My gel full set was $45 which isn’t bad at all.. But the very next day the gel started peeling, so I went back to get the gel done over again. The worst place ever !!! Literally very unsanitary. I'm still sitting here drying my toenails so pissed at the service . The lady that did my pedicure sprayed alcohol on all her utensils literally cleaning someone else's skin of in front of me and then used it on me . She tried to use the foot scrubber that removes the dead skin ...with someone else skin on it on me . And when I pointed out that it was dirty she put in the pedicure bowl with my feet still in then sprayed alcohol on it and used it on me . She didn't give a massage she use cuticle oil on me that she had swipe me across my toes that I'm sure she has swiped across everyone else's toes she rubbed it on my legs no massage at all then . Before I could even sit to dry she was asking for my money . The sign outside say 15% off on Monday Tuesday blah blah . The worse customer service ever! GG didn't do the shape I wanted so she sent me to another technician. She did not want to service me and I sat there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I used to love this shop. But now I hope they lose some clientele. Yes people want to be in and out but if we're paying $50 we want quality work. Either take your time and care how the nail itself actually looks or don't come and do nails.Find another shop. Time after time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. The only person you can trust in there is the manager. Ha.They are so busy trying to get people in and out they fail to pay attention to detail. I spent $47 and they don't want to rectify my situation. I asked for coffin nails... my thumbs are shorter than the rest of my nails; Some are more coffin than others; there is too much space between my cuticle and the acrylic; some are shaved flat and some aren't bulky; the nail polish isn't even up top and lastly not all of my nails were filed correctly on the sides.I called back because I was in a rush and couldn't come back in the next few days and the manager had an attitude with me. Everytime I come in that shop when I get a particular girl I politely ask for someone else because she doesn't do good work. Jesus where do I start?Well! I will start by saying that I am in agonizing pain both physically and mentally (for having to write this review). This was not my first time getting serviced at this salon (although the last time I had eyelash extensions done that tore my natural lashes out). And since my go-to nail lady (in Rockville) is still in Vietnam, I wanted to give this shop a try. I went to have a gel fill-in and a pedicure done (although I didn't say pedicure to the asking worker when I arrived, because I wanted to see how my nails would come out first). I was serviced by the woman that sits in the second to last chair closest to the television on the wall that you can see as soon as you walk in the shop. Although she was fast at taking me from the front to her chair, the entire service was a painful, rushed and overall sloppy one. Not only did this woman nick me THREE times with the drill, but she did not apologize at all! I bled the last and final time in which I requested that someone else do my nails if she did it again. She put some substance on my nails that burned and told me to go and wash my hands. She then wiped my nails off before applying the gel (with acetone) and completely forgot the nail she deeply cut. I tried not to howl but the mess really hurt. I am literally typing without using my left ring finger because it is now a bit swollen and is also very tender. If I peel it back, I can still see the flesh of where she cut me. Here's to the fun part; she did my gel nails very sloppily and painted gel on my cuticles which really ticked me off since when it's cured, it can't be removed with "cleaning it up with acetone" although that's how she'd explained how she would be cleaning it. I tried to allow her to clean it up and it didn't work. That combined with red gel all over the sides of my nails on my skin just made me tell her to take it all off and do it again. She looked at me like I WAS CRAZY for asking that. She began speaking in her native tongue to her comrades who all began looking at me like they were stuck on stupid or something. I requested that the male manager come over so that I could have him fix it but a woman came instead and told me that she would fix it if I waited. I waited about 15 minutes and she began taking the polish off and was sloppy with it as well. With it being a red polish, you can't just slack and leave polish on the sides! It will show if I decided to get a lighter polish during a future set so I wanted my nails to look exactly how they looked directly following my fill (after I washed my hands and before the gel was applied). She told me it "wouldn't matter" because I was having the same color polish applied and I told her that it did matter because I'm the customer, and to me it looks sloppy. She caught an attitude and began jerking my hand back and forth and purposefully nicked me as well in which I snatched my hand from her and threatened that if I bled again I was calling 911 because it felt like they were intentionally assaulting me. I have never been nicked so much with a drill that it seemed as if it was done purposefully. Nonetheless, she did not restore my nails back to how they were (clear -- it was still red polish all smeared on the sides of my nails) so she told me to just leave and said "I hope not to see you back here again." I asked for her and the other nail tech's name in which she said "no I don't have a name, we no give name, you just go." I left and told her that I would be following up with my primary care doctor about the nick and if at all it were to get worse, I would have my family attorney contact her regarding the matter. My nail beds ache they're 10 different lengths notbto mention crooked and my polish is ridiculous..they look like a 2 yr old did them..I asked to get them fixed and they filed them down a little...the manager didn't seem to care at all..i did leave a tip because I work in a similar industry. They were empty I don't understand the rush job...They weren't rude but my nails are terrible and I will never ever go back there...I cannot find a good nail place in the area..this place might be the worst yet..they could've had at two repeat customers. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed by Wendy for over 7 years!! I will NEVER go anywhere else. I've moved about 30 minutes away from the location but I still travel to see her. Never AGAIN!  How dare she take an individual eyelash client in the MIDDLE of my service?  No "excuse me", no "do you mind", no warning, NOTHING!  I asked after a few minutes where did she go and they just said in the back and that was it.  I said is she in the bathroom?  They called her back over to me and she was holding a set of individual lashes in her hand.  After saying she was letting the acrylic dry on my fingers (which doesn't take more than a minute usually) I said that it wasn't right she took another client like my time isn't valuable and I'm leaving. Then, after I tried to be civil and offer to pay for what she's already complete, she tried to charge me 90% of the price!  Are you serious?  Now, the first time I went, I figured since she sat next to the register, then I can understand her taking the payments, but to take another client???  Then try to charge me knowing I had to go somewhere else to finish, ABSURD!   So I brought it to her attention that that was unreasonable, being calm and patient, she waved her had in my face and said "no charge".  Because I don't do drama I just left.  But best believe, I will NEVER go there again and I DON'T recommend them.  Go across the street to Zen nails, they finished my nails and I've been going there ever since, not to mention it's cleaner and they sanitize their instruments. Never again!  I requested a regular manicure. 3 coats later of "DND" Polish, which I wonder if it is manufactured for gel manicures, I ended up with clumps of polish on my nails.The young guy who did my nails barely touched my cuticles. His technique was off. He applied the polish on my nails as if he was applying gel, patting and not stroking the polish on, therefore causing clumps. I have to wonder if a lamp would have helped with drying as opposed to a fan.My brows weren't done well. Wendy rushed through them.The owner seems nice. I won't be back. The lady that did my nails did a horrible job and charged me way to much for a fill in. When I called they said 12 dollars and when I got there and ask they said 17. I am vietnamese and everyone that worked in there is also. I don't look like it so I just spoke English so I can hear if they talk trash about me or anyone. They definitely talk a lot of crap and rush your nails when it's packed. The lady covered my lifted nail with more acrylic and I told her and she just put more on top and didn't even smooth it out. I went to get dolled up for my birthday this weekend. I got a mani, pedi, eyelashes n brow wax. They started off with the pedi. That was wonderful, they actually went under the toe nail to clean. No one does that anymore!  Then Cindy was pulled away to do an eyebrow wax. I'm used to this. While she was doing that they decided to take me n do my brows n lashes. My brows are amazing. However I will NEVER get my lashes done here again. Wendy used way too much glue. I wanted my lashes full but I think they r too full. All that I would b able to deal w/ if it weren't for 2 things. My lashes hurt.  I'm gonna withstand the pain until my birthday though. Then I had to go back the next day and have them cut one of the lashes bc it was falling in my eye but it was still glued so I couldn't get it myself. Today is day 2 n another lash is falling. I just cut that myself. As far as my nails. I was soaking off a gel set while getting my pedi. Idk how long it's supposed to take but by the time my pedi was done they still weren't ready to come off. So they used a nail clipper to take it off but they took pieces of my nail off with it. I was supposed to get another gel set but b4 I knew it I was getting a gel mani. I didn't trip even though I didn't ask for that bc they took layers (i have a noticeable dip) of my nail n I figured more damage would b done w a gel set. Read Less

This review is looooooooong overdue. Do NOT waste your time coming to this unprofessional, uncaring establishment. I came to get a full set of acrylic nails. Everything was going fine right up until I picked out my color. The woman who was doing my nails slopped on the color and messed up on my thumb. I informed her that she messed up on my thumb and she simply shrugged. I was stunned by her rudeness and I (don't know why I did this) brushed it off. I decided to go get waxed under my arms and was taken to this shabby back room. The waxer DOUBLE DIPPED! That was a major no no and she also caught an attitude when I asked if she could use a fresh stick. Not to mention someone walked right in and a few of the patrons caught the sight of me wearing only my bra in the waxing chair. Once that catastrophe was over I asked another woman who was working there if she could redo my thumb nail. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Seriously, how unprofessional was that? The lady who did my nails walked over and asked what the problem was and I once again told her that she messed up my thumb nail and needed to fix it. They both proceeded to explain to me that there was nothing they could fix. I thought twice about tipping the ladies but I'm no arsehole so I quickly paid and left without a second thought.
