Worst experience in my life i told the guy he left acrylic under my nail. So i told him he got mad and started to be rough and speaking in his languag. Also i get my toes done he told me they were dry and i he wrapped my feet in oil and Saran Wrap telling me that it helps me not chip in my boot... i got home took off the wrap and all of my polish came off as if he tricked me i will be back in the morning to get back my money.! 🤬🤬🤬 Read Less

ArRon was my nail tech soon as he left owner would tell me where he went. I went to Walmart in Laurel Maryland and there he was working with his wife who is the owner sister in law. The only reason I would come to this salon is because it's convenient for me, and after living in this area for a few years now I can assure you there are better nail salons in Laurel. I've been cut, twice.. Once during a pedicure, and another time while getting a fill-in.. You know those machines that spin really fast?(ouch!) Don't waste your time. Got a manicure and eyebrow wax done last weekend. Eyebrows: Not sure why in the world this lady thought it would be ok to reshape ONLY ONE EYEBROW AND LEAVE THE OTHER AS IT WAS BEFORE!!!!! I look like I have TWO DIFFERENT FACES DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LOOK AT ME FROM!!!!!! I am less than 2 months away from my wedding and she waxed a part of my eyebrows that I know take long to grow from past experience. Manicure: 80% ok. Do not go here. This place is not worth the penny you pay. They do not used sanitized tools. It is nearly impossible to communicate with the 'techs.' They will make you bleed, burn, and ruin your nail shape. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. You will be sorry. They have a disgusting bed to lay on, they rub baby oil everywhere (which will later make you break out), and the mirror they give yout at the end is cracked, dirty, and small. Their nail design is absolutely terrible. Even a simple gel french manicure had wavy, uneven lines. They will sandpaper your skin. Most of their nail polish has retail prices of less than $2. I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE THIS PLACE!!!! Lusy is my nail tech and she's amazing!! She does great full sets, eyebrows and pedicures!!! They have very good pricing and they have amazing customer service. The owner of the salon is very interactive in what her employees are doing. Every 2 weeks that I'm there, I always see her looking around and making sure her employees are doing their best jobs!! It was ok nothing to brag about. I think they are a bit overpriced for their service. I feel rushed often for manicures and pedicures. Pretty shabby bikini wax wasn't worth the amount I paid.  It could be cleaner. I don't feel that hygiene is a big factor for them especially when you have to ask them to wash their hands.  I don't like walking in a having them yell across the room what service I would like either. Walking into Visions Nail Spa is like a more feminine version of Cheers.  Evey body knows your . . . well face.  Visions has a very local feel.  I have been coming here for awhile and it's time for a change.  The service is okay but I've been noticing some, well what I'll call short changes in Mani and pedi.  For starters, I guess it's best to have your appointment with a specific tech because if not, you get just any old body.  My pedi did not include a foot massage ( which I've gotten before) nor did the mani.  The mani was done by someone new.  It took awhile.  I decided to look for a new nail spa in Laurel so my journey begins.
