Customer service is poor. Nail technician Eva does great nails but is grouchy and complains all the time. Her sister is always cheerful and pleasant. Not sure about her work but it is probably good because she has lots of customers. Gonna change technician

They do a great job with nails. Never had a problem with them breaking but customer service is horrible. I’ve been going there for at least 5years, they are always to busy. If you are that busy maybe you should hire more people. Every time I go there they always ask me to come back and half the time there isn’t even anyone in the nail chairs, maybe a couple in the pedicure chairs but that’s it. They are always rude and need to learn how to speak to people. I continued to go there for so long because I loved they way they did my nails but I just got tired of it. And now they are closed one day a week and it’s never the same day so the past couple of times I’ve gone to get my nails done they where closed. I asked them what day of the week they where going to close and she said I don’t know it’s always different. Well that isn’t fair to your clients. Her response was you need to call before you come. I shouldn’t have to. Pick a day to be closed. I will not be going back there.

Horrible. I went today to get a fill in and half of my fingers were bleeding , she cut them WAY too short , and did the polish extremely thick. They look awful. I will never go back.

the worst! went for a full set with design and received nothing i wanted. they are rough on your hands and will make them sore. they will cut your real nails without asking. they are very impatient and will rush you out. they are the worst place for designs. the pictures posted are false advertising. they are no where near extravagant in person. they are incapable of doing a lot of things, and do not have up to date trends or material. they even had the nerve to ask for payment before they started.

Very disappointed! Took my girls there for mani/pedis because of the good reviews, however it was not at all what I hoped! There was nothing manicure or pedicure about this experience..more like jus...
Very disappointed! Took my girls there for mani/pedis because of the good reviews, however it was not at all what I hoped! There was nothing manicure or pedicure about this experience..more like just a quick polish and then out the door! They literally sat on the floor and polished the girls toes while they sat in a chair! Will never go back!!

When there for the first time yesterday. Not fancy but clean and comfortable. The people are super nice. Their prices are fair. I stopped going to my regular place absolutely nails because the new owner raised the prices through the roof. My granddaughter got a full set and they are the best shape and everything that I've ever seen. She loves bed them. We both got pedicures by Ken great massage. I got gels and Le did an awesome job. I recommend them unless you looking for over priced or stuffy.

My "Go-to" place for nails.. Absolutely love going back to get pampered.. You are catered to the moment you walk in the door. Sometimes you have to be direct about what you want and they are quick to oblige. Prices are fair compared to others in the area but I love my nails when I have them done here.

I moved here recently and needed to find a new nail place. As everyone knows, when you move it is usually a pain in the rear to find a place you like. Score!! On my first try I found a great lil shop. It's small and it certainly isn't fancy ( hell, it shares a entryway with a chinese restaurant. lol) But they do a BANG UP job on your nails and pedicures!Super nice folks, fast, friendly and affordable!You really cannot ask for better than that but as a bonus, they have a HUGE selection of gel polish as well as non gel. Great Place!!

I LOVE this place. I will never go to any other nail place after my experience here. The family who owns it is extremely kind and they are great about making sure their customers are happy and comfortable. They will even stay open late to see you if they are busy. This is hands down the best place for nails and waxing in Pasadena! I highly recommend it!

They do a great job with nails. Never had a problem with them breaking but customer service is horrible. I’ve been going there for at least 5years, they are always to busy. If you are that busy maybe you should hire more people. Every time I go there they always ask me to come back and half the time there isn’t even anyone in the nail chairs, maybe a couple in the pedicure chairs but that’s it. I stopped going to my regular place absolutely nails because the new owner raised the prices through the roof. My granddaughter got a full set and they are the best shape and everything that I've ever seen. She loves bed them. We both got pedicures by Ken great massage. I got gels and Le did an awesome job. I recommend them unless you looking for over priced or stuffy.

On my first try I found a great lil shop. It's small and it certainly isn't fancy ( hell, it shares a entryway with a chinese restaurant. lol) But they do a BANG UP job on your nails and pedicures!Super nice folks, fast, friendly and affordable!You really cannot ask for better than that but as a bonus, they have a HUGE selection of gel polish as well as non gel. Great Place!!

I LOVE this place. I will never go to any other nail place after my experience here. The family who owns it is extremely kind and they are great about making sure their customers are happy and comfortable. They will even stay open late to see you if they are busy. This is hands down the best place for nails and waxing in Pasadena! I highly recommend it!
