I went here and got my nails done and gel painted. Within 2 hours of getting them done the matte paint peeled totally off. I also noticed my nails throbbing the night I got them done. I went back to get the paint fixed and had to wait 40 minutes to get two nails repainted. They never apologized for the inconvenience and were rude. Two days later I go on vacation and my nails literally start to break off for no reason and take my real nail with it. The nails were long and way to thin for the length. I was in so much pain and now have no idea how I will get my nails done again with 4 fingernails being ripped off when the nails broke off. I’ve got my nails done, the same length For over a year at other salons and this has never happened. I would never go to this place again!

U went on the website and saw the qyoye for a fillthafiwas starting at $18. I'm thinking cool. I get there and the receptionist asked if I was getting a regular fill. I said yes. She told me to pick out a color and wait to be called. I I was called shortly after and was seated at a table. The the lady that was supposed to be doing my nails had something else going on so this nice gentleman struck up a conversation with me and started on my nails for her. She comes back starts on my nails and then a man comes over said something and then she passes me off to him. He finishes my nails he doesn't do anything out of the ordinary. It was a basic fill job with gel paint. Upper check out he tells me that the field is $43. I I couldn't believe what he said. So I made him repeat himselfS. U have never paid$43 for fill and I have been getting my nails done since 1998. As to not cause a scene I paid for the fill however I will never patronize this this establishment or recommend it to anyone.

The first time around Tina did a great job . However, the next time a man named Bow wow did my nails & he was sooooooo rude. Rushed & batched up my toes then did my nails & kept going back and forth between customers had me waiting FOREVER. His jokes were very inappropriate & not funny @ all. I still tipped him $5 & he was VERY UNGRATEFUL. Do yourself a favor & dont go to this Overrated nail bar , if u do please request TINA.

I tried something new and loved it! I brought them a picture of how I wanted my nails designed and I left with my nails looking better than intended! Everyone loves my 3D bows! I was concerned that they would get in the way of me completing daily tasks but overall that was not the case. I only had slight issues when it was time to do my hair, but my fingers never really got stuck. Thanks!!!

If I could give .5 stars I would. Our nail technician was on vacation, and we forgot to make an appointment before he left. My daughter and I decided to try this place. Aside from the unfriendly atmosphere, the work was HORRIBLE. My daughter paid $40 for a full set with clear polish, I paid $35 for a fill in that took about 15 minutes (rush job). Within 5 days every last one of my daughter's nails popped off. (Not broke, popped) like they were "Lee Press on nails). Three of my nails chipped. Never have I ever had such poor work done in the 23 years I've been getting acrylic nails. Don't be fooled by the fancy name and chairs.

Not going back. I been here multiple times since I live down the street. They always rush and do sloppy work. Usually I never have broken nails but every time I go here I have one within the week. Within 24 hours the polish on one nail started chipping off. My nails never last to the two week mark.... Sometimes they offer you a drink, last time I went the person next to me was offered a drink by her nail tech and the customer asked what they have and my nail tech answered her but never offered me anything which felt rude.

Not the best nail work for the prices that are being charged. Depending on the tech the shape is never right and the polish peels. The atmosphere is nice which the wine of you ask for it.

Outside of the place being clean and offering refreshments, the male nail technicians are rather rude. I've been there twice and the first time I went the guy took a very long time. I specifically asked for longer nail options without tips. Of course he looked at me like it was an impossible task and put tips on anyway. Then after spending almost 2.5 hours to get a pedicure and gel builder on my nails, I was unimpressed. The paint job could've been cleaner and sleeker. I had to go home and clean them up myself. My second visit was worse. The male nail technician didn't listen to my request for shorter coffin nails. I asked for nail formers (which is what I needed at the first visit) after doing some research. After he applied them I told him my nails were too long, and he kept telling me they weren't. Then he was very rough with the tools and files around the cuticles. My nails were so sore after the appointment. A trendy establishment cannot constitute bad customer service.

My sister and I went here when it first opened. They didn't do the best job on our nails (they were uneven, the paint was sloppy, it only lasted a couple of days), but they were new so we chalked it up to them needing time to get it together. We went back this weekend to give them a second chance and we will never be returning. Her manicure was very sloppy and the guy intentionally didn't paint the whole nail and then was upset when he had to fix it.
I got a pedicure and the pedicurist absolutely butchered my foot. She kept shredding the callus off until she shredded my skin off and there was blood everywhere. Even AFTER that, she continued to use the pumice stone and argued with me when I asked her to stop. It was excruciating. Two days later and it's still incredibly painful to walk. After this happened, she began speaking with the pedicurist next to her about the situation and they started laughing about it. The cut went around the outside of my heel. 0/10 will not recommend this place is HORRIBLE.

This was my first time getting my nails done. A friend and I both got pedicures and acrylic white tips done. It was really nice inside; we sat in a little area in the back in massage chairs during the pedicures and they offered free drinks (which were delicious). Super relaxing, but they seemed to rush everything a bit, and technician cut my nail bed with that power tool thing.

I went here and got my nails done and gel painted. Within 2 hours of getting them done the matte paint peeled totally off. I also noticed my nails throbbing the night I got them done. I tried something new and loved it! I brought them a picture of how I wanted my nails designed and I left with my nails looking better than intended! Everyone loves my 3D bows! I was concerned that they would get in the way of me completing daily tasks but overall that was not the case. I only had slight issues when it was time to do my hair, but my fingers never really got stuck. Thanks!!!

Outside of the place being clean and offering refreshments, the male nail technicians are rather rude. I've been there twice and the first time I went the guy took a very long time. I specifically asked for longer nail options without tips. Of course he looked at me like it was an impossible task and put tips on anyway. They didn't do the best job on our nails (they were uneven, the paint was sloppy, it only lasted a couple of days), but they were new so we chalked it up to them needing time to get it together. It was really nice inside; we sat in a little area in the back in massage chairs during the pedicures and they offered free drinks (which were delicious). Super relaxing, but they seemed to rush everything a bit, and technician cut my nail bed with that power tool thing.
