The place is really nice but the prices are crazy. They have a booklet with pricing in the front desk but have their own with different prices. Then it's like they make up the prices as they go. I wanted a full set acrylic Blinged Nails as pictured below. I wanted the bling from the 1st picture 3nails but the clear nails with just glitter nail polish from the second picture. 1st she was going to charge me like $125 for doing the 1st picture. I explained that I wanted the combo of both and they automatically charge the extra $10-$30 for the plain gel glitter nail polish (which I am not a fan of gel polish) why not ask me first. Then I tell her no I'd like plain glitter how much is the difference oh and they were also charging for the white fading away(hombre style)an extra $30 which I didn't want anyways. So how does just a plain acrylic nails at $25 go so dramatically to the 100s? Funny why would you charge more for less nails I've never understood that theory. You're using less product. I know I do my own nails occasionally. The only reason I came here was because they were the only ones open. But then figured I'd better wait for tomorrow when my neighborhood one opens back again. Their prices are reasonable and they ask you before hand if youd like gel nail polish. They also cut you a deal if you arent the only one and if you're doing a few other things there. As the prices she gave was not including my daughters manicure which showed in the booklet as $15 and she was charging $17 then adding more at the end it would have been like $30-$35 she said. I have only been here twice, so do not have much to say yet. I will say that the prices here are a bit higher than the ones at other places. With a difference typically being like $2-4. The chairs were comfortable, but I don't think they had a massage function. I got a wax from here, and the next day, had tons of bumps all all over the area. I had never seen such a thing, so I will not be going back here, at least not for a wax. The lady that did my nails was really nice and helped my indecisive self choose colors to match my dress thw first time I was there. Read Less

Only giving it one star bc I can't give it zero. My daughters went this morning when they opened. The staff immediately acted as if they were inconvenienced. Three were cut at some point (one so badly the staff glued it closed). Two had to get their nails repainted. One got a full set and was clear that she didn't want gel (set or polish) but they didn't anyway and charged her the full price. Needless to say they didn't leave a tip. Read Less

Service was terrible. I came in asking for ombré coffin and I leave with a hot mess on my nails. When I show pictures to the nail tec of what I’m trying to achieve she tells me it’s to late it can’t be fixed. I paid $55 for a poor nails job. When I bring my concern to the manager I’m shown no concern all I’m told is that my nails look fine and that The snape I have is coffin. Through out my whole service I just felt the nail tec was rushing. She didn’t take her time or seem to care how my nails turned out. Read Less

Basic pedicure was nice. Hate my set done by Kevin. Not only did he rush through shaping and filing my nails. He did an even worse job with the paint job. I got white, no designs nothing. I would think for giving them $65 way more than I pay at my regular nail salon I would've gotten top quality nails. He did two rushed coats and you can still see through the nail. Also realized Kevin used the same white on my toes that wasn't Gel on my nails and then placed it under the heat lamp. Charge me $40 for a gel set when it wasn't even gel. About my second time coming here and being disappointed with the crappy work. Stay wherever you are , or go somewhere else. This place is only about the money. And you can tell by how immediately they show you their spa prices instead of their regular prices. I didn't even get the manicure I asked for. No water , no cuticle clean up, nothing. Beautiful salon. There are only two nail techs that know how to do neat AND long lasting nails. As far as bedazzled nails go, be prepared to tell them what to do because they aren't the most creative bunch. One of those nail techs is Mimi- she does a great job but can have a really nasty attitude if she feels like you are asking for too much and is more than comfortable with arguing with you. As far as making appointments, good luck with getting them to answer the phone (it's a gamble). Oh, and hope that the appointment before yours isn't late because your appointment will get pushed back too.. at least with Mimi anyway. All in all, you may actually leave here loving your nails but the customer service here is poor. Read Less

Came here for the first time for a spa pedicure.I was very surprised by how pretty the salon was in the inside. I didn't expect to see a salon that looked so fancy in New Carrollton.My pedicure was great and they have a nice variety of colors.
