Pedicure was ok but they completely ruined my nails. They were all different lengths, they were filed crooked, there was rough patches across the top, the Polish was spotty with marks in it, and there was dead cuticle left. I asked multiple times for them not to cut out the sides of my nails so she filed it out. It looks like a four-year-old try to do my nails. Also their tools were not cleaned properly. Chelsea, I’d been done your nails for a while and I knew that you are very young, beautiful and very sweet girl, I was so happy that you was my great customer. There was no problem at all until you told me that your cuticle started itchy after couple hours after I done your nail, I told you that your skin be allergic to the acrylic liquid but you still want me keep continue fill in yours couple more time, I did what you want me to do. One day you came and we still do acrylic fill in for you then after that you called me and told me that you want to take your acrylic off, sure, why not, I said that. But when you came to my shop I did try to explain to you that you be allergic with acrylic liquid and we just did the refill so you may wait for when your nails growing out then we will soak them off and you agreed with that, if you want them come off on that day so why I said NO to you, decision was you. I respect your idea because you was my customer. This shop is clean all the tools, and sensitizing all of them in barbicide before put in the sensitize porches and place in sensitize machine. But we can not sensitize acrylic liquid that you required. I am so happy that you find a place that they used the liquid that not irritated you. I would never recommend anyone to go here. They do not sterilize ANYTHING. I ended up having an reaction from going here and said I wanted my acrylics removed and my technician said she would and I got there and she said it was pointless and should get them removed once they grow out. I just wanted them off of me. I went to a much better much more sterilized nail salon (autoclaves, gloves and masks) and got them removed. This place is really disgusting there is dead fish in bowls. After seeing all the positive reviews on here I decided to try this place since I need a new nail place in my area. Was here for the first time a couple of days ago and got a pedicure. They had a lot of customers the whole time I was there. I'm really happy with the result. My feet are smooth and soft days later. The only reason this place is not getting 5 stars from me is because they are not using the plastic liners for the tubs, and also they are not using a new pack of sanitary tools for every customer like a lot of nail places do. When I first moved to the area, I was hesitant to find a new nail salon bc I'm picky with stuff like that.  I went here based off of their reviews and I'm so glad I did. May does my nails and Danny does my pedicures and they are both amazing!!!  This salon is always super clean, very friendly and accommodating.  I even had my bridal party here before my wedding and they made sure the experience was the best it could be. I am so glad to have finally found a great nail salon in this area!!  This is the fourth one I've tried but by far the cleanest and FRIENDLIEST!  (They fit me in last-minute today after I had gone to another local salon and paid for a full set that ended up really awful-looking.)  Not only did May fix my nails, but she was able to identify and explain why I had been having chronic issues with my nails lifting and looking bad. She was so nice and I really enjoyed being able to have a comfortable conversation with my nail technician.  I can't wait to go back (and will definitely be treating myself to one of their awesome pedicures before this summer is over!!!)I'm including a photo of their menu since I know people will want to see their services and prices.  This place is such a find!! I came here. I wanted to try a new place so it was my first time here. I came in as a walk in and they said come back in 30 mins. I said sure and I did come back in 30 min. They only have one basket of gel colors to pick from so I had to wait 15 mins for the very slow lady in front of me to pick her colors first. I was super excited to see holographic colors and I said I want all my nails holographic. the guy doing my nails complained the entire time and tried to talk me out of holographic nails...like he didn't want to do that. he said it was going to be 20 dollars more. i said sure I have the money. After all the complaining, I said fine whatever I'll just get one accent nail holographic. Well apparently he didn't want to do holographic cause he sucks at it...the holographic nails came out so bad and didn't even look holographic. he didn't even cover all the polish under the holographic powder. I saw my one friend who went to another salon and she got holographic nails...all her nails were holographic and her total cost for a fill in, a nail fixed, and all holographic nails was 45. i paid 40 for some half ass holographic job on two nails, plus a nail fixed and fill in. my holographic nail next to hers, looked terrible. when he put my holographic nail next to the display one, it didn't look as good at all. he said it was because my nails were square and not round....i said whatever. when i go to pay, he pulls this number out of his ass and doesn't even tell me what i'm paying for. he put no effort what so ever in the hand massage...no pressure at all.. maybe it was just the one guy who wasn't very good but overall, over priced and it was not a pleasant experience unfortunately. i just wanted holographic nails and i left disappointed. I've been going here for almost 3 years. I started as a walk in based on reviews from Yelp. Now every three weeks for my pink/ white fill and the best pedicures ever. I sit in the pedicure chair for an hour while my feet are pampered each time. They take walk ins but I would recommend making an appointment even if you call the morning of or the day before. They have a long list of regulars which I also think is a great sign for a good nail salon. Highly recommend. Read Less

Very rude and disrespectful staff!!! Didn't even know how to take off gel nail polish. I don't know who gave them four stars because they really suck. They charge high prices with low quality service!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. They need to change their name to bottom zero!!!! The owner tried to message me and tell me what to write. Preface all this by saying I am extremely serious about nails. Just went on a second visit today for a pedicure. The first one I had 3 or 4 weeks ago was great and this one didn't disappoint either. This is an Asian-style salon in a shopping center, however, it differs from most because the people are very friendly, easy to communicate with in English, and are very serious about doing good work.  They also like to laugh and have fun with their clients. (Could be the BYOB!) I do still wonder if they're talking about the clients but hey, life is full of mysteries. Two things that really impressed me today: 1. A client came in with hard gel on top of her acrylic from another salon. The staff remarked on how the other salon had been careless with the hard gel and damaged the acrylic work they'd done previously. I liked the care shown to doing things the right way. 2. My nail polish was beat up but I do my own nails. I asked if they would take my polish off for me after my pedicure to save me a step at home. Not only did they take off my old polish, but they filed and buffed and offered me clear polish, for no additional charge. That was really nice, they didn't have to do that. The only cons: It can have a strong acrylic liquid smell, pretty common. The polish selection is a little limited for me but I did see OPI, CND gel, and a ton of acrylic paint and rhinestones if that is your thing. The interior could use a fresh coat of paint and some sprucing up but it's very clean and everything has a place, no bottles or supplies strewn about like I've seen elsewhere. Read Less

I went there on Sunday and expected there to be a long wait but it wasn't bad at all and they were honest about how long it would be. I got a gel manicure done by May, she was very sweet and really took her time and did a great job. They had a wide selection of colors for gels which I don't find in a lot of places. The price was about $5 - $10 cheaper then I have seen in other salons. Overall as long as my nails last I will definitely be going back! Read Less

I've only lived locally for about a month and this is the second salon I've been to.....and it will be the salon I continue to go to! Their prices are very reasonable (I'm used to paying $30 for an acrylic fill, cut down and polish change.), the shop is very clean and well put together and the staff is wonderful! They have a great selection of colors and services. My Aunt and I walked a out spending $45 dollars (not including tips) and are VERY HAPPY with our experience. I'll see you again soon May! I stopped in here spontaneously after going to the gym at brick bodies and my first thought was it was a pretty basic nail salon, but they were busy so I figured that was a good sign. They assigned Lindsay to me for my pedicure and she was great. She was very friendly and really took the time to do a nice job, plus she gave me the best food massage I've ever had during a pedicure! I won't ever go back to this salon. They don't do a pedicure properly and they rush the job. They don't sanitize the pedicure spas or implements properly and I fear they are spreading infection and disease. The place was dirty also. Read Less

I tried this place today and I was pleased. I was there from about 9:30-10:30 and no one walked in the entire time, not sure why. I am usually intimidated by this type of salon, as it is often women who seem to be gossiping in another language, but there was only one person there, an older gentleman, who was very friendly. They had a ton of colors and didn't push me to have a manicure along with my pedi. The chairs were very comfy and it was clean and pleasant inside. When I asked if I could put the tip on the card, the man said no, but he understood if I didn't have cash! Luckily, I did have cash, so he got a nice tip. I highly recommend. Read Less

This is the best pedi I think I have ever had! I don't think any other nail salon has ever paid as much attention to my feet as they did at this one! I can't say a single negative thing about them; the people are friendly, the service is great, the quality of their work is outstanding, and their prices are very reasonable!!! They are the best in perry hall ! I like Top 10 Nails and became a regular shortly after moving to here in Summer2011.The pedicure price at $ 19.00 and Acrylic full-set 20.00 are certainly cheap, the pedicure chairs are completely new. But the real reason I keep going back is that the people work here are just so nice, They even offer me cold soda and wine while I was getting my pedicure done.Top 10 Nails is nice atmosphare, it always clean and my toes and nails look fabulous for weeks after. I have lived in Perry Hall for 25 years and have been to every nail salon within a 50 mile radius. More then not when I would get my nails done I would have to go back within the first week ti get one or sometimes 2 repaired. Since I have been going to Top Ten Nails I can honestly say I have never had to return for anything other then the usual fillins. I love it !!. Tammy is always pleasant and the atmosphere is a FREINDLY WARM one. As long as they are naround I will not go anywhere else......oh did I say my daughter and her friends go to Top Ten Nails as well. I have been to many of the nail salons in the Perry Hall area and this is by far the BEST. They are professional, courteous, and the place is spotless. They take the time to go your nails and feet right, not rush you through and do a poor job as others in the area do. I got a bad toe infection from one other salon on Joppa road near Weis..Don't be fooled by the cheaper prices. You get what you pay for.
