Wonderful value for Brazilian waxing. A bit of a drive for me, but it's a convenient location right off of 355 (by the Popeye's and Arby's for those GPSing there). I don't have a preference on aestheticians, and I'm rarely disappointed, so it works out. I call for appointments the day of, and it's never a problem. I've been late a handful of times--I do call to let them know--and it's never an issue. Quick, efficient, accommodating, great value. Located right off of Rockville Pike across from White Flint metro. I came here for a quick pedicure, eye brow and lip wax, and to have my SnS (powder) nail polish removed. Total cost $65. The salon is larger then many other nail salons I've been to. They have several stations and technicians for both pedicure and manicure services.My reason for this visit being my first and last is simply because my pedicure, although it looks ok, was painful during the nail cutting process. I get pedicures often during the summer and my nails weren't long. She cut my toe nails too low and while filing, it felt like she was filing my skin, which is now very sensitive today (following day). My manicure was what made me upset with them. I have SnS polish and the first lady kept asking me where did I get my "gel nails" done because it's not coming off. I informed her it wasn't gel polish and after the third time of here trying to remove them without patience, I was transferred to another technician who drilled off the SnS and changed drill heads three times with each switch angrily dropping the used drill head into the same bowl my other hand was soaking in. If I weren't in a need to have my polish removed, I would have stopped her and left. While drilling, she was frustrated the entire time and telling me that this is why she hates dealing with SnS and asked me if I was from Maryland. Ummmm, yes. I informed her that, "I got my nails done at Gallery Nails further up the Pike, they never had to drill the polish off and they take my polish off with ease, you just don't know what you're doing." Smh The wax (lip and eye brows) were perfect, no complaints there but I also had a different technician for my wax.I will never return because two out of three of my technicians were awful. I always go to My for waxing. She is so quick and does a great job. She talks to you to get your mind off the pain. She uses a new stick every time she applies the wax and never double dips. I also really like the chocolate wax that they use. I have yet to find somewhere with better prices for waxing and offer as good of a service. There is a good amount of parking spots. Credit card and cash are accepted for payment but only cash for tips. They even have an ATM machine incase you forget to bring cash. Read Less

Cheap, quick, and competent. This place is no frills, but they took me without an appointment and I'm on my way a little over 30 minutes later with a pretty good manicure. This wouldn't be my pick for a luxury spa day, but it got the job done. Read Less

I've been here a few times and likes it but the last time I went to go get waxed so many things went wrong. The lady didn't heat the wax enough so as she was putting it on it was pulling hair I told her and she didn't care and continued as well as trying to blame it on the fact that I shaved which I hadn't in a very long time. She also didnt do everything that comes with what I asked for and still made me pay full price. I liked this place until today. I know it's not a glamorous job to have but you should still to the entire job you're being paid to do. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be happy if they did everything they were suppose to and I didn't pay them the full amount. I'm definitely disappointed. Read Less

Today I had my first visit, and I found a new nail salon to go to. I loved how all the nail polishes were organized by color. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly. It may cost a little more than the other nail salons, but it's worth it with the extra time and treatments they use on you. I will definitely be returning! Read Less

Awesome!! I like the fact that Organic and Natural products are used, except the polish but thats fine. The tools are in sealed individual packets, so they have not been used on anyone else. I have been there twice and both times I had to back multiple time to get my nails fixed. This time the owner told me as compensation for the MANY hours I spent there this week, he would allow me to choose another color...wasn't that nice...NOT! I highly recommend you don't go there. I have now been here 4-5 times and each time gets better and better. Tony the owner is an incredible guy and really is taking nail spa cleanliness to the next level. Each pedicure chair has a disposable liner and tools wrapped and autoclaved for each customer. I will not go anywhere else now! Congratulations on a job very, very well done! Read Less
