I am visiting my brother in Laurel from Nashville and desperately needed my nails done. I’m kind of a nail snob and am very particular about where I go that my friends always make fun of me. I tried Fanatix and was very satisfied. My nails look great! I give them a 4 star rating because I was not offered a drink and there were a couple of nail clippings on the floor. The staff is very friendly and was able to get my nails almond shaped like I prefer.

Yes the place is clean, and it’s usually pretty empty so I rarely have to wait. BUT, there’s no conversation. You tell them what you want and that’s it. The rest of the time all of the nail techs are just speaking in their language. And then when you tell them to fix something they huff and puff like it’s your fault they messed up. Another thing is they’re pretty quick but there’s no quality they leave the sides of the nails with out nail polish and they don’t clean your cuticles. They leave your nails looking super fake. I’ve come to this place about 4 times each time with different techs and they’re all like this. I will no longer attend this place.

Had the best experience at this salon! It's New Years Eve and there were only two technicians but they made sure everyone got serviced in a timely manner! My daughter and I both love our nails!

Not only do I love my manicure I truly love the way that they treated my Nana today they helped her take off her socks worked hard on fixing her feet for her and helped her put on her jacket afterword...
Not only do I love my manicure I truly love the way that they treated my Nana today they helped her take off her socks worked hard on fixing her feet for her and helped her put on her jacket afterwords the way that they treated her was truly heartwarming. I will come back for the rest of my life & refer others to this wonderful salon.

They did amazing job. The store is clean, nice, and great prices. Full set starts at $25. Cheap but high quality. Recommend.

Looks horrible will never go back!!!!!! Lady kept complaining saying I should get threading instead. Really how about don't do eyebrows!!!!!!!!

I am visiting my brother in Laurel from Nashville and desperately needed my nails done. I’m kind of a nail snob and am very particular about where I go that my friends always make fun of me. I tried Fanatix and was very satisfied. My nails look great! I give them a 4 star rating because I was not offered a drink and there were a couple of nail clippings on the floor. Yes the place is clean, and it’s usually pretty empty so I rarely have to wait. BUT, there’s no conversation. You tell them what you want and that’s it. The rest of the time all of the nail techs are just speaking in their language. And then when you tell them to fix something they huff and puff like it’s your fault they messed up.
