I didn’t catch the name of the young lady that did my pedicure but it was so relaxing. I wasn’t feeling good today so it felt nice not to have a rushed pedicure and just let the jets massage my feet. They make you feel at home. I said I would never let anyone but my brother do my eye brows...but allow them and she was able to correct a mistake I had made doing them myself. I have search all over Laurel for a great nail spa that customer service is 100% and does wonderful work, that does not charge you for each individual service especially when getting a pedicure (ex: hot towel, massage, filing, etc) ......WELL THIS IS IT!!!! I went in to have my eye brows waxed.  After I checked in I was told to sit in the white chair and someone would be momentarily.  As stated I waited only about a minute before i was approached by a male technician that said "Lay down!".  This was as I was trying to say hello.  When I didn't react immediately out of sheer astonishment he yells again, this time with a little more instruction. "Lay back in the chair!"  So he starts to apply the wax which was to hot.  So I told him "Your wax is very hot."  He says "oh" blows on it some more and proceeds.  I guess at that point he figured he didn't need to ask if I was ok.  Then he starts asking "What's wrong with your eyebrow?  What happened here?"  I told him "Nothing happened it just grows thinner there"  He continues to badger me  "when did you get them done last"  "Did you come here?"  Now mind you I do have thinner brows that do not need constant waxing it had been since January since I had them last waxed.  So he proceeds to put his to hot wax on my brows then exclaims "finished" and shoved a mirror in my face.  Of course I wasn't surprised to see that he had totally messed up my left brow.  When I pointed out his error he tells me "Well its thin there I didn't do that".  Mind you I can see the bumps where he has yanked the hair from my brow.  I get up just totally done with the whole experience and to head to the front to pay.  The only thing he has to say is "Eight dollars!"  Truly the worst experience I have had getting my brows done.  I will never go here again.
