I live close to this nail salon and I’ve been 3 times. Each time I go in... I kick myself in the foot... like why? You already know how horrible it is. With other really awesome AND friendly nail salons nearby, I’m really not sure why people still go here!! It’s baffling, but to each his own. They also don’t have a good selection of colors (1990s), the bottles are very old and practically empty. Their dip powder and gel selection is almost non existent. I come here every two weeks for a fill. Very professional, clean, and good pricing. They do such a great job, I always leave happy. When my polish chipped off of one finger. Went back in they helped find my color and fixed it free. Ive had every tech in the salon and they are all great, I trust them with the nails. Read Less

I've been coming here for many years. In the beginning they were great. Now there are always long waits. Can't just run in and get my nails done without waiting for sometimes over an hour. It gets really old. I haven't even been happy with the work. They have several new technicians and some of the veterans now who rush you in and out. They have left messy and crooked nails. Read Less

This was my go-to place since I moved to Pasadena in 2014. However, my most recent experience with either Vivian or Veronica was terrible. I felt rushed the entire time, I didn't get the normal foot massage or hand massage with my pedi/mani and after she painted my design she yelled at me (yes , yelled at me) to put my hand in the dryer. The finished product was nice, it was what I asked for but I was not happy with the way the technician treated me and how she rushed me through both my manicure and pedicure. Today was my first time here and I was pleased with my service! I got a gel fill, it was $35 which is about what I pay at other places. Vivian was my nail technician and she did a great job. She was very polite and patient. She took her time but she wasn't too slow at doing my nails either. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Some places charge extra for cut downs, and today I was happy to not be charged for something as simple as drilling your nail down a little bit. I would go back here again. Read Less

I splurged on myself,  l don't do nail salons, due to one bad incident a few years back. I have a gel polish system at home with gelish, OPI, Orly and nail bliss.  Guess what it doesn't last long either, so I don't do gel polish, to pay and last five days it's a waste.  However,  l needed a pedicure,  badly, so I took a chance..  Best decision,  the technician asked basic or deluxe,  the difference,  more scrubbing and moisturizing,  little more. I went with the deluxe, the pedicure took over an hour, was not rushed what so ever.  My feet were soaked, scrubbed, trimmed, filed, l swear there might of been a cheese grater involved for dead skin removal, soaked more, scrubbed, then they put each foot into warm parrifin. My legs were then slathered with rich, thick creme and wrapped in hot towels. After ten minutes,  then everything came off, more scrubbing and trimming and moisturizer.  Here's the most important part,  those trimmers and instruments used for the pedicure were sanitized and clean. I watched each technician open the bags in front of me, not open some random drawer and leave me question has that been used before? The place is invited and clean,the technicians really do a very good and throughout job. Use common sense, don't want a rushed feeling, go late in the afternoon,  l went in on a Saturday about 4pm. Not only did I feel rushed picking my color for my well earned mani/pedi but I got Gell for my mani right before a trip down south for a big event. Not even 16 hours later the gell popped right off of two fingers. Noticed it when I stopped for gas while driving. Too far to get them repaired I had to do my own fix for the event. Oddly ALL of the gells peeled right off like little rose petels. I've never had them come off so easily both on their own or from me removing them!I'll never go back. Waste of my $90 which upset me. I spent that so I wouldn't have to worry about my nails for the big event. Hardly even got a  massage with my "deluxe pedi" either. I wouldn't have written a bad review for that but the extra spend on gells for my event came with more expectations which clearly weren't met. So sad! Read Less

They are so friendly and fast. I walked in at 6 PM and asked to get a pedicure. They pulled the tools out of a sealed bag and everything. He took his time to get the ingrown toe nails out and didn't hurt me. He used sugar scrub on my legs and a hot towel!! You don't see that much anymore. I ended up getting a gel manicure and an awesome pedicure and was done by 6:25PM. It's worth every penny especially when it comes to customer service and cleanliness.
