I was visiting from out of town and was looking for a nail salon with high ratings to do one nail repair. Unfortunately for me I chose Vibrant Nail Bar because it was rated as 4-star. Well, I certainly did not receive 4-star service. My regret is that I didn't read their reviews first which many were bad. I only needed one nail repaired and it took them well over two hours. Yesterday was my first time at Vibrant Nail Bar and I really enjoyed myself, so did my friend. The salon was very clean, well lit, plenty of seating for waiting, manicures and pedicures. We didn't have to wait at all considering there were so many techs, they actually had to wait on us to pick out our nail colors. The tech was very good about scrubbing, massaging and trimming. I think we were in the chair for a good half hour which was pretty wonderful for getting a basic pedicure. We were offered wine, soda and water, I was stunned. Most nail salons forget to offer you water let alone soda or wine. The techs talked us out of regular acrylic nails and we both received the SNS powder. I was blown away with it! So many colors to choose from and I thought is was amazing how the whole thing was done. I see people unhappy with the amount of time it took but I feel like it was the same as getting regular or gel nails....and I loved the fact I didn't have to sit under a UV light. The hand/forearm massage you're give after your nails are done is the right touch. While there I dealt with three techs and all of them were very friendly, especially Lana! Which I must say was a slight down fall I rather deal with one person for the entire process but stuff happens, I didn't let it get me down. Pricing was average for the area I didn't feel that it was anymore or less expensive then the next salon. Wasn’t provided heating pad for neck and shoulders though clearly outlined in the pamphlet of the pedicure I requested. Floors need swept and mopped. Nail technician was friendly but the massage could have been a bit longer when paying $40. Heals still dry even after they used the metal file. Won’t be back. Read Less

Excellent. I love this nail salon and truthfully aren't most nail salons hit and miss. I'm newer to the area and I went through several before finding Vibrant Nail Bar. The salon is very clean and the staff is most efficient. English is a little challenging but this doesn't bother me as they always do a great job and personally I don't need or want to chat anyway. I try to call ahead for an appointment and when I do this I never have to wait more than a few minutes. They get very busy on the weekends so I try to go weekday evenings so I can have a more relaxing experience. I highly recommend. Read Less

Great experience today! Walked in ~9:30am and asked if they had time for pedicure and gel manicure. Yes and yes!I chose the Vibrant pedicure (includes longer leg massage, callous removal, leg scrub and mask. It was completely worth it and my poor winter, runner/gym feet are so much softer :) I always opt for regular polish for pedicure and my feet look amazing!Gel mani - I had too thick gel from a manicure in Europe and it was a nightmare to remove. Soaked in acetone during entire pedicure and my poor fingers were so sore when she started peeling off. I knew it was a mess of polish and wouldn't be fun to remove but it was as tolerable as possible.I opted for gel manicure today and love the result BUT the 2 women seated by me were having SNS powder manicures. I was only vaguely familiar and will definitely do powder next time.Reason - removal is FAR less difficult than gel and holds up better. I only recently started getting manicures because my nails are tortured at work and regular polish doesn't hold up. I only polish to keep them from splitting and breaking so gel has greater longevity then regular polish and SNS powder longer than both. The staff are all very friendly here, excellent service, complimentary beverages, clean pedicure baths lined with bags so no dirty in between from other people's feet...on and on.I will be back and would recommend to any of my friends :) Read Less

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. Everyone is friendly and make you feel welcome. Most importantly the service provided is most often high quality. They can get pretty busy during rush hour and on the weekend, but it’s only because the do good work at a considerably cheap price range. Totally worth the wait! Go try! Read Less

I just went in for a pedicure and manicure. Despite telling the technician about 10 times I wanted gel, she ended up doing the powder manicure and by the time I realized something was off (I get manicures infrequently and didn't realize this wasn't a new step for gels) I had the powder on and was committed. It took an hour and now my nails feel odd and super thick. I tried to protest and the technician ignored me and at that point I just wanted to be done. What a waste of an afternoon. She also was really careless with the buffer and kept hurting me which she seemed completely indifferent to. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure and ended up with a bloody toe after the enthusiastic technician removed too much skin. He was apologetic, but I don't enjoy the pedicure after that because I was in pain and they still charged me half the rate at the end! LOVE This salon! I have been to many salons in the area and this one is the BEST! Salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. Appointments are longer than most places but it's because they take their time and do a quality job. Yes, you can do a walk in but do call if you need to keep to a schedule or want a certain person. I started coming here because they do SNS nail service. The staff is very nice and the salon is beautiful and clean. I had the most terrible experience at Vibrant Nail Bar. Me and my friend came here on a Friday to get full sets of nails with gel polish. The nail tech complained that he did not like doing the shape that I had gotten (coffin). His name is Danny. When I asked him did he want me to go somewhere else, he said no. The nails them self were okay. However, they were flimsy and kept breaking. The first time I went to get a nail repair (probably 2 days after I got my nails done), a lady fixed my nail and they looked very different than the nails that I originally had. I let it go and thanked her for fixing my nail. I am now back today, however, with 2 broken nails and was greeted with hatred and negativity. They immediately started speaking in their language when I told them what has happened. I felt extremely uncomfortable that I had to go back there. However, being as though I paid $90 for nails and pedicure, it is not fair that my nails keep breaking. The manager accused me of being here 2 weeks ago to get a nail repair. She was very nasty towards me despite me telling her that I felt it was not fair that my nails keep breaking despite the amount of money that I paid. She accused me of not getting my nails done in the time that warrants a nail repair so I was forced to show her my bank statement (which shows that my card was charged a week ago). Even after this, she proceeds to check her system for confirmation of the receipt which is absolutely absurd. I am appalled at the treatment that I have received today and will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! As I have sat waiting for over 35 minutes to get my nails fixed, I type this review. I will not be back here ever again. Read Less

This review is long overdue!! Vibrant nail bar is absolutely amazing. The sisters run an awesome family business. All techs are so friendly and offer great customer service. I always get a Vibrant pedicure and a SNS manicure and let me tell you, their pedicure will be the longest and best pedi you'll ever get. The SNS manicure is great, I've found that the way they do it here, your nails don't get damage (as evidenced by a smooth nail surface when you take them off instead of leaving a ridge in your nails if you know what I mean). They also do amazing designs, just bring in any pictures and they'll be able to make almost anything happen! I will continue to be a customer and will recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I have been coming here for about a year. Unless they decided to move somewhere else I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have always had great service! Ofcourse, like any nail salon where there are many techs working there have been some times where I was not satisfied with it but I also am the type of person that is very particular and usually stick to one nail tech.... Nam, Vu, and Emily are all amazing at what they do! I am always 100% satisfied with their work. I've never had ...to wait, but I also make appointments. I have referred friends here and they are also very satisfied. I love that they have a rewards system and I have gotten money discounted off my bill because of it. What a gem! I stumbled across this place when my regular nail salon was busy and couldn't take me. Oh my, why didn't I know about you guys sooner? They do gorgeous gorgeous nails, the best pedicure I've ever had in my life! Vibrant is a family owned service, and you can just tell how much the staff cares about their business which is reflected through their awesome customer service. Been here a couple of times and the last time they were super busy. However, they still took time and made small conversations with me while I'm getting my nails done. They are very friendly and so nice. Diane is the best. She really takes good care of me. I have problems with ingrown toe nails and she takes very good care of them. Much cheaper than a podiatrist and much better seating. I've been to different places in the past but they do not compare to here. The only way I would go somewhere else is if they closed. Read Less
