Not very pleased so far. Came it with a friend and they started hers but I'm still waiting (no water) just sitting here. My massage chair is broken as well so I can't even enjoy that as I wait. I just walked out of this nail salon. Arrived to a person talking on their phone. She looked at me as though i was not suppose to be there. I bought my own polish and was guided to a chair she still was talking on the phone. I thought by asking her how was het day she would have gotten off the phone, but no. She told me you sit with feet in the water. I sat and sat and still notice she was on the phone. I got my items together and left. I'm at the nail bar in laurel getting pampered. I'm glad idid leave. I went to this place because of the yelp reviews . Specifically requested for Holly as she had great reviews. I went on a Saturday midday. It was busy as expected and waited for over 30 minutes. I got a full set of acrylic with gel polish, requested an almond shape. I loved the results. Shape looks more coffin than almond but I'll take it. I'm hoping to last 3 weeks. Read Less

I've been in search of a new nail shop for about 2 months. I use to go to a shop in Cloverly, MD and been seeing the same nail technician for 15 years.  Well after 15 years our relationship came to an end.  She became to complacent and the customer service became "no customer service". Hence my search for a new nail tech relationship.  I came across Nails 4 You on Yelp and the reviews tempted me so I made an appointment with Holly.  I went in a little skeptical but left very pleased with my new set of nails and I needed work on these eyebrows that were looking like a out of control Chia pet. But after Holly took care of them they look beautiful.   Thank you Holly for turning my beasts into beauties.  I am happy to say that I have found a new nail shop and will begin a new nail tech relationship with Holly. I just recently moved out here to Maryland from NYC, so I've been looking for nail salon that provides excellent service for amazing prices. There are about 8 nail salons around my area in Laurel, but Nails 4 You had the best rating! I went along with it with my Sister & we honestly had 0 complaints. We went in on Thursday, around 2pm. It wasn't super busy & the staff was very polite & pleasant. My sister & I got regular pedi's & gel mani's. They took their time with us, used great products, gave us the regular chair massages & amazing foot & hand massages. Our pedi's were neat and our gel mani's were not packed on and thick. My sister went to Lani & I think my girl was Susan (I just know that she's off on Tuesday's). We loved the outcome & we're already looking forward to our next relax day there! Also, they had African Braiders there which I thought was smart (one stop shop). Lol. Get it all done at once! All in all, I was satisfied & I definitely recommend this place to all in the area. I hesitate to write this 5-star review because I don't want everybody flocking to my new nail salon - making it hard for me to get an appointment. But that would be selfish - especially since Yelp led me to this wonderful establishment. First, I was able to call amd make an appointment. I arrived on time, was professionally greeted by several very nice technicians and was immediately seated for service. The salon was very clean - putting my inner germaphobe at ease.Now on to the service: My nails look amazing!  My gel polish French manicure looks completely natural. And let me tell you...there should be a presidential medal for anyone who could make my feet look this good! Holly was courteous and thorough. I had NO complaints - never even had to ask her to give anything more attention. (I'm admittedly picky, so that's saying a lot!) Oh, and the proces are the best I've seen in years. I have never been to this nail salon before so I thought I would try it. I have had good pedicures and some not so good but this by far was the WORST. My nails were not even filed properly and it took him 3 times to get the filing right. There was a lady next to me and after she was done getting her pedicure they never even cleaned out the bowl where her feet were and while I was still getting my nails done another customer sat down and they proceeded to fill the bowl with water. I am very new to Maryland and was in need of a nail salon. Moved here two weeks ago and was constantly looking for a place to get my nails done. I ran across this place from here, Yelp. I am actually a licensed nail tech myself, therefore causing me to be very picky. I know how things go and how things are suppose to be done. This was my second choice and will be my last choice because my experience was AWESOME. I read previous reviews and all so many good things. I called and they took me in as soon as I wanted to come, even called me to see if I was still coming. Holly did my nails and they looked great! $50 for a manicure & a pedicure. Very clean inside. Saw on another Yelp review they offer free wine... it's really grape juice. The reason for the 4 stars is that the girl doing my nails was on FaceTime with her friend speaking another language for about 20 minutes while completely ignoring me & getting lost / confused on what she had done vs hadn't done yet. Example she massaged one hand but not another. Maybe the convo was important? Hopefully next time will be better. Read Less

I when to aLena. Nails were cute I tried coffin nails, but broke in less than a week. I retuned and she fixed it without charging me. However, it's week 2 and my polish is chipped and my nails are stained and lifting. I don't know if I'll  be coming back. I'll stick to my regular place until I find something better. I cannot say enough good things about this place! This is the only place I trust to do an awesome, long lasting no-chip! I go every few weeks with my Grandmother, Mother, or friends..we're all hooked! Went to this nail salon for the first time after reading multiple positive reviews . I called before going to get a quoted price to get my acrylic nails taken off and to get a gel manicure , the person on the phone said it would be $45 so I decided to stop by .  Susan did my nails , she was very friendly and took her time. I arrived around 3:30pm and I didn't leave until 5pm. Ive never had gel before so I was a little apprehensive and didn't know what to expect . I loved my experience at this upscale facility. My service was awesome. I closed my eyes while getting my nails done and the hand massage with lotion felt magnificent. I also chose a Hawaiian scrub pedicure that started at $35. My legs and feet feel so soft from the smell good wax. I spent a total of $85 and then I tipped my service man $10. Yes I could have paid half the price but I smiled through the whole process. I will definitely go back and take my friends. Read Less

The nail job itself was good but the paint was horrible. The guy rushed through the whole process and he was rough grabbing my hands. After he finished I had nail residue on my hands and under the nail bed. He didn't clean that up for me or anything. I won't come back. Read Less
