I wanted to treat myself so I decided to get my lashes done at this place. When I got there, the lady just assumed that I wanted to do individual lashes so they can overcharged me. Apparently, the don’t carry band lashes so I had to go buy a pair myself nearby. Got my lashes done and the lady told me it will last two to one week. They don't do a good job here. I've received a terrible SNS job and a horrible pedicure, each of which were rendered by a different person. The lady that did my SNS, did it way too thick. The shape and length of my nails was also uneven. Lastly, she failed to let me know that the color she suggested would glow in the dark. Overall my nails looked terrible and unnatural. Moving on to the pedicure... The lady that did my pedicure didn't know what she was doing. The polish on my toes was uneven and and you could see where she missed entire portions of the nail with the second layer of polish. Again, the shape of the nails was terrible. I went back later that day once I realized how uneven the polish was and this time she put on her glasses to fix the issue. Went in for a mani/pedi.  The receptionist was bilingual which was great.  She understood what I wanted and had a technician greet me and take me to my seat.  The technician was pleasant he greeted me, offered me the chair and began working on my feet.   He soaked my foot for maybe 2 minutes before he cleared the old polish off my toes.  He then clipped and filed my toe nails.  Before long he was finished with the toes.  He then used a small sponge and soap washed my feet,  applied oil to my legs and told me to put on my flip flops so he could polish my toes.  Now usually I'm used to having my feet massaged and my heels scrubbed.  None of that took place.  That was the worst pedicure I've ever received.   Since I was already there and had requested the service I went ahead and got the manicure.  Now that was a very different experience.  He took his time and completed my nails as I requested and I am pleased with the outcome of the manicure. Decided to try a new spot not too far from my house. My friend recommended me to Diem. I had full set of SNS nail dipping with my natural grown nails. Do not go to this salon. They are unprofessional and rude. Also, the quality of their work is SUBPAR. I'd give less than a star if I could. Within a WEEK of getting my nails done, some nails LIFTED and popped off. When I went back to get it fixed, the employees started arguing across the salon about who would fix my nails for 15 min! Out of spite and pettiness BETWEEN eachother, everyone decided they weren't going to fix my nails. Told me to try again tomorrow. Ridiculous and childish. Read Less

I've never had a more rushed pedicure. Tech didn't even file the nails on two of my toes. She paid more attention to the techs on either side of my chair than she did to my pedicure. We paid for a deluxe pedicure -- my feet still feel as rough as when I went in. I will not visit this salon again. Read Less

The experience with Briana at T&N was more than perfect. I had a bad experience there with a different receptionist, but Briana made it better by offering me a free gel mani for my troubles. I have been going to T&N for years, and everytime I go in there, Briana is helpful, courteous, and professional. I can show her a picture of my color, and she'll go through about 500+ colors to ensure I have the one I want. If I ever have an issue with a nail tech, Briana handles the situation both quickly and professionally. It's a shame she doesn't work everyday, because the other receptionists they bring in there are unprofessional, rude, and nothing like her. This is a joke.  The person answering the phone can't answer basic questions.  I made tow appointments to have a fill for my eye lashes and both time less than an hour before my appointment I was told she wasn't going to be at work on time and wanted to reschedule.  This was two days in the same week.  The first time I was already on the way.  I will never try to make another appointment.  Wished I hadn't wasted my time. I thought this place was going to be nice even though I seen the reviews I decided to give it a try. After my experience with them I thought it was pretty nice but after 24 hours my nails lifted and even broke. I called and went up there and spoke to the lady in the front and asked for my refund back and was told they couldn't give refunds because it was policy. Super disappointed... daughter and I came n to get pedicures... they were not that busy. We were seated n the pedicure chairs... and we waited for 30 mins before someone came to assist us. When finally we were assisted the services were really rushed. My pinky toe was snipped causing me pain... the paint job was sloppy. I had to ask for several toes to be redone. There was water all over the floor when she was done... so much that is soaked thru the flip flops they give u...I tried my best to remain calm about it all.. I mean hey sometimes things happen...The straw that broke the camels back to me was when I requested to get my eyebrows done I was told to go and sit in the room where they do the facials... . So I sat there for 10 mins and waited... waited until a seat became available. Finally got in the eyebrow chair and she did one eye brow and then put wax on the other and walked off to talk to someone.... I had to sit up and look around for her lol!Upon leaving the girl at the front desk could see that I was less than pleased and asked me about my service... as I began to explain she asked me to step to the side so she could allow the customers behind me to pay. I just moved here from Florida in September and I decided to give this nail salon a shot because it was close by to where I moved. I sat with Tiffany and she did excellent job. She is the only nail tech I will see and have seen since I have been going there. I usually get a gel pedicure and gel fill or full set all depending. She always does an excellent job and my nails always last about 3 and half a weeks which saves me money because then I only have to go once a month. This place has a lot of bad reviews and I am not sure why. Every time I go there the receptionist is very nice and they always make sure I am helped. Got my nova lashes filled by Nikki. She did a great job. My initial set was done elsewhere and my lashes became tangled and twisted Nikki was able to correct my lashes and they look very glam but natural at the same time. I will be returning for another fill. Read Less

Quality of the technicians deserve 5 stars and so does the nail color selection. I gave it 4 stars because the prices are higher than nearby nail salons. $35 for a gel manicure and $25 for a regular pedicure. I have been here twice and they always seem to be busy Friday-Sunday. The interior is nicer than most nail salons around. There are 2 pedicure areas and plenty of technicians available.They're really not friendly. The front desk chick especially. My nail tech was Angela and she is a doll. The rest, not so much.I doubt I will return.Edit: Less than 24 hours after I got my gel nails done the edge of my thumb cracked and so did the gel. I have been getting gel manicures for a few years now and this has never happened especially on the first day. I did return and they fixed it for free but another edge of my nail broke off.
