Long story short, I was accused of stealing a bottle of nail polish. I have been going to this location for my pedicures. There’s a really nice lady who really does a good job. But this day she was not available. So I was told to sit in the older man’s chair. I got up to change my polish color. While standing by the nail polish I pulled out my capsule with my iPhone buds. When I went back to his chair. The older man and a women snapped a photo of me putting an item into my purse which was my iPhone capsule. The owner tried to go into my purse. I asked him to call the police and he refused. With all due respect, I’m a federal employee. I WOULD NOT risk my job for a $2 bottle of nail polish. Needless to say I did not pay and I left. The salon was nice and clean. The atmosphere was quiet, calm, and relaxing, which is exactly what I want during a mani/pedi! The manicurist did a great job shaping my nails and the polish work was quality! I've gone to other salons recently and the nail polish is either incomplete (doesn't cover the whole nail) or bubbled when I leave. I will definitely be back! Read Less

Very unfriendly !! Plus they do a horrible job ! And on top of that The owner woman is rude and abusive especially if you ask for one technician in particular ! They want you to go with whoever they pick for you otherwise they call you " picky" !!!! And that's what happened to me ! I wanted to pick the owner ( before I knew anything about her) but they questioned "why do you want her ? You don't know her " I said I would like to try her ( she didn't have a customer and wasn't busy ) ! She took me reluctantly !!! However she gave me the worst experience by being very rough with me and my nails ! I tried to break the ice and said she was recommended to me by someone who said "you are nice " she looked at me and answered " no I'm not nice I'm MEAN " I said oh no that's not good ! She didn't answer and continued to be rough and rude and started scolding me by saying : "I need my customers to understand that I have my way of running my business , I don't like picky customers who request a certain nail tech and that's how I run my business " . " My customers have to go with whoever tech is next in line ! " I felt I was being punished for requesting her , all while yelling at me and being abusive !!! She turned what was supposed to be a relaxing time into a really upsetting experience!! My hands were shaking !!!! Without any apology! All for requesting her ! She should have been flattered that I requested her but rather she was very rude and abusive ! She also said that they don't guarantee gell manicure to last 15 days !! And was upset because I asked for three coats that I usually get , " why you want three coats ?", she refused to give me three coats !! Then sure enough 2 days later I had to go back because the gell was so thin it was coming off ! It was a total waist of time ! Would never be back! Don't waist your time or money in this place !!They do a horrible job ! They don't spend anytime preparing your cuticles or clean them before applying the gell ! They are always in a hurry I had to be back to have my nails fixed 4 days after having a gell manicure ! Not only on one occasion!The owner said they don't guarantee that gell will last any longer than regular manicure!Will not be back for sure !! Read Less

Walked in one day and there was no one working that does acrylics. Called to make an appointment and was told there was nothing available until very late. Gave it another chance, nails were done nicely but told no one in the area does designs, only a flower. Had one nail I was told needed to heal a little bc it broke. Was given a specific day to come back and told not to make an appointment. Walked in and was told wait 20 minutes. I don't want to be told to walk in then have to wait 20 min that's why I asked if I needed an appointment in the first place. If I hadn't already paid to have this one nail done I would not go back at all. I came from a wonderful salon that offered drinks, gave gifts at Christmas and were very kid friendly. They did designs and were very friendly. Here they don't offer a drink they have my children sit by the door and well you read some of the rest. Read Less

I went for a pedicure this evening in preparation for a wedding. I specifically told the lady I spoke to that I had a problem nail and it may not be easy to deal with. After looking at the nail, she assured me it would be no problem at all. That may have been true if the girl who did my pedicure would have spent more than 15 minutes for the whole job. When I got home, I saw that none of the nails was completely painted, and the nail that needed the extra attention wasn't even filed or smoothed out. It was a big waste of money and now I have to spend more money at another salon undoing what they did. I'll never go back to this salon again! Read Less

Average. A bit over-priced for a men's manicure and pedicure. The staff is fine... no warm welcome... very quiet and neutral tone. I was in and out in about 35 or 40 minutes. Not the best and not the worst manicure and pedicure I've had. The atmosphere is clean and nice. I'll keep looking for another nail place... Read Less

They lied to me and told me that the OPI top coat was gel!  Instead of being honest and telling me they don't do gel, they only have Gelish/gel color!  The acrylic nails Dillon did are fine, but I like gel not gel color.  The girl that did my nail polish seemed like it was her first time painting nails.  Then to tell me the top coat is gel, I was so insulted!  I've been having my nails done for over 25 years, I'm pretty sure I know the difference between top coat and gel!!  I asked 3 times if it was gel, he they lied to my face! Saw this spa on a facebook post. When I read the reviews I was unsure but, I like to give things a try. I chose this spa because I wanted to take my 4 year old niece here as a gift for her 5th birthday. The photos I had seen of the children's spa chair is what really caught my attention.  We got here about 6 p.m. and the place was not crowded.  They addressed us as soon as I walked in. Before you know it my niece was getting a pedicure. They were so pleasant and the place was so clean I decided to get a pedicure myself. My niece also got her nails polished and I decided to get a gel manicure.  We were pleased with all services. We look forward to returning soon. Read Less

Very clean place and they have pedicure and mani packages! ASK FOR PATRICIA! She does wonders! All my friends go to her! I got a deluxe pedi and wax for only $45 wow!! She also is american which I really liked. The chairs were super comfy too and you have an option of wine with a higher price package on mani or pedi's! Def would recommend and go back! Read Less

This was go to pedicure spot for years.  I loved it here. Unfortunately such a horrible job was done on my nails yesterday that I will never return. 13 minutes.  That's how long my pedicure lasted - 13 minutes. The woman who did my nails was not friendly - she only spoke to me twice - once to complain about how hard my previous nail polish was to remove, and once to scold me after my toes were painted and 2 toes bumped into each other (which happened b/c she didn't bother to use toe separators and then bumped into my foot).  She rushed through the entire pedicure so much that my toes were burning from the filing. Not one of my toe nails is filed in a straight line.  She barely worked on the bottoms of my feet at all, and in fact, I left with them just as hard/scaly as when I got there (isn't the point to remove that dead skin?). No lotion/leg massage.  She just slapped some lotion on my legs, rubbed it in for maybe 5 seconds and moved on. Made no sense to me at all. She had nobody waiting for her. After she finished with me, she went and sat at her nail station and just sat there.  I was never given the "menu" of pedicure options, like I always have been in the past.  I don't get it at all.  She clearly did not want to be there and unfortunately, b/c of her, I no longer want to be there (and never will be again).  Such a shame.  I have been going there every 6 weeks or so for years.  Oh well.  On to the next place. Went here for the first time today 3/3/12. Very nice inside & very friendly workers. They have a great selection of polish colors to pick from. Way more choices then many of the other salons in the area. I got a sea salt pedicure & a full gel set. Pedicure was great & very relaxing. I'll definitely go back & would recommend it to others.
