Save your time and money!  Went for a quick manicure and I found the place to be dirty and all of their regular nail polish were thick as molasses. Hense, after sitting under the drying lamp for 20 minutes I got in my car and 4 nails had smudged and you could see bubbles on all my nail; sign that the polish is too thick.  Went back in to repolish and they blamed it on my NOT USING GEL POLISH.  Not everyone want gel polish all the time.  You are a nail salon, not an exclusive Gel NialSalon so you should cater to everyone tastes and preferences. I ended leaving because, although there was one lady available she did not want to repolish my nail, she told me that I had to wait for the original person who had just started a new client with a pedicure.  I left to NEVER return! My service was rushed and every second I was asked if I wanted a gel upgrade. When my polish was being applied I was called “Plain Jane” because I didn’t want to add glitter to my nails. Before leaving I was asked if I wanted to add a tip to my bill, which was already over $70. When I offered $2, I was asked $5. I went in to get a medi, pedi. I am very upset with the rushed service i recieved. With my pedicure she was charging me extra 5 just to scrub the dead skin, i have never paid extra anywhere else that i have been. The gel menicure was a mess, color all over my cuticles. I went in to get a powder acrylic set the nails looked very nice but after about 3 weeks the would not come off! I ended up having to soak my nails from 8-10:30 in acetone which is very bad ! And it still wouldn't come off the nails starting smelling very bad like fish and then became sticky. I looked it up and found out that they are using chemical that is banned! I think reasonable prices, friendly staff, relaxing...Ive never had an issue with anyone there, or appointments which I use to make but now I usually just walk in and they are happy to accomodate. This place is TERRIBLE! They are very RUDE. I came in to get my old gel manicure removed and then get a regular manicure. When I told them I just wanted a regular manicure they kept insisting that I should get a gel manicure. I said "No" I just want my nails painted. They processed to talk about me in their language (Totally RUDE!). Then, another lady came and asked if I wanted eyebrows done. I said "No, I just got them done". They talked about me further more in their language.I felt as if a regular manicure is not enough anymore. Pushing people for for expensive services. What happened to customer service?! Not impressed. The woman who did my nails had a bad attitude when I asked her to clarify if she was giving me acrylic. She then told me I was being too picky when I asked her to clean the dirt from under my nail. It came to a point where I stopped her and told her let me pay you and finish my nails elsewhere. A gentleman then proceeded to finish painting my nails. Granted he was nice but painted nails like a child. Overall you get what you pay for. I have been coming here for years and I love it. I don't live in the area and I pass by several nail salons on my way there but the customer service and quality work are what keeps me coming back. Not clean... Owners never there to manage their business (always on vacation. Poor customer service. My daughter caught fungus under her nails. PAY ATTENTION when you get your nails done Ladies. They do not clean their nail tools in between customers. They simply rush you in and out of their chairs.Read Less

I'm really disappointed with this place. I was really hoping this could be my go-to spot because it's so convenient to home. I got my eye brows done and she took off half of my eye brow on one eye. Then my gel manicure started lifting and peeling within 3 days when it should last 2-3 weeks. They were nice enough to redo my nails with no issue, but I don't think I'll be coming back here again. I went in with long natural rounded nails. I was asked if I would like them cut. I replied yes, but want them to Stay rounded. She then proceeded to file squares nails and when I said something 3 employees laughed it off and said she didn't understand. I find that to be un excusable as basic manicurist should have knowledge of round vs square. Only until I got up to leave did they try to take it seriously and offer someone else. I'm starting to distrust my friends advice on what places to go to for a good pedicure. She suggested one before and it was a no go. I get my pedicure often and have been to several trying to find the right one. The work itself is fine it's everything else when it comes to this salon. It didn't take to long to get in a chair, and it was slightly packed. The women who started my feet, I asked her about their packages but our understanding was a bit off but I went for the deluxe. I see now it's bot much difference plus I don't think she gave me the dull treatment as the woman next to me got the same thing and when it came down to the mask got more. Fine no big deal until I sat in the chair extremely long because the woman was on her phone talking to her husband. And she may not have forgotten but she sure didn't hurry back. After she painted my nails and I tell her design which she knew before hand. Then she says oh and someone else will design for me. And they ask me to wait until the woman who happened to be soing my friend was done. Which was 45 min but then another woman decides to come over and do a rush job. Talk about mad much she didn't really care what I wanted I said abstract but she just went and grabbed colors then slapped them on...yes I said slapped because she dis. I then stopped her and said that orange does not look good over the blue I had. She painted over that spot with white. She started the design.  And honestly I'd say it came out good. Its not ugly and that's not what I don't like about this place. Its the attitude of the person doing my feet the long wait and the comments she made...we all know when someone is generally speaking about you. I told her I hate pink and she still puts pink on me. Then on one of my toes I completely asked her to take it off I felt bad, she then spread glitter and I again asked for it to be taken off and she did so without complaint. This place is not for me. There's just a certain level I expect especially when I'm paying for deluxe and I feel I did not get that. The work itself was done nicely can't say I hate my toes. I HAD A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE @ OLD TOWN NAILS!!! I'm just a come & go customer and I don't book appointments. Even though the team at Old Town Nails doesn't know my name, they recognize me each time I visit. A couple of days ago, I was paying for my service and the owner noticed my mesh purse. She inquired about the mesh purse and presented me with an identical one filled with a VERY significant amount of money. Apparently, I had left the small mesh bag at the sa...lon over 2 years ago and the owner held onto it for the entire time--waiting for the customer who owned it!! I was dumbfounded when we confirmed it was indeed mine. All work stopped and everyone in the salon discussed the episode with a lot of tears. I promised myself I'd make it up to the owner, so I am sharing this experience. I want everyone to know about the integrity, character and honesty the owner and her team possess. Besides the great service, inviting atmosphere and wonderful manicures, Old Town Nails has provided me with an experience that stands out among many that I have had with shop owners. Bebe was the cutest ever and did a great job on my nails.  She convinced me to try a gel fill in and I found out it was only her 2nd time attempting the technique. She did a great job, was very careful about her work, and I love how others in the shop politely checked on her without making it uncomfortable. The others in the shop were also pretty friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. I would definitely recommend this shop,  and I'll be back again. Read Less
