I have came to this place three times. The first time was to get my lashes done, next was to get my eyebrows arched and the last time was to get a full set with gel. Now to the reason why I give this place 3 stars. My first reason is because of the prices. This place is expensive compared to typical nail salons. But granted it is in the inside of the harbor, I feel as though places at the harbor expensive in general. So to get your eyebrows arched it costs $10. At a typical salon it costs $7 or $8. I mean that's not to much of a serious problem. Now to the nails. First I would start by stating the price. For full set gel nails it cost $55. However, for my nails they charged me $67. The guy who did them left once he finished because even giving me the price. The lady stated they cost more because of the length and shape smh. I got the coffin shape and I don't feel as though they are super long. I'm going to post a pic. LOL they may be considered long though.Another reason for the 3 stars is the gel polish. The gel polish is not the typical kind. It looks like regular nail polish. They just put two coats of polish and the clear on top. The clear is not removed with nail polish remover. Hopefully it lasts. They also don't put the oil on your cuticles once they done. The last reason for the stars are the beverages. I noticed that some of the staff offered customers something to drink, including a glass of wine. I was not offered anything. Nice staff but the manicure was about as basic as could be. She did a good job cleaning, shaping and polishing my nails. There was no exfoliation, the massage was quick, and she was super light on the lotion. I actually put more on as soon as I left.  I also thought it was weird that I had to dry my nails in front of a little fan, when I could see a drying table right there in the room. It was a great experience! I love it when nail techs aren't afraid to offer their opinion, especially when they're right! We came in 30 minutes before closing and they graciously did my mani and pedi at the same time - I felt like a queen. I loooove this shop. I have been coming here three years now and it has been a pleasurable experience since day 1. The staff is attentive, patient and just overall friendly. Besides the staff the environment is always clean, comfortable and soothing with the nice relaxing music playing in the background and warm colors in the shop. This is a go to venue. It is neat and clean. My gel nails were on point and the staff was friendly. Definitely returning again but next time for waxing. Only thing is that our nails were not shaved down to the same size and were not shaved straight across...they were a little sideways if that makes any sense. I don't understand how this place has great reviews. My experience with this place is different every visit. Either I walk out highly content with my nails or very disappointed. Customer service sucks, has only maybe 2 good nails tech and the rest are careless and does a mediocre job. I say that because I've had 5 different techs and was only satisfied with 2 of them (Jo was 1 of the tech). Warning: Refrain from doing your eyebrows there. My conclusion is i will no longer come to this place. I was looking for a nail salon close to my daughter's basketball practice and Yelp came to my rescue. I headed here close to 7pm on a Monday evening, thinking it couldn't be too busy on a weeknight and I was right. As I walked in, "what would you like and pick your colla" were the first words I heard before the door could shut behind me.I was seated in a nice massage chair just seconds after arrival. My tech got my water ready as I took off my sneakers and my dawgs yearned for some attention. I had an hour and a half to spare, so I was glad when my tech allowed my feet to soak for 7-8 mins while she finished with another customer. All in all, I was thoroughly pleased with my gel manicure and pedicure. She didn't try to up-sale me with a "spa pedicure" and all the extras. She took her time and her foot, leg and hand massages were very relaxing. I'm a simple gal, so I went with OPI Big Apple Red on both my hands and feet. My nails were close to perfect and she allowed me to walk out with the flip flops (I was unprepared) with no extra charge. The price was a few more dollars than I normally pay where I'm a regular, but the extra attention was worth it. My only complaint is I also had to pay for parking at the Harbor (ugh!). Read Less

Kid friendly, brought my then 8 year old niece and my sister here and they had a ball. Great prices. My gel manicure lasted three weeks (and I type 4 hours a day). My gel pedicure lasted over a month. Nail techs are friendly and courteous. It's a bit far from my house so I only gi 4-6 times a year, normally on a Friday late morning or afternoon. I've never had a problem. Twice after choosing my color I decided I didn't like the color and for a small fee they changed the color to one I liked better. I walked in one day and had to wait to be acknowledged, and then I had to wait while others walked in after me and were assisted; without an appointment. I guess you need to be a frequent visitor to get decent service at this salon. Bad for business. I own a couple businesses nearby and I will never patronize this nail salon again. Read Less
