I went here just to get my eyebrows done. I've never been before but I was in the area waiting around for something else so I just went in. I'm very pleased with how my eyebrows look. She actually did one first and let me judge it before she went on to the next. It was priced fair at $7. The place wasn't the most spa like place. Seemed a little run down. Could use a deep clean. But as far as eyebrows, I'm happy!

I'm here now, and I literally had to tell the lady to disinfect the pumice, dead skin grater and brush before using them on me from the lady that was sitting next to me getting a pedicure! They just spray down foot baths and did a quick cleaning between customers, no real true deep cleaning in jets or anything.. so that means when jets are turned on, bacteria spreads. And she said they don't disinfect the pumice and scraper until the end of the night or between every few clients. YUCK! How disgusting is it that you are removing dead skin from one person's foot and you rinse it with water and use that on the next client. I can't..... last time here. If you decide to come here for pedicures, think twice and take proper precaution so you don't end up with a nasty fungus!

My technician is Kim, she is absolutely wonderful . Very professional , caring and helpful .... I recommend their service .

The pedicure was fast but not thorough. My feet are ticklish and instead of keeping at it to buff the rough spots, she gave up. The manicure, as you can see in the picture, cut my nails at a weird angle into the quick. It hurt and I asked that she not do that again. I gave her my credit card before she painted my nails but they never brought it back. I asked several times for my card back and she only said "later." Then, they admit their credit card machine broke and ask me to go to an ATM and return to pay them. I won't be back.

I went in and was asked what I wanted. I said gel manicure and pedicure. I picked my colors. Three white demands cane after me. I was still waiting. One who came after me said she'd return later since it looked busy after she waited a few minutes. One walked to the back where they do pedicures while I was picking my colors. Maybe she had an appointment. Then the nail tech told the remaining person to go back there. I said I was there first. The other two nail techs just started going back and forth in their foreign language. I left. They won't see any if my money again.

It is not fancy, but the price is right. They do a nice job and I would recommend them. I only get my nail done and they do a very nice job.

Ask for Kim when going to get your eyebrows waxed and/or nails done, if it's not Kim then it's not worth it! She does a great job every time I go and have been going here for 2 years. I always call prior to make sure she is there and just let them know I'm coming to get my brows waxed. My nails Were done here about a hand full of times and never had an issue. I never settle for anyone but Kim made that mistake before.

I used to go to one of the newer glitzy nail salons but tried this place one night when my regular place was closed. It's clean but not fancy but the staff is very nice and do a great pedicure especially for the price! I'm now a faithful customer. They do great waxing too!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could. I've tried giving this place a chance numerous times and have received horrible service every damn time. The best thing they like to do is lie to you about the wait --- 5 minutes, they promise. But, what they don't tell you is that they'll put you in the chair for the pedi but NO ONE WILL EVERY COME. I've timed it on my phone once and I sat there, with my feet in the rapidly cooling water, for 15 minutes waiting on someone. They're a waste of time and money. What pedi's I have managed to get from them were very painful as they dug into my skin with clipper trying to "round my nails" even after I clearly told them to cut the square. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

They're always friendly & talkative to me to make me feel comfortable. I gave this salon 3 stars because it's hellaciously hot in there during the summer (they just leave their front door open to capture a small, occasional breeze - trying to wax my sweaty face in the back of the salon where there's no breeze can be difficult; they need to turn on the AC) and at times, they rush me in and out of the salon because they can get quite busy on Friday & Saturdays. I try to get there right when they open (1000) to avoid the rush.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The place was poorly stocked with polish colors, doesn't do "pink and white" nails, and the lady who gave me a pedicure was so rough I thought it was a form of punishment. My manicure... I will spare the details but it ended with me leaving with: unfinished nails, bleeding on three different fingers and a full refund for the manicure. I have never experienced a place this bad in my 15 or years of visiting nail salons. Please do yourself a favor and try somewhere different.

I went there about a week ago because it is maybe four blocks from my house . The staff was friendly , but I was disappointed that the polish colors were limited and they did not do solar at all . I never get acrylic and the gentleman started doing my set before he even asked what kind I wanted . Long story short , the price was decent even what I think is cheap , but the end result was a total waste of time . I will continue to go to Mai Nails/ and now I have found TOP Nails (even better ) and drive the extra 15 min.

I went here just to get my eyebrows done. I've never been before but I was in the area waiting around for something else so I just went in. I'm very pleased with how my eyebrows look. I'm here now, and I literally had to tell the lady to disinfect the pumice, dead skin grater and brush before using them on me from the lady that was sitting next to me getting a pedicure! The pedicure was fast but not thorough. My feet are ticklish and instead of keeping at it to buff the rough spots, she gave up. The manicure, as you can see in the picture, cut my nails at a weird angle into the quick. It hurt and I asked that she not do that again. I gave her my credit card before she painted my nails but they never brought it back. I asked several times for my card back and she only said "later." One who came after me said she'd return later since it looked busy after she waited a few minutes. One walked to the back where they do pedicures while I was picking my colors. Maybe she had an appointment. Then the nail tech told the remaining person to go back there. I said I was there first. It is not fancy, but the price is right. They do a nice job and I would recommend them. I only get my nail done and they do a very nice job.

Ask for Kim when going to get your eyebrows waxed and/or nails done, if it's not Kim then it's not worth it! She does a great job every time I go and have been going here for 2 years. I always call prior to make sure she is there and just let them know I'm coming to get my brows waxed. My nails Were done here about a hand full of times and never had an issue. I never settle for anyone but Kim made that mistake before.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I would give it zero stars if I could. I've tried giving this place a chance numerous times and have received horrible service every damn time. The best thing they like to do is lie to you about the wait --- 5 minutes, they promise. But, what they don't tell you is that they'll put you in the chair for the pedi but NO ONE WILL EVERY COME. I've timed it on my phone once and I sat there, with my feet in the rapidly cooling water, for 15 minutes waiting on someone. They're a waste of time and money. What pedi's I have managed to get from them were very painful as they dug into my skin with clipper trying to "round my nails" even after I clearly told them to cut the square. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

They're always friendly & talkative to me to make me feel comfortable. I gave this salon 3 stars because it's hellaciously hot in there during the summer (they just leave their front door open to capture a small, occasional breeze - trying to wax my sweaty face in the back of the salon where there's no breeze can be difficult; they need to turn on the AC) and at times, they rush me in and out of the salon because they can get quite busy on Friday & Saturdays. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The place was poorly stocked with polish colors, doesn't do "pink and white" nails, and the lady who gave me a pedicure was so rough I thought it was a form of punishment. My manicure... I will spare the details but it ended with me leaving with: unfinished nails, bleeding on three different fingers and a full refund for the manicure. I have never experienced a place this bad in my 15 or years of visiting nail salons. Please do yourself a favor and try somewhere different.

I went there about a week ago because it is maybe four blocks from my house . The staff was friendly , but I was disappointed that the polish colors were limited and they did not do solar at all . I never get acrylic and the gentleman started doing my set before he even asked what kind I wanted . Long story short , the price was decent even what I think is cheap , but the end result was a total waste of time . I will continue to go to Mai Nails/ and now I have found TOP Nails (even better ) and drive the extra 15 min.
