Poor customer service. I walked in to get my nails done and was welcomed by no one. A lady that was playing on her phone said something to the effect of “have a seat” so I sat down and waited a good 30 minutes while two technicians, including the lady that told me to have a seat, sat around doing nothing. At one point I assumed they had forgot about me. Finally, a lady told me to come sit in her chair. She did a decent job, was a little rough but I’ve had worse. The nail file she used was absolutely disgusting, there’s no way it was sanitary. Unfortunately, the very next morning I had a nail tip break completely off. I went back to have it fixed and she kept implying that it was my fault that it broke. I ignored her because she was working on my nails, but she still did a half hearted attempt to fix it. Now the nail is significantly shorter and is basically just misshapen acrylic. She was also too lazy to wait for the paint to dry on the nail before putting on the top coat so there are a bunch of bubbles in the paint. This place is the worst place I have visited. The expensive gel manicure lasted one day. I went back to get it fixed when they said they would fix. After the correction was done they charged me again and made me cry and say I was not ever coming back. And they said good!😳😢😡 Read Less

People there is always nice and welcoming ... I had today a different tech Kevin... very nice...i am usually rushing and it makes me stress out ... but his good service and engaged in a nice conversation while getting the job well done made me feel very comfortable and time flew !!! Read Less

I am new to the area. After trying 2 other nail salons I went there for the first time. Monica the manager was helpful and friendly. Barely any wait time. Jenny was great! She did my pedicure and full set. She paid attention to detail, her work was very great, and she was friendly. I definitely found my new nail salon. Read Less

I had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early and was seated immediately. I got gel full sets. They look really nice. He filed them a lot tho and some of my fingers  hurt because he filed the sides of my nails too much. Other than my fingers being in pain, it wasn't a bad experience Read Less

I've been here three times over the years to get my nails done for special events. Each time I've been able to walk in and get my nails done in a timely manner and for a decent price. The staff is friendly and efficient. I always get the French tip gel manicure (using my real nails) and the first two times it's lasted for a good two to three weeks before really noticable chipping occurs. However this third time (done two weeks ago) the quality wasn't as well done as before. I have two cracked nails and a few chips. Nails were, dull, bubbly, and had lint beneath the top coat. I called same day and kindly let them know. They were happy to fix it until I arrived and criticized me in front of other customers. They refused to fix them and told me to fix them myself, did not refund me. This is terrible customer service. I called back and the lady just yelled at me. This is ridiculous. Read Less

I decided I wanted to get a simple set of acrylics on my nails because my natural nails keep breaking at my new job, and I don't like how they look when they're really short. I looked around online and saw several great reviews for Top Nails salon and thought I'd give them a try, and boy do I wish I'd just saved my money. They charged my $28 dollars for a basic acrylic set, then got frustrated with me when they couldn't convince me to upgrade my manicure to gel polish, or some 'new' and 'better' kind of acrylic that would cost me $38 then they seemed to decide that I was a lost cause and proceeded to do the laziest, horrible and not to mention unsanitary job, I've ever had the displeasure of having done to my poor nails. The emery boards were all very well used, and I know she drew blood using them on me a couple of times, so who knows how many strains of other peoples blood are already on the things. there were no clean paper towels anywhere like at most salons I've been to, just a dirty hand towel that had seen better days. While struggling to glue the nail tips on my nails, she told me (rather testily) that they didn't make nail tips for thumbs as big as mine, which A)rude! and B) LIES, seeing as this isn't the first time I've had acrylics done and other salons have had no problem either finding tips big enough for my wider nails or used a nail form guide while doing my thumb. she then proceeded to cut the tips incredibly short, almost to the nail bed, and told me it was too late when I explained (again) that I didn't want them that short, that's *why* I was getting them done in the first place. But she simply proceeded to act like she hadn't heard me and proceeded to pile large globs of acrylic on my nail, then cut my cuticles up some more with the electric drill/file, and neglected to actually shape the nails. She couldn't even bother to paint the darn things, she had somebody else do that while she went off to deal with what must have been one of her regular customers that's happy to upgrade stuff, judging by the warm, friendly attitude she had with her. So now I have short, lumpy, crooked, THICK acrylic nails that are no longer than my real nails had been when I had walked in, that I've had to spend my afternoon, re-filing, shaping and painting and I will NEVER go to this salon again! I've been to a few different nail salons in the area for pedicures, and this one has absolutely been the best. Most places I've been to have had me wait at least 20 or 30 minutes before I can even go sit down in the chair (I typically go on weekends), and they're typically pretty impersonal. Here, I never wait for more than 10 minutes, as they are never crowded.The staff are very friendly and they all do a wonderful pedicure. The prices are comparable to other area salons. Read Less

Was a longtime customer of Top Nails until 4/6/2014. Went there for a pedicure and eyebrow wax after church. Nail technician Lynn got pink nail polish on my brand new Coach brand purse valued at 398.00. When I told her about it, she accused me of putting the polish on the bag myself! She got the polish on the purse when she picked it up to move me to the room to wax my brows I asked to speak to the owner, who also accused me of lying and said my purse was a fake! Guess that is what She is used to--knockoff purses, but mine is real. She only offered me $5.00 off my bill, which was $40.00 and said that in 14 years (which is how long I have known her), no one in her shop had ever damaged anything! And suddenly, the nail tech could not speak or understand English! Disappointing behavior to say the least... I refused to pay anything as my purse is now ruined! Read Less
