When I walked in, 2 nail techs looked at me and I stood there for at least 20 seconds before either said anything. The lady did a good job on my pedicure so no complaints there. My nails were horrible. I asked for coffin shape and it was no where near. The designs she did were so basic and not very appealing. I was in a rush so did not complain. Then when I paid, she stood and waited for a tip. No ma'am! The mere fact alone that she waited for a tip was very unprofessional and whether service is good or not, that will make me not tip you. I have been coming here for years. I mainly come here to get nail eyebrows and lashes done. I'm not really a big fan of their pedicures and manicures. I feel as though they do their pedicures to fast. They don't allow your feet to soak and they don't do a lot of scrubbing. I have had the regular and deluxe pedicures, they do both the same way. However, they do have the paraffin wax and scrub for the deluxe. I'm also not a big fan of how they do their manicures. They don't really get close to your cuticles, instead they take off the skin around the nail. That hurts really bad too. Another thing is those designs. I'm not really the type who get designs, but I have a couple times. I feel as though their designs are basic, something you can do on your own. But if you want your eyebrows and eyelashes done, I highly recommend them. They do a awesome job! All of them do good, but I would say go to Lee, I believe that's her name. Poor Customer ServiceI went to this salon to get a manicure. The technician who serviced me did not introduce herself. She seemed irritated that I was only getting a basic manicure.  Upon completion of polishing my nails, she said "15 minutes" and I asked will she be back after 15 minutes? She said, "yes. She went about her life singing and playing music loudly on her cell phone while sitting in a pedicure chair in the back. Needlesstosay, 15 minutes later when I looked back and got her attention, she yelled, "You dry!" I asked if she was going to check me. This place isn't even worth one star; however, Yelp made me have to choose at least one star.  The salon is horrible; the experience was less than impressive.  Where do I start?  From the moment my sister and I entered, we were not welcomed.  We were both getting pedicures and my sister was getting a gel manicure also.  I am not sure the pedicure bowl was scrubbed out ahead of my visit.  Also, the technician informed me that they do not do "the razor" and if I wanted it, it would be an extra charge for a callous removal treatment.  The technician was not gentle during my pedicure, very rough on my cuticles and she kept telling me to not be so stiff.  My sisters pedicure, she had two different technicians work on her feet.  It was very disruptive to the experience.  Also, while she was getting a gel manicure, the technician was too aggressive while filing down her nails and she hurt her.  She yelled out and it startled the whole salon.After we went home, it was discovered that my sister still had residual polish on her toes from the pedicure.  It was very shoddy performance and not well done.The only reason I went there was because my sister's routine salon was closed.  This will be the first and last time they see me or get my money.  Neither of us tipped our technicians due to very poor service.  But here's a tip now: learn how to treat your customers and perfect your craft.  If I am paying for a service, I expect a certain level of efficiency and customer service. I have been here on and off from years. I was immediately greeted and given a chair to get my pedicure. LeeLee was my nail technician. She was so very sweet and 9 months pregnant. We talked about her kids and family while she did my pedi. Very Professional and friendly. She persuaded me into getting a Sea Salt Bath. Only $23. She was a great sell woman. She tried to get me to get another type of pedicure, manicure and eye brows. I didn't have time for anything more than a pedicure. My pedi came out fabulous and I absolutely love this lavender OPI color they had. Only downside to my experience at Nails First, was another technician was playing her music and singing very loudly in their language. I just thought it was a little unprofessional. I hurried up a let my pedi dry before I rushed out. Her music was really beginning to annoy me. I am torn between a 3 or 4 star. Lee Lee gets a 5 star! She bomb and attends to her guests. On several occasion the same nail technician mentioned above is always doing something so unprofessional. She just brings bad vibes and ghettoness to their business. Therefore I'm giving it 3 stars. My 4 stars are based solely on LeeLee. I have been coming here off and on for a few years and LeeLee has always remained the same calm, helpful technician she is. Not often but there have been times when something small needs correcting but I mention it, she fixes it and I'm happy. The other techs are who they are... 🤔 I've been a customer at this nail salon for a little over 3yrs. and I must say I love the way the owner Lynn does my nail however I ABSOLUTELY HATE her employees! Sometimes they overcharge for a service, they ALWAYS talking about us (black people) in their language and we're the ones keeping these clowns in business, they're LAZY and always eating! If you want quality do not go here. I have given this establishment so many chances to be better but I always end up disappointed. For one they constantly over charge, there is no set price for anything especially when it comes to the lady at the first table. I want to mention I am not a rough person, there is no reason why I have a nail breaking every couple of days and every time I go back for a repair its a different price smh. This was such a horrible experience. I should have read the reviews first. They were very unprofessional, were making fun of my nails and would not listen to what I asked. After they did a bad job and I told them to please correct it, they didn't do anything. One of the ladies that work there was singing and burping next to me. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I wanted to run. They charged me full price for this horrible job. It was a costly lesson and will never go back. I chose one star because they dont let u choose less than that let me start of by saying that this isnt my normal nail salon i only get my eyebrows done here but that it but since i was in the need to get my nails done i came here because its close to my house so im getting my nails done and this lady is beign rude and rough she burned me twice and when i asked her to do them shorter because i like doing the okes that 18 dollars she literally like said ugh and started sating something to her co workers and secondly she provides rude service i asked her if they do matte and she rolls her eyes and says yes three dollars extra im like ok that cool ill do matte so she does my nails and they turned out nice not how i usally get them done but they where nice so then i go over to my sister who is alos gettinf her nails done and this lady us just picking her nails im like u got started before me and im done and my sister is really oissed at this point because she is taking forever and has burned her really bad 4 times and my sister actually bled a litlle so we still waiting here 30 minuetes later and she still aint done and all my sister was doing was matte white and gold nails really simple so then we still waiting it been and hour this lady left in the middle of doing ny sis nails to do other coatumers nails like atleast finish before u start something else Read Less

I got my full set done here yesterday. The lady sitting closest to the window dos it for me. She was really fast and and an amazing job. I got my gel manicure and pedicure done here a few days ago and received exceptional services. The lady who did my nails were attentive. I didn't like the color that I picked out for my toes, so she told me to go pick out another color and changed it for me. She did very nice designs for me as well. Extremely rude. Had a very agitating experience. The manager just agrees with the employees as they speak in another language about you. The customers clearly do not come first. In no way do they respect their customers. They are not worth spending your hard earned money with. Nail technician did a very inconsistent sloppy job, and got upset when I pointed out every single correction that needed to be made. Place is ghetto and dirty. My bf dropped me off here and had already paid for the spa pedicure service. I don't know what I got done, but for $35 I expected more. She rushed through my pedicure, no massage. She was hurting my feet cleaning them even though I told her she was hurting me. Then she tries to lift my feet up way high in the air. I told her im 8 months pregnant so my legs can't go that high. She didn't listen did my next leg as well. I had to snatch NY foot from her.  There's flies & food everywhere. My bf picked the first nail shop he saw and paid for me a spa pedicure. I love him for being so thoughtfulness, but I have to teach him how to pick out a clean nail salon. What's wrong with the shape of my thumb? Lol she rushed like no other, and there was no one else in the shop waiting to be seen! I've been here a couple of times out of convenience since I don't live too far.  But this last experience I had made me not wanna come back.  Their customer service representation is beyond deplorable.  They didn't do anything to me personally, but I saw how one of the other customers was badly treated.  With regards to what I witnessed, the customer was in the wrong too but the nail shop is providing customer service and its nail techs should know how to treat customers with respect.  I was appalled at how the nail tech responded when she told the customer "You think $18 (cost of pedicure) is a big deal to me?"  She may think that she's just losing one customer but other customers witnessing that will make you lose more than that one you treated badly.  Also the place is not well kept.  There's nail polish paint on the wall in the reception area and the whole shop is dusty.  I've seen better places with better customer service.  I also agree with the other viewers that the nail techs do dress skanky. They do an okay job with the nail designs but their work ethics are deplorable. Sometimes their work is great and then it is bad. They don't take pride in the services rendered.  The attire worn by the staff is borderline prostitute wear. When you request gel and pay $30 bucks for it you expect it. They always add acrylic powder to the gel. To those who don't know better. Gel is just that...gel. No acrylic should be added to the nail, otherwise, how are you are you really protecting the nail? I go here from time to time... reason being is because they do a wonderful job when they realize that you haven't been there in a long time or if your a "new" customer. It's almost as if they get complacent... so yes they do have the capability to do a good job, but they aren't consistent with it. The girls there dress skanky (which doesn't really bother me, but it makes their place of business to be perceived as other than professional), and at times carry attitudes with the customers. It's been many times I've been there and witnessed their rudeness... IMO I don't think that that is a professional way of handling anyone regardless of how they are towards you as the owner/employee. The ambiance is actually a lot better compared to how it looked a few years back, but I feel that they need to now learn & practice good "housekeeping" because you can see that they don't clean up properly... I do see that they clean out the tubs before each use, so that's a plus, but it's the environment as a whole that I prefer to feel that it all gets properly cleaned (they should have standards).  Maybe it's just me but I don't necessarily feel comfortable or relaxed when theirs chaos...
