Besides having an appt for a repair, fill and pedi and only getting a pedi after two hours- had to wait for over an hour for even my pedi- she cut my nails entirely too short, bruising on my foot, paid for the massage that was supposed to be 15 minutes- it was 3, treated incredibly rudely. When tired to express concerns with the owner, she began to yell at me stating I did not wait that long- which I actually did- check the cameras, charged way more than I ever paid for a pedi there, never did get my hands or eyebrows done- after being there over two hours and 30 minute pedi at best- and the owner told me it was my fault I didn’t get my nails because I didn’t want to continue to wait. The polish on my big toe is bubbled- and not painted straight and my toes hurt from being bruised and cut so short.

I am a regular customer of Davis Nails. I use the same tech every time I go back. They are very detailed and knowledgeable to fit your needs and offer the most professional service. Everyone is friendly and since I always make an appointment ahead of time, I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes to be accommodated.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I have now been there twice (I believe in giving second chances) but never again will I go back to this place.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I have now been there twice (I believe in giving second chances) but never again will I go back to this place.
Both times I have been, they have burned my fingers with the drill. The first time, the woman cut my fingers in multiple places and the second time (different woman) chipped one of my nails in half. Both times they refused to give me someone else to do my nails, and I ended up walking out with my nails being no where near finished. Horrible customer service.
I refuse to give this company my money, and will never be returning.

I had the worst experience today at Davis nails. I travel all over and have never been so disrespected by the lady doing my nails. I was trying pick out my polish and was rushed from the time I got there. I have used gel polish for years and always soak them off while getting my pedicure. I asked to do that 3 times. I could not get her to listen to me a all about how I would like to have it done. She treated me like I knew nothing about nails. She let it soak for maybe 5 minutes. So when the scraping wasn't getting it off she would sand. I try to take care of my natural nail so that I can go without polish occasionally. I asked her numerous times to quit sanding. She made my nails so thin they would fold over. She said once I put polish on they will be fine. I asked to have square and she narrowed to much and then squared. So as of now I have had to cut off my long nails I worked so hard to grow. I'm just sick and mad at myself for sitting through this whole experience. Thankfully I refused the pedicure and went to nail obsession in Waldorf. I received the best pedicure and the gentlemen did just as I asked. He never made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. The people at Davis Salon could take lessons on customer service and etiquette.

I'm new to this area and was looking for a new spot. I seen the reviews and gave it a chance. This place charged me $40 for a fill and gel polish. I walked away disappointed and with nails that aren't what I asked for. I called two days later and was told the price of a full set with gel polish cost $35. How did I spend more than getting a new set? Won't be going back.

I really want to give this place more stars. I have been there four times and once took some friends. Some employees do a great job but some of the staff seem incredibly unhappy/ angry and it feels awkward. Nothing like going to relax and having upset staff work on you and give you half a service.

What a cruel and horrid display of customer service, talent, and skill. After the technician could not follow the picture provided as a guide he yelled, embarrassed, talked to other customers about my daughter while she was in the store! Arrogance and intimidation were his recourse when she stated she did not like his work. Now I don't like his attitude. She spent her allowance and had the worse experience ever! Beware!! I chose one star as you have to select a rating. My rating is AVOID and don't subject yourself!

Besides having an appt for a repair, fill and pedi and only getting a pedi after two hours- had to wait for over an hour for even my pedi- she cut my nails entirely too short, bruising on my foot, paid for the massage that was supposed to be 15 minutes- it was 3, treated incredibly rudely.
