The shop is very clean. They always ask about the service. I've been going for years. It is very convenient to my house. Good manicures, pedicures, and waxing. They are closed on Mondays and close early on certain days of the weeks, which is annoying. You can book your appointments online, which has made it a lot easier. You can't go wrong! Read Less

I have never been to a salon where the pedi lasts 3+ weeks until I went here!!! No joke. Pedi lasts 3.5 weeks usually. Everywhere else I go, the pedi only lasts 2 weeks TOPS. They do hair well but do not go in to get your nails done go to a cheaper salon for that the gel nail paint they used only stayed for a few days before it started peeling and they refused to fix and told me to wash my hands less which is ridiculous considering the cheap places in the mall will take the time to fix it with no problem Read Less

Had the worst experience in my life. Went in for a manicure they bugged me over and over to get gels. I finally said yes. They bumped me around between 3 techs. Tried to use old thick nail polish on me. When I pointed it out after three different try's with 3 colors they blamed me for not having enough time. Plus they went right ahead in put the old product back into there stock. Nails started falling off after two days. Called and tech said she would fix it no charge obviously. When I got there one of the managers yelled at me in front of everyone saying I was trying to get free service. The tech did not stand up for me and that it was a new problem. They always overbook, shuffle you around between techs because they are always running late and OVERBOOK!!! The techs are terrible, do not have enough experience and are always trying to bump you up to a more expensive job. I have heard from friends that they had similar experiences and would never go back. It blows my mind that they can have such a high rating. They must text them in themselves⁉️😡 PS I am a former owner of several salons for over 20 years. I am a professional make up artist, skin care specialist and nail technician. Have worked in front of the camera since the age of 13. I now work behind the camera with actors and movie studios. Believe me when I say skip this place. It's not worth your trouble. Plus they are snotty unprofessional people just looking to make a fast buck and could care less how you are being treated and this is mostly the management. If I had known how much of a horrible job this lady would have done I would've never entered the salon it was my first visit I had only heard good reviews and I was also in the area and my salon was actually close that day first of all this lady was extremely rude whenever we started a conversation she would just say "mhm yeah" very rudely I may add and she actually left the back of my head uneven it's already shorter then I had wanted it the sides are just straight blunt lines and my bangs are a mess I am so disappointed because I had heard good reviews apparently they have a bad egg and I hope that either they fix it or she learned how to properly cut hair Read Less

I had the worst experience ever at this salon last week. I told the "hair dresser" (more like "hair messer"!) that I wanted some subtle partial highlights and lowlights--nothing too far from my original color (dark brown). I told her that I wanted my highlights to grow out naturally, because I could not afford to keep coming in for touch-ups, so to please keep it subtle and don't bother covering up all the gray. I stressed that the color she should use should blend as smoothly as possible with the natural highlights in my hair. What she did was awful! I received wide streaks of bright blonde hair placed indiscriminately throughout the top of my head. It looks like a neon mohawk! When I confronted the manager, he said that is how they do color there! I have been getting highlights off and on for over 12 years, and I have never been treated so badly and rudely. I highly recommend you think twice before going there. I think when I saw the slovenly, tattooed girl who would be doing my hair, I should have turned the other way.
