customers as soon as they can - if there's going to be a long wait they let you know in case you want to return later ... They do good on nails. But I don't appreciate that people that can speak English doesn't speak it in English! I think it's disrespectful and rude! And yeah!
