I'm giving a 3 because the manager was very nice, but how the appointment was setup is why I'm not giving a 5. I'm disappointed. I recently moved, needed a new salon, and this place was only 4 minutes away from me. I saw good reviews and looked at the pictures from Facebook. This place seemed great. As a birthday gift to myself I set up a hair appointment 2 weeks ago. When I spoke to the assistant I explained I wanted to have my hair colored. She explained I would have to have a consult before they do my hair. I said I understood and offered to make my consult a week before my actual appointment. She explained that there was no need for that and that I could get my consult and hair done all on the same day as long as my hair is healthy. I rearrange my whole day to having my hair done. Like I said this was my birthday gift to myself so I have been excitedly lookin forward to this. I walk in and meet the mananger. She talks to me about my color choice is difficult which I understand and was open to discuss options which we didn't really get to because what threw me off was her explaining that I would have to set up another time to come in to start the process. I explained what I was told over the phone about having it all done today. Nope the assistant decided that even though telling me I could have my hair taken care of today that she was still only putting me under a consult and booking the stylist up the rest of the day. The manager did try to apologize and thank you for trying, but I will not be returning. I would rather drive an hour back to where I used to live to find a place there that won't lie than attempt another appointment. It's not worth getting excited all over again with a new appointment only to have it happen again. So happy birthday to me and thanks. Read Less
