The absolute worse experience. I have no problem paying for outstanding service. This place is so over priced and worst service. Anna who i actually had a appointment with got up in the midfle of my pedicure to do a manicure on another customer without saying anything. Then after 20 mins i said im leaving she came back but damaged was done. She hosed me for a manicure/pedicure and facial waxing get this 145.oo dollars. Thr place was dirty and terrible service. This place is fabulous.  The people are so friendly and accommodating.  They do a great job with dip manicures and also took a lot of care to do a thorough job on the pedicure I got, too.  Will definitely return for more services in the near future. Read Less

I chose to come here instead of my regular nail salon since it was closer. It was a very nice salon. Very clean, organized, etc. I was the only person there so there was no wait time. Awesome! Well it was $45 before tip for a full set, gel. $15 more than my normal salon but I was already there so I went ahead. It's been ONE week and two days since I had my nails done and they have already started popping off. In addition to that the paint was already chipping off and the shine was completely gone. Something that is definitely not normal when paying for gel. I will not be coming back after paying $15 more and lasting only a week whereas my nails normally last three weeks. My favorite nail salon! I have been going to Kim for SNS nails since August 2016. I get compliments on my nails everytime, they last so long and are healthier for your nails. Snow does an amazing pedicure as well! The salon is relaxing and we always have great conversations. Kim also does a great job with waxing. Literally will never go to another salon again!! Read Less

They don't sterilize implements. Kim, the owner, was extremely rude to me. This place will not see me again. Not qualified to work on customers. Have no knowledge of nail systems. She sculpture a nail with monomer & powder & then wants to convince you it is Gel.... rediculous! Read Less

I had two hair appointments where Kim did a great job, yet on my third visit she rushed through my angled bob. She left one side significantly shorter than the other. She seemed more concerned about getting to everyone who was waiting, rather than focusing on my hair. Now off to find someone to fix it. I would return for a pedicure, but not for my hair. Read Less

So I had both my nails and hair done here recently.NAILS (walk-in): I was seen in 10 minutes upon arrival with 3 technicians working. This salon lives up to it's name of being perfect. My nails (gel) were done flawless. They even do a SXS (sp?) nail treatment which does less damage to nails AND lasts up to a month. I saw a lady get one done and they looked amazing. During my time the technician was friendly, gentle, and did not rush. his jobs was all about perfection. I told him what I wanted and he followed my expectations thoroughly. My fingers were not nicked/cut at all. There were no surface bumps. Plus this salon had a LOT of gel colors to choose from (they even a mood colors that change, which are super cool). Unfortunately I had experienced the listed problems at other salons in Prince Frederick and have read a lot of bad reviews from each of them. I live in Prince Frederick now and am willing to drive all the way to North Beach to get my nails done here... says a lot considering there are 8 different nail salons in PF. Rating on Nails: 5/5 stars.HAIR (appointment): I did experience one glaring problem here; time management. However, the quality of my haircut was amazing. I made the appointment with the technician and he checked to make sure my appointment could be booked before deciding on date and time. When I came back, the stylist was still working on a client. I was in the waiting area for over 1 hour. I was doing a partial highlight and was at the salon for 4 hours total- the longest I ever stayed to get my hair done. What Becca L. said about her experience matches up to mine in terms of hair- I hope that this business would mange their timing better in the future even though the stylist did a terrific job.Something I would like to see this salon do is sell high end hair products to customers. My hair gets very oily and I can't use regular shampoo cleansers from a store or my highlights wash out- I need special shampoos that only hair salon sells (I use Eufora and occasionally mix it up with Redkin). Unfortunately there were hardly any special shampoos here. I'm really low and shampoos and now have to drive to other salons that may sell them. I hope this place can do this very soon.As far as pricing... Becca L. mentioned that prices are way overpriced for the nails. This part is not true. I have gotten my nails done in multiple states along the East Coast (NJ, PA, MD, NC, FL) and this salon's prices matches theirs for a Gel and Acrylics Fill. Also, the hair services (cuts, highlights, Brazilian Blowouts) were also the same. I figure I'd mention this to anyone considering this place and being turned off by the price. I made an appointment ~6 weeks in advance for 3 of my bridesmaids and myself to get our nails/toes done on the Friday morning before my Saturday wedding at Herrington on the Bay. Despite the fact that I had an appointment for 4 and we ended up being 3, Perfect Nails was still not prepared for our group. They only had 2 technicians on staff for the three of us, and it took almost three hours for the three of us to get our nails and toes done. It was a beautiful day and we wanted to spend it on the beach with our friends/family, but ended up spending most of the day at Perfect Nails - really disappointing. What's more, my toes turned out awful! Perfect Nails was also quite expensive considering the location/quality. I live in San Francisco - one of the most expensive cities in the country - and the prices at Perfect Nails were on par with the prices in my neighborhood. If you're getting married at Herrington there aren't a ton of other options for nails nearby, but I'd recommend going somewhere else if you can. Read Less

So, I called numerous times on a Saturday between noon-3pm figuring I'd set up an appt for Sunday but no answer... After calling each number from the websites about 8 times I had my boyfriend stop by on his way home from work at 3pm (they state their hours are until 5pm), and they were closed... Finally, I texted Kim via the number given on the voicemail machine and set up and appt for Sunday with no problem. I had a great deluxe pedicure and fill-in manicure... :) however it was odd that we were the only two in the salon as she said she works alone on Sunday's... The only complaint that I have is about the hours, if a business clearly gives hours stated on its website, voicemail, and business sign out front, they should abide by said hours... Otherwise, change your hours to "by appt only" for certain days if need be. But other than that, it was a great experience!!! :) Read Less
