Rachael does my hair and I love her. She makes our time there enjoyable, always does a great job on my hair and everyone I see compliments me after I've seen her. All around everyone I've met that works there has been super friendly, I actually look forward to getting my hair trimmed now instead of dreading it. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This was my first time visiting Illusions Hair and Nail Salon. Dorothy was an amazing and very educated stylist. I went in to her with many issues with my hair (I cut it myself and hadn't gotten a highlight in months) and put the pressure on when asking her to fix me while also making sure the length of my hair did not make my face look fat! Not only did she take into account all of my requests, but she created a masterpiece on my head! I walked out of there so confident! I c...an't remember the last stylist that almost made me cry from happiness! lol Not only are her skills remarkable, her prices are heart stopping! She is SOOO affordable! I couldn't have come across a better salon with a better hair stylist! She also gave me a recommendation to a nail salon called All Family (IHS's nail specialist didn't have an opening that day), and needless to say I will be making trips out to La Plata (from Waldorf) to be pampered by my new favorite places!! Rachael does my hair and I love her. She makes our time there enjoyable, always does a great job on my hair and everyone I see compliments me after I've seen her. All around everyone I've met that works there has been super friendly, I actually look forward to getting my hair trimmed now instead of dreading it. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This was my first time visiting Illusions Hair and Nail Salon. Dorothy was an amazing and very educated stylist. I went in to her with many issues with my hair (I cut it myself and hadn't gotten a highlight in months) and put the pressure on when asking her to fix me while also making sure the length of my hair did not make my face look fat!
