Health is wealth so I try to make sure I get a manicure twice a month. Being a guy I found it weird at first, but that tense quickly went away. The establishment is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs as well. I only had time to come in for a manicure today next time I'll take the leap of faith and get a pedicure as well. The best part about the  experience was that it only cost me $19 ($5 extra since I got them buffed) for the manicure. They do allow you to add tip before swiping your debt card. Time on the door, online and on Yelp says they close at 8pm, I arrive at 7:13, they inquire what service I'm there for then tell me "we can't do it we are closing early we have something to go do"! So disappointed. I spend over 1,000.00. At this place in a yr. 130.00 per month . And have a tanning package and the girl behind the desk says it's 730 u can't go tanning but they close at 8. Reason because they have to wipe down beds. Horrible customer service. Min. Of 15 mins it would have taken and to boot there's still ppl getting their nails done. That's reassuring huh. Read Less

I Love this salon the owner Kathy is the bomb but her sister Kelly she is good but after a while she gets sloppy so watch her carefully. And I always get the SNS now last year 2016 they charged $35 then two months later they went up to $40 help me with this scenario they don't charge you for adding nails it's still $40 now sometimes I just want to get the SNS on my own nails and they still charge $40 is it me or should it be less than $40 because it's my own nails. Got acrylic nails. They rushed and didn't use new or obviously sterilized equipment. Didn't listen to what I asked for. Didn't include or offer even the most basic manicure first so my cuticles look terrible against brand new nails. They seemed pretty indifferent to the fact that I was even there. I came to visit this site because it was a nail salon that services SNS nails right in my own neighborhood. Other places featuring this service were much farther out.  This shopping center is cramped, at a busy intersection and the actual business is no different. It is cramped and dark and not very relaxing.Both technicians seemed to do and great job on my pedicure and nails. I would come again for a the SNS nails. I'd pass on the pedicure in this small space. I like my salons to feel like a getaway. Read Less

I have been going here for over a year. Eric is great. He is personable and provides great service. The SNL nails are wonderful. Although they do take a long time to complete, they are well worth it. I do not get any acrylic or tips etc. so these are a great alternative when you want your nail polish to last and not crack. Only drawback is you will have to soak the coating off. They last at minimum 3 weeks. They never crack but will need to be redone as your nail grows out. The gel nails last about a week and a half to two weeks. I am giving a 4 not a 5 stars because the salon could use a renovation. They are friendly and seem to appreciate and remember their customers. Read Less

I work as a nurse and am on my feet for long hours. After taking care of others this is my treat for myself. I have been to many salons, but have settled here at Kevin nails. The staff are welcoming, they try to get to know you. They provide based on your preferences. When cost increase it has been due to the additional work that I have requested. $70 I had to pay for Kelly to do my SNS NAILS and I am NOT HAPPY. She did a good job on my nails but $70 for nails is highway robbery. $55 for the nails, $5 to soak my nails and $10 for design. I am not a happy customer. After having to pay all that money I refused to give her a tip. I can normally get full set with pedicure and eyebrows for that kinda money. Read Less

kathy is my nail technician & I've been getting my nails done here for years! she always does a wonderful job. the products they use last & i don't have many issues with polish chipping or my nails breaking. they are always friendly & hardworking. they play dvds daily for entertainment. the equipment is always clean during use. they always have personal manicure kits for each customer & can store you kit in the store. i always enjoy coming here & i always refer people to this shop! keep up the good work team! I have been going to Kevin Nails for about 3 years once a month to get my eyebrows waxed. I'm usually a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, today was not a good experience. After my eyebrows were waxed I paid the lady who did not want to accept my $20 bill. She kept checking it and asked if I could pay another way. This was odd especially after I graciously told her that she could deduct a tip. I normally pay with a credit card, but I didn't have my card on me. As a loyal customer, I cannot shop where I am not trusted. NEVER AGAIN will I give them money to do a service that they do mediocrely. On the contrary, the man that works there is stellar and great at what he does though. I usually go to him and I wish he was there today. Read Less
