Not satisfied at all! Not only was the massage the absolute worst I've ever gotten - the tech barely rubbed the oil into my skin and moved on - but she also didn't pay any attention to what I actually asked for. I told her no scrub, because if makes my legs itch. She did it anyway. I asked her to cut down two toenails she just passed over, and I had to ask her twice to go back and do the callus removal because she skimmed the grater over my heels and went on. I'm convinced she was rushing because a VERY impatient woman was griping about the time limit for a walk-in after sitting for barely 5 minutes. I pay for a service and always tip well, so I expect it to be done well. I will definitely NOT return here or recommend it to anyone. Read Less

The owner Andy and his wife Helen really do make you feel like family. Love them!! Ofcourse they do great work on nails however, their other services specially waxing is spot on. I have very sensitive skin, especially my eye lids. I have never left there with skin irritation... like I have so many other salons, of all types, over the years. My first experience at this salon was great. I called to get their hours and when I told them I was looking for a salon that opened before 10, they accommodated me and opened early for me at 9:30. My manicure was done very professionally and the manicurist really took her time. The owners were very friendly. I will definitely return! 5 Stars! Read Less
