I have been to this place a total of 3 times just trying to give the place a chance. Just left out of there with my nails UNDONE because when she took the polish off my nails they were GREEN WITH A FUNGUS... all her explanation was is “it just happens”. I came in on a Saturday for a manicure and pedicure and decided to get a marble design which was a gel manicure. The manicurist I had was unable to do it so I just got a manicure and pedicure. She was annoyed because i didnt want the gel service and i the customer was annoyed that she couldnt provide the service i wanted or had another technician complete the service. She rushed through my service in less than 30 minutes. I came in with my daughter and sister , we all were serviced together but I was the first finished. My nails started chipping the very next day. When I called for a redo because I had to work Sunday they said they weren't sure if they would open Monday and if so what time. I've just decided to eat the $45 if I had to have the same manicurist. I loved this place! I get square acrylics with gel and a pedicure all the time. Go with the owner Phonz or his fiancé Lynn or Lee. They are all my go to nail techs. Mike did both my hand and feet nails and he did not do a good job. My hand nails were thick and not the perfect square shape. He likes to flirt/compliment you a lot that it makes it weird and uncomfortable. I wish I would of found this place sooner. I am now moving out of state but definitely recommend this nail shop. I went here for the first time after I finally got fed up with my last nail tech at another location. Phonz did my nails, the nail shape was better and polish quality. I’m always nervous trying new places. I decided to surprise my daughter with A pedicure. The staff was very welcoming. They got us in a chair right away. We were offered drinks and they made sure we were comfortable. They realized it was a special occasion and asked if I wanted them to take a picture of us. Beautiful establishment. Staff is very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. My husband and I both got pedicures, which were phenomenal. I reluctantly decided to get a gel fill with no chip mood change polish and am extremely dissatisfied. My nails are crooked... only one has a straight tip. The polish is messy with uneven strokes, and when I got home I noticed he didn't clean up around my cuticle properly so there is polish on my skin. I am most annoyed because t...he mood changing polish looks baby blue, not gray... at all. I specifically wanted grey to match my toe nail polish, which I brought with me. Had I known my fingernails would not be grey with the mood changer, I would have used the OPI polish I brought with me. To top it off, blue is the only nail polish color I do not like, yet they are blue. I will be going back for pedicures and the friendly staff, but will be going to my regular place for gel fills and no-chip polish. I gave 3 stars for the cleanliness (pedicure tools were very sanitary and in an autoclave bag before use- a huge plus for me), atmosphere/staff friendliness and pedicure skills. Nice shop, friendly, professional... but not the best techs. I suggest trying whoever everyone says to go to, bc anyone else, you'll be set up. Literally had my polish chip off of my toes two days later and I spent the weekend at home doing nothing that was cause that...& as far as my nails, you can see a little humps/grooves in the acrylic underneath the polish. I highly doubt that I'll be going back-- I'll just stick to my hole in the wall in the hood in DC. The guy also shaped them very weird-I asked for a round/natural looking shape...& he honestly shaped them like some sort of cold and flu tablets. I came her today because so many gave this place great reviews. This ghetto trash box of a business. The tech riled straight through my skill to the point of me bleeding. I paid for my service and requested that a manager file an incident report. I'm told that I need to wait until she finishes with her client before she can file a report. So after waiting 45 minutes to get my service you want me to continue to wait another 30 minutes. I'm not naming names but those of you who said this place is great need to up your game. I've paid alot less for better service. I waited 30 additional minutes for her to tell me she can't take a report but will show the manager my picture. Smh Read Less

I visited the shop on Thursday for the first time and I was not disappointed! Yen was professional, patient and took her time with me. I wanted designs but couldn't afford what I wanted and she made a great decision for me. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. If you want your nails tight, I suggest Yen or Phonz. I went here for a mani, pedi and eyebrows. I love everything! But I went here one time for lashes and they were horrible. I don't know what the lady name was, but I don't recommend getting your lashes done here. However, I have heard several times that Tammy does good. I used to love this place! Used to! The last time I went there approximately 2.5 weeks ago, the technician did not seen confident in what he was doing. He rushed through getting my nails finished and within a week 3 of them were lifting. I was going to go there today but while waiting I realized I would again probably end up with the same technician so I left. Good thing I did because the other salon I went to was amazing! And come to find out after removing the polish, one ...of those nails that was lifting was starting to grow mold under it!!! This is absolutely disgusting! I have been getting my nails done routinely for 20 years and never have I had this issue! The technician said it is from water getting between my real nail and the gel! This place is nice it's clean, the stuff is super professional. The pricing is great and it looks like they have good colors for you. It's Labor Day and it's not a long wait time. So you do good work you get good reviews. I get my nails done like every 9-13 days, and I spend about 50-100$ every time depending on what I need. I was referred to this play by a friend and I really don't like the customer service. I work in THE SAME Industry and customer service is how you get loyal customers. Yea you can have 50 random clients a day but you make your most money from the loyal ones. They may wanna practice that. Other than thank my nails are cute. The biggest nail salon I have EVER been to. With 30 Manicure Stations and over 15 Spa Stations, PLUS 6 Princess Spa Station for kids. I like that it's so spacious and it's actual room between the spa chairs. I was immediately greeted by the host and was told it's only a 5-7 minute wait. He told me to pick out a color while I wait from a mega wall of polishes. It was organized my color and brands. I thought it would make it easier to choose but it didn't. Jason was my nail technician. He was very friendly and professional. This salon is super clean. They use Lysol Power Spray to clean the spa immediately after a guest is finish. They open a new pack of tool to use for my pedicure. They had six televisions throughout the salon. They even played some good R&B music to cater to their guest. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!! I recently had a baby and my nail tech went on vacation and I needed my nails done for an event and that is how I ended up here. I hate when salons are so concerned with the bells and whistles of the place that they don't hire the talent. My toes were done by Jasen who rushed through and jacked my polish up. He barely removed my dry skin. My fill-in was done by Tina who didnt speak except to ask for nail color and payment. My nails aren't polished all the way around nor are they shaped correctly they're super thick. They look as if they're already grown out because she didnt start them close enough to my cuticles. This place is breathtaking! Every worker inside this nail studio does great nails. For your pedicure they have techs that only do feet and they are amazing.  Also they Wax eyebrows and they can do that Great too.This salon is kid friendly and even have a little princess station where your baby girls can receive the same service as you.They accept walk ins but it's best to make appointments. The most I ever waited during a walkin visit was 45mins. The nail lounge is very clean and organized. The staff and the owner are very nice people. Their special and deluxe pedicures will leave your legs feeling amazing. While gotting my pedicure done I had the pleasure of listening to my technician not only complain but gossip and curse about a fellow employee who apparently is quitting in two weeks! It was so rude of her to say the things she did and not even acknowledge me. The other technician listened but stayed professional. Mine was snappy in her orders...yes, orders....and gross by constantly wiping her nose and touching my feet. The other young lady was at least nice and pretty in her orange top. I have been coming to this nail salon since it first opened and had no complaints until today. My mom and I decided to have a pedicure day this evening and as soon as we sat down everyone was in a rush! The lady who did my feet never told me her name but I specifically told her that I wanted the silver polish with a hint of lavender in it. When she finished my feet, my polish was a dark purple. I told her that she used the wrong polish and it looks just like the polish my mother requested but she insisted that she used the right polish. I then asked how silver polish could automatically turn purple and she said she used two coats of polish so that's why it looks purple. I wasn't buying it.I was very upset that she lied to me about why the "silver" polish looks dark purple. I would've let the situation go if she was honest with me and said she accidentally applied the wrong polish but instead she lied, trying to insult my intelligence. My mother told me to leave the situation alone so I paid for the service and she had the nerve to say did I want to put her tip on my card as well or would I be tipping in cash? I felt like that was very disrespectful to just tell someone that they're going to tip you one way or another. She did not deserve a tip after painting my nails the wrong color. I told her to charge my card for the service only. I usually like this place but I had a bad experience today. This is why I gave them three stars. Awful place.... Monday 3/6 I came here to get a manicure with gel polish my nails looked great. Saturday 3/11 five days later I had noticed that the polish started to chip and my nails looked like it was two weeks old already. Never did that happen to me. Monday 3/13 I decided to go back and get my nails redone. Meanwhile I ask for the boss. I informed him about my nails and the polish. He didn't show any concern and told me he wants me to go somewhere else. I don't recommend this place to no one. Too much to type-bad quality, customer service, quality vs quantity (if you're short staffed stop taking walk-ins esp if that means that people with appts suffer in quality), etc. appt does not take priority over walk-ins and they tried guilting me bc they had to fix a problem they caused ! And this one girl had such an attitude and felt the need to mention her uncle owns the place-was that supposed to intimidate me into keeping my mouth closed about your attitude?
