I'm not sure if certain staff rates better but the quality of my service was not 5 stars. The guy who did my nails didn't smooth down the nail so left them feeling "rough" around edges. He also, wasn't detailed in his nail polish removal and missed some spots! I got a gel pedicure and he didn't fully cover the side of nail beds. STAY AWAY!!! If you want to get the “SNS” or “Natural Nails” DO NOT GO TO NAIL SPLASH. I returned to Nail Splash get them redone the following day because they were a disaster. Who would have thought that my nails would look much worse!!! When I asked for my money back they tried to refuse. Then the manager demanded that she take the SNS polish off. This material must be soaked. She proceeded to try to lift it with cuticle cutters. It was painful. I told her that if she didn’t give my money back immediately, that I was calling the police. She stopped chipping away at my nails, slammed the clippers and walked away. The guy at the register had my cash refund ready as I walked out. Save your time and money!!! If I could give them a ZERO, I would. I only went there because Bella Nails at Foundry Row was booked for the day. Nail Splash doesn’t measure up. This was a very underwhelming experience. The nail tech was nice and made conversation but rushed the job, maybe because it was 4:30pm and they closed at 6:00pm. The gel top coat was attached to my skin which means it will peel off in two days or so, he didn't remove the previous gel completely which made current manicure bumpy and unattractive. I've been here a total of three times over two years (I usually only come for special occassions). Most recently, I treated a relative for her birthday. Each time I have had a different nail tech and the service has always been great. They have been patient, performed great work, listened to my special requests. Even when I'very changed my mind about a color (by the 2nd toe), the tech changed it without an issue. Most recently, I had a new tech who was extra patient and attentive. The massage chairs are wonderful. The nail salon is clean & workers are friendly. I would recommend coming in the morning because the wait is not as long. After 12 is a toss up, but will most likely result in a longer wait. Read Less

Preparing for a cruise, I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised I didn't have to wait long for a pedicure. The nail technician was professional and precise. I ordered the SIGNATURE PEDICURE and it didn't feel like she was rushing during my foot massage. My only downside is the parking. Because the shop is in a small shopping area with popular stores, including a liquor store and a laundromat, it leads to tight parking. Some of the nail techs are great and friendly . I do not appreciate the attitude given when you have a complaint about your nails,especially when the nail tech did a half job , the language goes from English to Chinese and the situation is not dealt with in a professional manner. I think I have officially found my new nail spot. The salon is located in a small shopping center, where there is plenty of parking  both in front and on the side of building. Side of building parking  felt a little shady bc there were no lights dedicated to the parking area. This normally would not be an issue for me but during my last visit it was dark when I arrived and stood out to me as a negative.There are pedicure units on each side of the salon with an equal amount (if not more) manicure stations. The staff seem genuinely happy to be at work. I visited both during midday and right before closing and both times the salon was busy and the technicians friendly. I enjoyed the pride the technician took in his work. During my last visit the tech repeatedly asked during service do I like how my nails look (shape/fill in). At the end of my service tech gave me his hours, told me we will meet again and wished me a goodnight....wait...what....did I just receive customer service. I'm sold! Read Less

I was a client here from the time they opened. I had a problem with my nails peeling and was told it was my fault it only lasted 5 days. I was very disappointed they wouldn't stand behind their service and product. I won't be going back. Read Less
