I frequent this business regularly, but can't make regular appt. due to work hours. Typically, I just walk in and am waited on in a few minutes. I've learned today that walk-ins aren't always welcome when others have appointments. I waited over 45 minutes and watch as others came in and walked by me to their waiting nail specialist. No one said anything to me as to how long I would have to wait or if I should come back. I'm really disappointed in them. Appointments are fine, but they need to have someone for walk-ins available at all times else, don't place walk-ins welcome on the door. I recommend you call before going as you never know what to expect. For now, I will go elsewhere to where walk-ins are truly welcome. Read Less

""AWFUL NAIL SALON!"" I wouldn't recommend this place to an animal. From beginning to end, I had to constantly ask the lady to wash her hands. I am a healthcare provider, in a very PROFESSIONAL setting & would never risk an individual's health. It was so bad that she designed another client's nails, between my appointment & got upset after she was asked to wash her hands over. She also refused to finish my nails, because she said she will not wash her hands! This salon is risking the lives of consumers & it will be reported to the Health Department! Read Less
