To the WOMAN(customer) on Sunday, March 4th, between 4-5 pm, that RUDELY screamed at my daughter, while she was in a SEVERE Diabetic crisis, how DARE you. Her Continuous Glucose Monitor, was alerting her that her blood sugar was rapidly dropping. The device sets off an alarm 🚨 to let her know this. Unfortunately, she was in the middle of a pedicure, and as she tried to communicate to the technician, who didn’t speak, or understand much English. In addition to feeling embarrassed, over a situation that an insulin dependent Diabetic has NO control over, she was dealing with the awful side effects, and an ENTITLED selfish customer that told her to
“turn off her cell phone”. Ma’am, even after she told you she was in a Diabetic emergency, you continued badgering her. Thanks for offering to HELP her, and you should THANK your lucky stars that I was NOT there. All that, and she wasn’t able to finish her pedicure, but was charged the FULL amount. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!
