Not sure why anyone would think this place has excellent customer service. While traveling, I stopped to get a fill in and was told, "we do busy now, sorry". Granted, everyone had a client but there was only one person waiting... typical for a Saturday. Customer service was excellent from the get go. I was greeted promptly and told someone would be right with me for my appointment. Helen did an amazing job. I've gone to this salon for years. They are the best! The quality of their work is mostly always on point. What salon is perfect? They are tentative and caring towards their customers. Henry is the best manager ever. He will go over and above to make you happy. What one tech can't do, another one can. They work together and will give you the service you want. I’ve been going here for at least a year now and I love it. I get greeted by someone every time I walk in and from there I get treated like family. Henry always does great with my nails.. I get Gel so I like them thin and short but not too short. No other place can get it right but Henry did! I liked the atmosphere and the private pedicure rooms but my tech kept stepping out and my pedicure took longer than i felt it should have. Plus I'm in agreement with most of the reviews that say the polish didn't last. Typically polish on my toes last at least two weeks. With this polish it only lasted a few days before chipping. Customer service is good. First nail tech did an okay job (one overlay came off after 2.5 weeks and it was a new set). Second nail tech did much better. My issue lies with the pricing. My service included acrylic fill, gel polish, 1 nail repair, and toe polish change. Grand total was $50. There was nothing special about the service (honestly, they did less than any salon I've patroned). I am used to getting the same service minus the nail repair for $33 (South Jersey....$13 Acrylic fill, $10 gel polish, $10 toe color change). Customer Service was great.  Nail designs are done by only one person and he's good. The prices are really steep for me anyway. Bad part my nails cracked within 3 days of getting them done.  One cracked on the side halfway through one of my nails and my other nail cracked completely across.  So frustrated . Spent too much money for them to be cracking within 3 days. The gel polish didn't stay on.  My clear top coat started coming off after a few days and the gel polish itself is cracking. This was my first refill(gel)  after getting a fresh overlay 3 weeks before.  Not worth my money. Ugh!!! Read Less

Yesterday was my first time coming to All family nails and I left one happy customer for the first time I had to do nothing to my nails after they got done (most of the time I have to fix them to my liking) I had Henry do them and he was awesome showed him a photo of what I wanted and he delivered. Went with a friend for pedicures today. Henry & his wife worked with us. We had an amazing experience! They got us in quickly and started the pedicures right away. We were seated, water was perfect, and we were offered refreshments immediately. My pedicure was perfect from start to finish. He did an incredible job! They were very kind- customer service was top notch. The salon is also very clean. I recommend them to anyone in the area, worth traveling for if you're not local to La Plata. Absolutely love this place! I had stopped getting my nails done because I was never satisfied with the outcome, then I got referred to All Family and decided to try it. Went in and immediately was greeted. I showed Henry the picture of what I wanted, and him and the other staff there was able to do my nails perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond the entire time my friends and I were there. I have been back since for a pedicure and received the same great service, and will be back again to get my nails done. Stopped in while traveling and needed a full set.  Everyone was very friendly and the shop has a very spa like atmosphere complete with a nice selection of music.  Tony did a great job on my nails, it's nice to have pretty nails again.  They're not too long or too thick, just right!  When I'm back in town I'll be stopping in. I love All Family nail salon and spa. Service is always prompt, friendly and professional. I have been there just a few times over the last year (I save salon visits for special treats) and they already remember both my me and my daughter. They take time and care while providing services, and I've never had anything other than stellar results. I dropped in this past Saturday for a Mani\Pedi and I was completely blown away.  Henry did an amazing job on my nails. I usually go to KV nails but Henry did a better job on my nails than KV. I was surprised.  Henry is the best kept secret in Charles County.  I am used to having to schedule an appt w/ KV but Henry took me midday Saturday with no problems and took his time assisting me with selecting the perfect polish & he took his time doing my nails.   I will definitely be come a regular customer of his. I get talked into getting Gel every time I go in, pay $35 and within three days my nails are all chipped. I just don't have time to keep running in there every three days to get my nails fixed. I am definitely not going to go back. Read Less

Very family customer service oriented place. Henry ensures that everyone is well taken care of and that the staff speaks English in front of the clients. Some of the techs are honestly hit or miss it depends on what you are getting done. There are two white women who do really great work, Henry is also great.
