Everything great, except quality of manicure was just short. Polish coverage uneven, nail shaping a little off. Very very nice staff, great location, very clean, and surprisingly inexpensive. My Nail Technician was Cherry she puts alot attention to detail and will do your nails exactly as you ask. I was very pleased with Cherry work. The salon it's self in very new and clean and extremely relaxing. I was most impressed with the fact that they give a Military Discount hardly anyone this town does that. Update: I went back because all the times before I had great experiences. Today was much better and I waited less time today walking in then when I had the appointment. I do have to unfortunately return this week to fix the color, but over all it was a better experience. I go here all the time and most the time my experience is great. I brought a friend with me and this was her first time, so I feel terrible this was her experience! We had a 12:00 appt and we didn’t get take to a chair until 12:30, which we still had to sit until close to 1:00 for anyone to start our Pedicures! The ladies were really nice, so I feel really bad giving a bad review, but I am very frustrated. What is the point of having an appointment! UPDATE**** 2/23/18 Tony and Danny were great! I went to do my nails and someone ruined my nails at this location (won’t state her name) but, they took good care of me! They made conversation and my nails look spectacular. I will only come to this location to see any of these people including Hanna!!! Love the amount of attention and meticulous work Tony did with my nails. Thank you! It was my first time at this place and I really wanted to give it 5 stars but, they weren’t really personable. I sat down and they didn’t even state their name or really said anything else to me. The manicure looked great though, it’s just their customer service that needs urgent help! I wish I would’ve been told about the services they offered. I went to wash my hands and didn’t know that they use towels so I sat down and the girl sort of laughed and told me you’re not going to grab a towel? And I was like, um, I don’t know! It’s my first time here... after the manicure was done. I was never told thank you and/or have a goodnight..the girl sort of just disappeared.. Bliss has the best customer service at a nail salon I have ever encountered. Getting my nails done is very rare. I needed a place to get my nails done for date night. My husband had a last minute haircut and I called to see if they could squeeze in my two daughters (3 and 5). They went above and beyond for them. They made sure to sit the three of us together and were so patient with my girls. My 3 year old messed her nails up twice and they redid them. I was honestly shocked at how wonderful they were about redoing them. I believe it was the manager or maybe the owner who came over but I'm not sure. He was incredible. He came and playfully redid her nails, talked and held my daughter's hands while her nails dried. He was wonderful! My 5 year old messed up one nail and he fixed it for her too. All 4 of them did wonderful job. The receptionist that spoke to me over the phone came over and said hello and asked if I was Dianna (I go by my middle name) with the two children. She was so kind. All three of our nails look wonderful. Getting my nails done more often is definitely something I will be doing after this experience. This is the place to go! Read Less

I went to Ryan this morning and I am extremely happy with my gel manicure!  I was in and out in 30 minutes which was fantastic! The atmosphere is great, everyone is friendly and the salon is very clean, also very reasonable prices! $30 for a gel manicure! Overall great place. Read Less

With most nail salons I have a rather mediocre experience. With Bliss Nails and Spa it is the exception. I completely adore this nail salon. The staff are friendly, sterilized equipment and such a relaxing ambience for decent priced services are just a few things as to what sets this business apart from others. I've been getting my acrylics done at Bliss for a few months now.  For the most part I've been very satisfied but I have a couple of complaints.  Mainly that pricing seems to be a confusing for some of the technicians.  A couple of times now I've been charged extra for a "special shape" when I didn't ask for a special shape and my nails were square shaped.  Nothing at all special.  Some of the techs can also be very rough.  Today I was in so much pain that I was almost sweating.  I had communicated that I was hurting and to please please be more gentle but it didn't seem to help.  :(. She wasn't being as careful with her filing tool as she should have been.  My nail beds shouldn't burn and the tips of my fingers shouldn't sting.  I get my nails done for some "me time" to relax.  I don't want to be afraid and in pain.I do appreciate their military discount! Chan is my go to gal for mani-pedi in the VIP section!! Whenever I need a pick me up from a long week or stressful month, a nice chat with her about our kiddos and a comforting massage helps a ton! She is very professional and is detail oriented in her work, so I know I am being taken care of. So much, that I brought along my teenager for some mother daughter bonding time. Oh, and they also serve you fruit water/wine(adults only)/cookies- such a treat!! The place is always clean and tidy, shiny surfaces, a slight smell of acetone, but that's to be expected. Chan is great! I have not seen anyone else but I really like how long her gel manis last. She loves doing nail art, which I cannot have done due to working in a very conservative office, but if that is your thing then she is also the lady to see. I've only been here twice. The first time I came in Trang did my mani/pedi. She was super sweet, personable, and she did a good job (she only works on Wednesdays). 2nd visit I only got a pedi. I can't remember the techs name but she did a good job as well. Everything is done that comes with a pedi but the massage, foot scrub, hot towel, etc is super rushed or lacking.  When it came to the hot towel...it was just placed on my legs and that was it. The employees are friendly and very accommodating. They take great pride in giving you the best service and result possible. Best nail salon in windsor hands down. I've been going to T&N since they opened and have never walked out of there unhappy. It's super clean and the tools are sterilized in the autoclave.
