1.0 star rating 10/3/2016 I wish I could give negative stars. This is literally the WORST place I have EVER been too counting all factors across the board. They BURNED my face waxing my eyebrows and told me it was normal, and also severely damaged other waxed areas, also stating this was normal. When I asked for a refund after the fact when it clearly wasn't healing well (days later), they STILL told me it was normal for the healing process to be slow, and it was probably my fault that I wasn't putting enough lotion on it to help it heal and that they would only give me a partial refund because they saw nothing wrong with it. Even with the burn to my face, they said it will be fine in a few days as long as I take care of it, and acted like it was completely normal. I have had MANY MANY waxes in my life and I have never had to slather on lotion after to ensure my skin doesn't (literally) fall off or go hunt down vitamin E to heal a burn to my face. Everyone here is incompetent, rude and doesn't give a care in the world about their customers or the services they provide.
