This is my third visit. Enjoyed 1st two experiences. No wait on weekday afternoons. Today the experience is different. Place is full and I had to wait. Not surprised as it is a Saturday. There is a bath mat at the front door that welcomes visitors. Odd, but not the biggest turn off. I am asked to take a seat but tech walks away and finishes painting nails of the customer who was washing her hands when I entered. Ok, still not the biggest turn off. As I sit waiting my view is of a women getting her face waxed. Now I'm not judging the face (not eyebrows) wax but why is this done in the main area where everyone can see? Very random. Tech continues to jump between multiple clients. Why don't they finish one person and then move to next person? I had to ask for the cuticle cutter to be sanitized before it was used on me. I will not return. Not risking a nail infection to save money on a cheap manicure. Read Less

JUST HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS SALON...KELLY AND ANDY ARE THE WORST. DON'T SET AN APPT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HONOR IT. I WAOTED FOR AN HOUR TO GET KELLY STOPPED DOING MY NAILS BECAUSE SHE GOT UPSET THAT I ASKED HER WHY I WAITED SO LONG AND SHE TOLD ME THAT I CAN GO TO ANOTHER SALON. DON'T GO!!!!! I moved from Va to Md last month and needed to find another place to get my nails and eyebrows cleaned up every two wks so since I've moved in with my fiancé, he told me his mom went here to Vicky Nails and even though she didn't like the lady that worked here (she moved slow-according to her) so I thought I'd give it a try. My fiancé dropped me off yesterday (6/9/15) at about 7pm. I walked in and asked how long would I need to wait for a gel fill in and trim down. The guy said 5 min. I told my fiancé he could drive off and I'll call him when I was ready. (I'm currently pregnant with twins so if the wait was more than 15 min I would need to go elsewhere.)I'm seated at a desk after about 5 min so I was pleased on the wait. However, I asked the technician who was not fluent in English if I could turn the fan on me (trying to ventilate and prevent inhaling the chemicals from the polish and powders) he said okay. As he worked on my nails, I noticed that as I would speak to tell him something he wouldn't comprehend. I asked if he could get a spot he missed (nail polish was still on a nail after he cleaned it for the gel application) but he would say "huh"? Long story short, the tech working on my nail became rude and possibly due to the language barrier and the fact that I didn't like the nail design, and asked him to change it, the guy became rude. He yanked on my arm and then when I told him to not yank on me, he got upset and I asked for someone to finish me up before I walked out. I called my fiancé and asked him to come get me and another tech came over to work on me. The tech who was rude began to work on a lady's feet and my fiancé walked in. We aren't rude and rowdy people so my fiancé immediately came to me and checked to see if I was okay. Then he asked what happened. I explained and my fiancé stayed with me. I wasn't charged for the additional fees but paid my $30.00 for the gel set and the guy who finished working on me apologized for the other techs rudeness and said to my fiancé and I that he would tell the manager how rude the guy was. This place is over priced and has rude employees that aren't trained to speak the language. I will never go here again and will complain to the BBB. Read Less

They need to take the time to sterilize their tools. I visited this salon to have a manicure and pedicure and noticed they did not provide new tools for any of the procedures. I would not recommend visiting here. The people are nice but I am concerned about passing bacteria. Read Less
