I got a gel full set (coffin/ballerina shaped) my pinky nail is shaped like a square and the nail tech decided to file my nails then place them under the UV drier .... need less to say i have nail shavings dried into my polish, i asked for 2 designs and the tech very sloppy put different color polishes on my finger and called it a design lol smh .... when asked to take off she got mad and rude !!!! This is not a luxury spa. She requires you to enter your credit card information before you go and she will charge your account if you don't show. I was supposed to be a first time customer but I mistakenly scheduled my appointment for the wrong day. She was not sympathetic at all, even after telling her that I recieved no confirmation on the online scheduling platform she uses. She charged my account before I could even receive the services that I already paid for. You could safely schedule anywhere else without entering your card information, I don't recommend risking it. I just move walking distance from thisTP nails place I thought it would be convenient to have them so close to me only to be disappointed. As soon as I walk in I was greated coldly by the woman in the first seat , that happen today. They had no costumer at the time but somehow she gave me the impression that she didn't want to be bothered. I wish I had walkout out but instead I went and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I requested a filling and the repair of a broken nails she told me $28 with a attitude and at that point I was ready to walkout out but my nails needed to be done and I had not much time left for a different appointment. I then told her simply give me a color change she then said it will be $25 I looked at her surprise and she replied that's the price what do you want to do 😳. But she had already started removing the color I had and didn't seems I had a choice ..... when done with the filing I notice a Crocked nails I told her to fix it she said it's my nails that are this way ,,,,, lol what I told her I didn't came here with my nails crocked why would you say it's my nails .... I had them done before leaving New York and they were fine ..... next she started putting the color with no base prior .... so I asked why she didn't put the base first she said gel color don't need it .... shocking again .!!! She at that point painted my nails with 2 minutes disgustingly to be over with me .... in the mid time other customers came in a witness the behavior and apologized to me that I had to go thru that and that they know she is like that. They even gave me the name of 2 others people that are great with costumer service but quiet frankly I will never return to that place . It was just terrible . I was referred here for a Brazilian wax by a friend and I thank God that she did! Marie is a Licensed esthetician that educates her clients on the proper way to care for their skin. I love the fact that if your appointment is at 10am, she is NOT going to have you sitting around waiting because she over booked herself! Marie provides a clean, and sterile environment and walks you through the entire process. I was truly impressed by the way she engages with you during the session by holding conversations or playing music in order for your to be relaxed. I contacted them after my nail person suddenly went MIA.  I needed to come in on a Saturday morning, which I know is their busy time, and I called on Friday.  The girl that I spoke with came in early just for me!  And she gave me her contact info for next time.  So yes, as other people have said, their decor may be outdated, but service is most important to me, and in that, they win, hands down! Very bad experience even if they have good deals! $13 fill ins but they find ways to up charge you by taking off your nails saying it needs a repair!!! $3 a nail? They don't tell you before they do this either!!! So upsetting!!! Never coming back here! They don't use sterile stuff either! Just slap it in some blue liquids and use it on your nails! Gross! I use to come here years ago (5-6) I think the prior owner sold the shop to new people because all the techs I'm familiar to were not there. My sister is a frequent customer and since my usual salon was closed for the holiday I took a risk and got a fill and a pedi. Michelle did my nails which I like and Mimi did my pedi very very nice lady :)Just like my go to nail salon the techs will push you to get extra services. Both techs were friendly and very easy to talk to. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is more nail polish selection and to make the salon look more up to date. Read Less

Still on my journey to find a good enough nail shop and this is shop isn't in the running. I came in for a fill and a fix and left with a full set. When I sat down, I asked how much my 2 nails would be to fix as well as the fill. The woman said that it would be $20, cool. She began asking if I wanted gel, I replied saying that I didn't. But me saying no wasn't registering for her. Smh. She gave me a thing of colored nails so that I could pick my color. Eventually I picked. But I'll tell you guys about that later. She began filing with the machine and clipping areas on both hands. She ended up taking all of the nails off and told me that I would have to get a new set. No, not asked if I wanted one, TOLD ME. She did ask however, if I wanted tips. I said no. This time she understood the meaning to that word. The patience that she used while doing my set was probably the only thing that I felt good about.Returning from washing my hands after the fill she was about to paint my nails with the color that I picked. I noticed that it was in a while bottle. Those that get their nails done, know that white bottles mean gel. But didn't I tell her I did not want it? Yes I did. I told her again that I didn't want gel. But you would think that she would have told me it was gel when I picked it. I guess not. So she told me okay and if I wanted any other color. I said no because their selection wasn't all that. There were no opi products that I could see, not even Essie. I told her to just put a clear coat on and she was okay with that. Please be careful of even attempting to ask for what you want as a well versed customer in purchasing nail services.  I just paid $32 for an unprofessional and even worse, end product for a refill.  To ask for what I wanted as a customer was a battle. The technician kept stating that she knows, she knows and basically provided terrible service. In addition, they will over charge you for incomplete nail service and keep you longer than anticipated. I always come here for an mani pedi and eyebrow wax with Lily. I'm very picky with who and how my services are done. My manis and pedis are always clean of all cuticles and dead skin and my polish is always long lasting. I always bring my own polish so I don't care much for their polish selections but they have a big gel polish selection and my gel manis always last 2-3 weeks. My eyebrows are always on point also. And the prices are pretty cheap! Read Less
