Pretty upset at my recent experience here. I have cuts on 5 of my nails and my tech didn’t seem to care. Where normally they would slow down when using the tools close to your cuticle, she had the tool going full power. The only reason I didn’t scream was because my god children were with me and I didn’t want to make a scene. I hope I don’t get an infection from this place because I also noticed they don’t clean their tools in between customers. Read Less

I came in to get my nails redone because a cosmetology student had already done them and my right hand was horrible. The redo done by their professional left a fracture on the tip on one of the nails and several of my nails are not straight, they are angled up. I also asked for almond shape they're not very almond-shaped. I kept asking for them to be shaped more but he didn't. My friend told me to go back and complain but I refused because my cuticles are so raw that they're hurt. I don't think that I could handle more things done to my nails. Read Less

I have been here twice and the both times I got a full set of acrylic nails. The first time I came here was the only time I had gotten acrylics put on so i didn't know how they were supposed to be so I was moderately satisfied. But they told me the nails would last about a month and the nail polish began to come off after a few days while the acrylics were fine. The second time I came here however I was utterly disappointed. We came in about an hour maybe 45 minutes until closing and there was a slight wait. Waiting was no problem but I was with a friend for her birthday and when the woman in front of us said one of us could go ahead of her the woman who was working there featured her over, waved us off and began speaking in a different language. That was the first moment I began to feel annoyed. Next was when I was getting my nails done. I felt very rushed since it was close to closing time. I understand they wanted to get home but that's no reason they need to mess up my nails. I would have been better off if they refused service. Well s few days later I come to realize my nails that are meant to last a full month have fallen apart within the week. I decided to call and when I nicely asked for a refund they told me they don't do refunds but I could drive the 20 miles out of my way to get them redone. Personally I feel that this is ridiculous. I want my money back because I did not get what I paid for. This place should be out of business. They do not know what it means to be a good nail salon. This one lady is a sweet women, but she sawed my heal away. I asked her nicely to not work as much on my heals, but she insisted and laughed about it. She also paints a thin layer of polish that hardly covers your nail The prices are GREAT but i think next time i will go to Kim's Nail and Spa in the Honeygo Shopping Center in Perry Hall. Read Less
