I called to make an appointment they said oh yeah see you in a half hour he then proceeded to make me wait two hours to get a manicure I was inside that location for 2 1/2 hours so that I could get a gel manicure that they were not nice they did not do what I asked my nails did not even come out good honestly I would never go back if the rest of the world was burning and I needed my nails done that is how awful the service at this place was do not go here! I went to Nail Tech today to get a mani/pedi. My technician was amazing. Very thorough and extremely nice. My friends recommended Nail Tech and told me it was a hidden gem and I agree. There are three primary technicians. Van, Linda and Ann. My friends have used all three and Van was my tech today. thank the heavens! i have finally found a great nail salon in this area. i'm originally from the dc area and the search for a good nail salon has been pretty difficult for me. i stumbled upon other reviews about this place and decided to give it a try. being that i'm so particular, i was searching for someone who took their time and could shape my nails the right way. i walked in on a wednesday and it wasn't busy at all, so i was able to get taken care of immediately. tina is the best, and maybe that's biased because she's the only one i've ever seen, but she took her time. customer service is great here and honestly, i will continue to go here to get my nails done.fyi, i go elsewhere for my pedicures because i prefer someone specific to do mine; nothing against this place. This is a very clean nail spa. I love Annie. She always takes the time to do it right, and most off all she is very clean. Everyone in there is nice though, ya can't go wrong. I had been getting my nails done at this salon for about 7 months, and one night I went with my mother to have a pedicure. It was about 7:20 and the salon closes at 8:00. When we walked in there was one person getting her nails done. The owner gave us a look and we asked for pedicures. She said no we are closed. We walked out and have not been back since. The did do a good job on my acrylic nails however I prefer mine medium length and they always did cut them a bit short for me.But to me a nail salon should have excellent customer service as well.
