I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience with others. I walked into the salon last night but my regular tech was leaving early. I agreed to to sit down with another tech and I wish I didn't. I called the next morning to ask for my regular tech to fix this disaster and was told that I'd have to pay for the fix. Awesome experience from start to finish. Being warmly greeted at the door, having a wide array of top name brand polish to choose from, and a neat, clean atmosphere are just the beginning. My technician was friendly and my nails look fab. The price is average for the area, but the service is exceptional. This was my first visit but must definitely not my last. Highly recommended! I called around 7:30 and asked what time they closed and the man to just come in and they'll take care of me. I arrived at 8 and that's when they closed ad they still took me and did my pedicure! So nice! Kim did my nails and she's sweet and does a good job! Deff recommend. They charge $25 for basic pedicure. Read Less

I have been going here for a few years now. I love the selection of colors for gel polish. They always have a regular polish that matches the gel. I like my nails and goes to match. Oh, they always offer something to drink. Great place! Read Less

I just had the worst mani pedi of my life. Victor was extremely rough. He did not use a cuticle softener on my feet or hands. He could not get the shape of oval on my nails. I have nails of different lengths and shapes. I did ask seven times for the shapes to be fixed and I'm left with nails about three times shorter than normal. The gelish polish he used on my hands is awful! It's clumped and uneven. The polish on my toes in uneven as well. I can still see the cuticle around my nail and there is polish all over my fingers. Needless to say I don't recommend this gentleman. He was very rude when I had to take a work call. Read Less

I was so disappointed with this salon. I was really hoping that I would like this place. But, NOT! wanted to find a salon closer to my condo in Towson. So back to Owings Mills I go. I got a polish change and a nail fix with gel polish, the nail fix was a joke. $25.00 and the polish job sucks. So sad! A waste of money and time. : ( Read Less
