I've been going to beauty nails for almost a year. Love them and the work that they do! I pass three other nail places to get there, but I will drive the extra 15 minutes for the service that they provide. It's a husband/wife shop that only want to give great service. They take great pride in what they do, and truly want to earn your business. I usually just gets manicures, and have always loved them, but got my first pedicure there today and could not be happier! I have been here quite a few times and was happy with them. But this time I brought my daughter (3) and the lady made a snarky comment about the fact that I painted her nails myself (with my own polish from home) while waiting (45 mins). I did them myself because she is only three and will not sit still for a full manicure but I wanted her to have her first "nails/spa day" experience. And then as I was sitting in the chair, she made a comment to my daughter that made me feel like it was a burden that I had brought her there with me. Mind you, this is the first time I have gotten my nails done since I had my daughter so I really was hoping for a pleasant experience. Don’t go here expecting to buy gift cards and getting credit for it on your punch card. I wouldn’t have purchased all three of them if I knew. They saw my punch card and wouldn’t honor it even though I had paid for three pedicures. Will never receive another dime from me or my family. Last week I got the worst gel manicure here! The staff is very nice and the salon is very clean; however, the paint job was awful! It is lifting on the sides, the paint job itself was all jagged around the cuticles (this I actually noticed at the time but it was about 20 minutes to close) and the paint must have put on really thin so now it looks uneven, with light patches. For $27 (plus tip) I would expect it would look better and last longer. Read Less

Horrible. Got a basic manicure and pedicure. It was sloppy and painful. The woman I had pulled a hang nail causing my finger to bleed. It wouldn't stop so she stuck a bandaid on it. Told me she can't paint the nail because it's bleeding. Still charged me the full $40. I went back asked for my money back. They ended up just painting my nail instead. It's looks horrible. Went with a friend, we both had appts for pedicures and manicures, but we were treated like walk-ins. I ended up getting a gel mani, which looked lumpy and had bubbles in it as soon as it was finished. I was done with both services in about 35 minutes, so you can guess how good the quality was. The guy I had (not sure of his name) didn't even file the free edges of my nails! Asked him not to cut my cuticles and he did anyway. My friend asked her female technician for square with rounded corners, and the woman proceeded to file all her length off into an oval shape. The French polish was atrocious. $100 total plus tips, for that kind of money we could've gone to a real spa and actually been pampered. Will absolutely NOT be going back. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure today and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming the owners are! It was my first time and it's a husband and wife team. Efficient with a great attention to detail. I went here because I was short on time and it was close. It will now be my go to salon. I just did a basic mani-pedi with gel. Great price. So dissapointed. I went in 6weeks ago for the first time. Called and bookednfor a full set with gel polish. Arrived and was seated with Nina. Had a full set put on and gel polish. Had brows and lip waxed. 65.00 later Plus tip to Nina out I went. Two days later a couple nails chipped and polish was lifting. The polish was popping off innone piece. Never before have I had this happen in twenty years of having nails done. So I went back the Sunday after I had the set done. Told ...the nail tech what happened and she adjusted the shape of the nails adding acrylic and finished wih gel polish. Charged again for the "fill" and gel polish. Paid the 35 and tipped Jenny and left. Three days later the same thing again. I don't know what is going on. Never had this before. Maybe it is the lotuon madsaging the hands when polishing is not done? Maybe the product is sub par. I don't know but two weeks and 100.00 later I had nails with no gel on them and then the lifting started and I just popped them off. Nobody tried to address the issuemor offer any compensation. I really regret not going back in to ask for my money back. I paid more than I expected for truly the worst manicure and salon experience I've ever had. I felt misunderstood in my request in the first place (full set, rounded tip, fairly short). When that wasn't happening and I stood up for myself ("I really need these to be round, I said that from the start"), the man doing my nails got rough and careless and nicked my fingers repeatedly with the sander. The shapes are super uneven, the lengths vary pretty significantly, and my hands are still sore a day later. He left a mess of glue and acrylic all over my fingers. Took my girlfriend here after she regrettably used fake, plastic nails and had trouble keeping them on. The person who assisted her was very kind and was very patient. (My girlfriend had just glued the plastic nails on her fingers, so it took some time for Beauty Nails to remove the plastic nails and add their own. Afterwards, her nails looked 10x better. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my girlfriend slightly complained that they left some residue underneath her new nails. He originally tried to remove it, but likely gave up.
