the girls were nice enough to open early for me, my mom and my niece, which we really appreciated with it being so close to christmas. They were quite nice when my mom was having some back pains and our designs look good however one girl was a little rough with my moms nails and i felt like i was being talked out of the shape of nail i wanted. I have been going to Orchid Nails for 5 years. It is super clean and the girls are very knowledgeable. They always try very hard to please their customers! This is a full service spa. Missing Le, the new people rush you through the pedicure used to be relaxing with a great massage of feet and legs.  Now your lucky to get 30 seconds.   The same with manicure , I would enjoy the hand Cream and massage.  Not as personal, will give them another shot. Went to Orchid today to get a pedicure and treat myself. Worst experience ever and I will not be returning. The woman cut my toe so bad that it bled the entire time I was there and continued to bleed after I left. She also started using the razor blade on my feet and was pressing too hard and took off too much skin that I had to tell her to stop. They never asked if I wanted a design nor did they offer any type of discount for their mistakes. Very unprofessional. Read Less

My daughter came to this salon about three years ago to get a manicure for her 8th grade graduation. The service was good and the technician did a nice job on my daughter's nails. This past Friday, my daughter and three of her friends returned to this salon to get manicures and pedicures for the prom. Before my daughter even received any services, the tech abruptly demanded her to pay $35 up front. My daughter is a shy, respectful, and easy-going child, so she did as she was told. I wish I had been there with her because I would never had allowed that to happen, especially when her friends and other customers weren't forced to do so. I always thought that payment is made upon completion of services. This was definitely a learning experiences for her. She has been advised to never patronize anyone or any business that disrespects her treats her unfairly. I am very disappointed in how my child was treated and she will never return to this establishment again. Read Less

I've gone to this place twice the first time they did a very good job the lady who did my nails was very professional and they looked gorgeous. However the second time just a week ago that I went it was a girl I did not see last time and she was very unprofessional. Not only did she cut me three times while using the file on my nails but I got a full gel set and my nails were all uneven none of them were the same length. I told her I wanted them short because it's hard to wo...rk with the long nails and she kept saying no they won't look good and refused to cut them any shorter. Not to mention that when she put the gelcoat on top she only put one coat where they usually put two coats and I could feel the unevenness through the gel. She paid more attention to the TV behind my head then she did to my nails while she was doing them. Considering that it cost me $50 and when she saw that I didn't give her a tip on the receipt she had a look of disgust on her face I will never be coming back here. I would rather go to Walmart where it's going to cost me $43 including tax and they always do an awesome job there, they have never cut me and they are always friendly. So not impressed! This is THE only place where I get my pedicures. Lely's knows how to give a correct leg and foot massage -- feels SOOOO good! If I could give no stars I would! The younger  guy who did my moms manicure and mine is rude!  Idk his name, he's the fatter son out of the three. He does my moms manicure, not even asking first if she had ever had gel polish before. So he just does the gel polish , no manicure. Shes use to and should have a manicure first then gel polish since she has never had gel before. As a nail tech you should make sure the client has their cuticles pushed back or cut, so they will get the best results with the gel polish. My mom is not too happy goes ahead with the gel polish (no manicure) She tells him if she knew this she could've painted her nails herself. He states " I think your mom should just do her own nails" in a rude tone ..wow! Next he tells me he hates doing nails. I told him it seems like it! He said " no it's the customers that piss me off". He used the electric file and hurt my moms finger. Let me remind you she's diabetic so that's very dangerous if she gets cut. He didn't care.....Why is he using an electric file when she has natural nails anyway?! He told my mom the price for our nails when he finished her nails. Then when my nails were finished she ask him how much again. Remind you my mom is older and has memory loss and he rudely says " you don't remember I told you the price" I told him she's old! And he said no she's not.... Wow such a jerk . He doesn't know what health problems someone might have, so he shouldn't be so nasty. I went here very early on a Saturday morning. There were 2 other people there and only one nail technician at the time and she asked me to wait a few minutes until her son came in so he could continue with my shellac manicure. I didn't mind waiting because I did call last minute to get an appointment. Her son did a fantastic job my manicure and I plan on going back. This was my first time getting a shellac mani and I am hooked! It's been 2 weeks and my nails still look great, except for the new grow in, but no chipping or peeling. At first I called here and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. There is somewhat of a language barrier here, little to no English is spoken however they know what they're doing and what the customer needs. This nail salon opened not too long ago but it is definitely worth trying. I'm just glad I can be the first to review this place! It is family-owned and operated only by a mother and her two sons. They will take really good care of you and do great work on your nails (pictures to come later). I personally like the "homey" feeling I get when I get my nails done and since they know you by name here - I feel pretty important, that's for sure. There is ample parking, however I would suggest calling and making an appointment about 2 hours before you want to get your nails done, since they get very busy and may make you wait a while or they will tell you to come back later when it has slowed down. Overall, the prices are cheap, the family workers are super friendly and Le Ly's is almost one of the only nail salons that actually opens on Sundays! :) Read Less
